Terrible customer service and horrible sales team. I spoke to a sales rep who took my quotation over the phone and never returned with prices . I spent only in september 2020, over 200 thousand dollar in a project and at least 20 thousand dollars could be spent at CDW. But they simply ignored me. I called to follow up and no return. I sent an online quotation on their website and no return at all? Bottom line. Trying to make business with this company is a waste of time.

Ordered my product, days went by emailed to see what the hold up was and they then after days went by, told me that it was canceled because my bank thought it was fraud charge. No one from CDW contacted me over this. I reordered and was told EVERYTHING was corrected. Money pulled out of my account then two hours later, get a email stating that now theyre out of stock on the item. Had to call back to get a refund. Now Ive missed out on an item thats hard to get because of this. Very disappointed.

Awful customer service...l Waited 3 weeks for an order no reply emails, no correspondence... when I finally got through they claimed I told them to cancel order. which i did not Just so happens the item I ordered is no longer available . So I am SOL They were in no rush to inform me of this or refund my money. Im done with you CDW
