In the time youre there they get to know you, your needs and the direction in which youre looking for employment. After working with Debra and her Lake-land Florida team I had to write this review. She was extremely thorough and consistent throughout the duration of the hiring process. The communications were very clear and constant and I understood every step of the way where we were in the process. Every experience I had with Tori was amazing. She had good customer service and really tried to get to know get clients to see what best fits them.. She aim to please and goes above and beyond

If you’re looking for employment just look elsewhere!! I took an assignment with diversified and I started on a Monday and after my shift I was told the assignment was over via phone call. On that Wednesday I get a call from diversified saying if I’d like to return to the job that there was a misunderstanding or whatever, so I work Thursday and Friday. I felt something odd so I wasn’t going to bother returning the following week because I took a position elsewhere! So I get my check from them and I’m paid for only For 7 hours out of the 24 hours and that was about a month ago lol I called a few times but I just cut my losses, they are a joke! Save yourself the trouble because I have to initiate every call and they would not call me or keep me updated “they’ll say they are working on it” I just said screw it it’s okay I won’t call anymore I’ll cut my losses.

I dont normally do reviews, but I personally had a great experience at the Tampa location today. I am always very leary applying at a Temp/Staffing agency because I have never had a good experiencd dealing with them in the past. I spoke to Ms. Tori and she was very professional and personable. She put me at ease and most of all expressed a great understanding of my hesitation. No matter how things work out with the job they are trying to place me in, Im a total fan of DSS. Thank you Ms. Tori. Wish there were more like you in your position. I hope DSS knows they hit the jackpot with you as a true professional and leader of the Tampa office.

This company gets you to do work and then doesn’t want to pay. Makes 99 excuses. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. Supervisor is trash.
