We have been going to Westchase Smiles institute and Dr Chilmaza for a few years and the office always makes our own experience enjoyable. Dr C and his staff makes us feel like family while we are there and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done even if it’s just a simple routine cleaning. They get to know their patients and families and truly care about more then just getting you in and out. I have recommended Westchase Smiles to my friends and family!

Great dentist & I highly recommend! Dr. Chilmaza is good at what he does and all the ladies in the office as well as they all play a role in taking care you and your teeth. I had gone in for a check up that was long over due and I new I had to take my wisdom teeth out more than likely and ended up getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed and some other work done as well but let me tell you I’m not a fan of the dentist but this experience was so great from beginning to end. I had no worries and all of my questions were answered thanks to them being patient with me and the procedure was quick and painless to my surprise so I have a new outlook on dentist thanks to this place. Don’t neglect your teeth and go get your check up at westchase smiles!

I was super impressed with the service, everyone in the office very attentive, friendly and above all very concerned about the care of your teeth. I liked it and I share my experience with you about Dr. Chimaza, he is very kind, he gives you his time and your time to explain each of the procedures he wants to perform and why each one. I am a very fearful person and afraid of dentists due to bad experiences. But here I felt very comfortable. I was able to do extraction and suturing and this was a great start for me and even more to do.🦷✅👍🤣.

The Westchase Institute is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I have very severe dental anxiety and no other dental office has ever offered me anything to help me feel more comfortable before I came here. The staff is amazing, kind, and very professional. These people are crooks. Avoid them at all costs.I needed to do a cleaning and I received a coupon in welcome package from my apartment complex. It said that for $58 I can get evaluation, cleaning and x- ray. I said that I don’t really need evaluation and x- ray, but they said it is included in the package with this coupon anyway. When I came for my appointment next week they performed evaluation, cleaning and x- ray, but told me AFTER THE FACT that they won’t honor the coupon as it’s expired ( something they didn’t bring up when I showed it to them when they were scheduled an appointment) and charged me $215. I will be filing a claim with better business bureau. They are dishonest as it gets. Take your business and money someplace else!

First time in. Staff was not very kind except for the one who takes X-rays. Front desk and tech were not courteous. My consult was not free but I had to pay for it. The prices are beyond astronomical for what they “recommend” Left and will never look back. Also the dentist himself had a very odd demeanor.

I HIGHLY recommend coming to see Dr. Chilmaza. He had filled 5 of my cavities months ago which went perfectly fine even though I was really nervous. He ended up telling me I needed all 4 wisdom teeth out- I was VERY very anxious about having that done I put it off for months. I decided to have him do the procedure while I was awake. I can’t begin to tell you how safe I felt with him doing it and how confident he made me feel. 3 of my wisdom teeth felt like he took them out in 1 minute each. The nurse who assisted him was so calming which made me feel so much better and at ease. Not to mention Kayley and Melanie in the front office whom had talked to me several times about it all, the SWEETEST ladies. They are both so funny and personable too!!I highly recommend Westchase Smiles and Dr. Chilmaza and his staff. Especially if you are getting wisdom teeth out. Ive been going to West Chase Smiles for the past 3 years. Doc and his staff are very personable. They care about your teeth and not just getting you in and out. I love the text appointment reminders and they also let you know when you haven’t been in over 6 months. Every visit I have an amazing experience! By far the BEST dentist I have ever been to! Cesar and his team are true perfectionist and you can tell they are passionate about dental. They truly have what is best for their patient in mind which is very refreshing. Furthermore, I love how welcoming the entire staff is every time we come in for a visit. My 10 yr old son loves coming here so much with me that he actually requested to stop seeing his children’s dentist with all of the video games and make Westchase Smiles Institute his dentist too. Since the switch, My son looks forward to visiting the dentist!! My family and I will never go anywhere else. We have found our dentalhome 🙂

First these are paid reviews with a big Win TV for positive reviews in the lobby. They dont offer brackets but will have you come in to sell other services and get a referral fee off other Orthodontist even when they know that is what you are looking for. Very sales oriented office dont recommend.

The experience was amazing!!! I was helped quickly and was in and out fast. I was informed and given solutions to my problems, was affordable and reasonable.

Truly disappointed I would NEVER again refer someone to this dentistry! I had all my silver filings removed at the suggestion of Dr. Chilmaza which turned into an absolutely EXPENSIVE nightmare. After the numbness subsided I started feeling sensitivity. Went back not once, twice but 4 times to fix my bite at the hands of his assistance you wouldve think the Dr. (considering its his practice) would at LEAST step in to make sure the bite was corrected. I remember my last and final visit I was still having sensitivity his assistant notice a hole in (2) of my teeth (which I have pictures) of the sloppy job they preformed & he didnt rectify the situation apparently overlooked it and had the audacity to send me on my way. After that I notified him personally to address my concerns and he then suggested for me to come back for him to perform his own evaluation. REALLY!!! NOT HAPPENING! I want to be reimbursed for pain & suffering an going to another dentist to fix what you couldnt.

It is always seems hard to find good doctors, dentists, hair salons, etc. I feel like it is a pretty rare occasion that I find a place that I can honestly write a good review about. My family has already used 2 other dentists in Westchase and got referred here by a friend. Got to admit, I was really happy to get this referral. The dentist is just an amazing human being and the staff is top notch. Equipment is all top of the line - you certainly dont feel like you are in an 80s movie like you do in some other offices. And as for the price - it is all complex of course with insurance and everything but for me it worked out better here for me than the quote I got from the other dentist I went to for the same issues. Bottom line, would definitely recommend this place to everyone - and I say that even after the Novocain has worn off from my root canal!

When calling to book my first appointment I was greeted by a very warm and friendly staff member who would excitedly ask how they could brighten my smile. Although I happened to get a little lost on my way to the dentist office, the receptionist, Kalie remained on the phone with me the entire time and even went out of her way to come and get me from the parking lot. The office was very clean and tidy making the overall atmosphere calm and refreshing. Dr. Chilmaza was very nice and ensured that he explained what measures I needed to take to obtain a healthier smile. My son & I found Westchase Smiles a few years ago and I’m so glad we did! We recently moved out of Westchase but we’ve still continued to get our dental care at Westchase Smiles. It’s hard to find a dentist that makes you feel well cared for. We’ve received our preventative care as well as wisdom teeth removal, fillings and crowns. All the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend them!

Finally found a dentist! I was at 2 other dentist prior and they were no good! My first appointment was a little over an hour and a half, which was expected to get established. My crown came off about 2 years ago and then my tooth broke and was rotting and while flossing I chipped a different tooth(hotmess). My prior dentist sent me to an Endodontist, which wanted a price of a used car and took nearly 9 months to get me an estimate. It’s a one stop shop here, which I love. They took the x-rays, scheduled for cleaning and gave me my options. They were able to get me an estimate the same day to extract my tooth, place a bone graft, and fix my cavity. They were able to get this done quickly (the following week). I was scheduled for the procedure and given meds for my infected tooth. I was pleasantly surprised with the recovery time too! I had pain that night, I used ice and pain reliever and woke up the next day and I was fine! It was crunch time too because I was about to start a new job! If you want a dentist that’s efficient, friendly, and caring, this is the place to go! Overall the experience I have had both times, the entire staff was professional and caring and made what can be a grueling experience, very easy and painless!
