Truly an excellent experience with honest straight forward advice to repair or replace television, With the quality of this TV it would be better to repair rather than to replace it and far less expensive. I received the repair estimate, competion date and repair ended up earlier than expected. Both Eddie and Max were very friendly and helpful with very clear instructions on use and wall mount installation. Highly recommend!!

Brought our TV into them to have it fixed, it was blinking. They only guaranteed the work for 3 months and after not even 4 months the same problem happened again. We assumed at least the parts would be covered so we called them and left a message and never had our call returned... Not very good customer service if you ask me. And not even 4 months and the same problem happened again?! Pretty annoyed...

My Samsung flat screen TV stopped working so I took it to GEM Services. After a minute, they told me I was using the wrong power cord and that I needed to buy the proper one. They didnt have one available so they advised where I should get one from. They could have ripped me off by keeping the TV and having me come back, but they were honest and helped me very quickly. Id definitely recommend GEM Services, due to their honesty.

I recently took my 3-d big screen tv to GEM services because it was flickering like it was about to loose power and it had a horizontal line across the top of the screen. I was called and told there were no issues and it was ready for pick up. When I arrived the technician Eddie told me it was likely just a bad cable. I tried to pay but he wouldnt even take money for diagnosing it. He could have taken advantage of me but instead was honest. What a nice surprise.
