Got my phone fixed here in a few hours, they were very nice and keep everything clean and fixed and they told me what might be missed up too and to see if I wanted it fixed.

I went to the Tellfix store to purchase a refurbished iPhone X 64GB. Upon arriving, my impression of the gentleman in the store was fantastic. He was extremely professional and polite. Instead of a 64 GB he offered me an incredible deal on a 256GB iPhone X. At first, he was not able to agree to the price I wanted to purchase the phone at so he inquired with the store manager/owner. The owner and I spoke on the phone for about 5 minutes and he is one of the nicest people I have found at a phone store. He agreed to sell me the phone at the price I wanted which was almost 30-35% less than comparative prices. The iPhone I bought is perfect and has been working just as it should.In short, the people running this store are truly nice people and they have great phones.

I came here after I had been ripped off by sprint, these people were very nice and helpful. Gave me a great deal on 2 handsets and helped me switch my number over to a new plan as pain free as possible. Everyone in Pinellas county has to send out their iPhone 8 back glass repairs because they don’t have the laser machine that does it in 30 minutes for half the price. Mohammed was very courteous and replaced the glass at a great price and also has iPhone cases at a screaming deal as well!! Well worth the drive from CLEARWATER. Thank you!

Very please with their services. My phone wasnt charging and I needed a new USB port. I called 3 other places before them and 1 place said they couldnt fix it, another said 3 days to fix and the last place said 7 days. When I called TellFix they said they can have it fixed in an hour. I immediately took my phone in and they did a wonderful job. Very helpful, they gave me a fair price. I was extremely satisfied with their services and I will highly recommend them to anybody I know.

They seem to be good people, they are willing to repair Motorola phones with the USB port soldered to the motherboard. They are knowledgeable and have a good, friendly attitude. I would give than five stars, but I have not picked my phone up yet.

Went there for a phone they posted on offer up for 499 19hrs ago and they tried changing price to 50 dollars more even after showing her I came all the way here for this price she was like oh that was the price yesterday but days later still have ads on fb and offer up at 499

I bought an iPhone 6 from them and three months later the screen is popping off and my screen is showing blue lines. Its been in the case since I got it and I have not dropped it or anything like that. I was very disappointed when I went there and they would not fix it for free although he did give me a lower price to fix it but I spent over $300 buying this phone the least they could do is repair the screen as it was not my fault for it not working. They seem like very nice people but this was poor customer service. Once I do get my phone fixed I wont be using any of their services .

My iPhone 7 got water damaged. I go to this store to see if theres any way it can be salvaged since I didnt want to pay for a new phone. They tell me that it can be fixed and there will be no problems, but it will cost me $180. Mind you I can get a brand new phone for $200 with my insurance through verizon. I end up being cheap and telling them to go ahead and fix it to save literally $20 (my mistake) since they guaranteed that the phone wouldnt have any problems afterwards. One month later and the phone shuts off completely and will not turn back on, through no fault of my own. I go back to this store and let them know whats happened, they tell me theres nothing they can do about it. He tells me I broke the phone when I literally did nothing to the phone to cause this to happen. Doesnt offer any type of refund or anything. So i paid $180 to have my phone fixed for a month, when I couldve just paid $200 for a completely brand new phone to begin with but I didnt because this man gave me his word that I would have no issues with the current phone. Shady business, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I got my phone fixed here. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. They did not inform me that the screen they gave was after market and after 16 days the lcd burned out and they refused to fix it. They have faulty equipment take it to apple. This place does not know what they are doing.

Changed my screen there I guess it’s true you get what you pay for my home button was working completely fine dispite my cracked screen and now it’s not working he wanted to say it was broken before but he knows that’s not true it was working before I got there. Can’t even hear much when I’m on the phone which wasn’t happening before also.

Cheaper than other places and also because they got it done fast. I gave 3 stars because i press on the left side of the screen on my sisters iphone x that i had got fixed there and the screen presses in and makes a click sound. It wasnt done 100% correct but i couldnt let them fix it because she had to go home on the greyhound back to minnesota. This place needs to double check their work before giving back to customers.***EDIT***Sister just informed me that the screen literally fell out of the phone. Do not get your phone repaired here, they do NOT know what they are doing!
