This is so far the best company for processing my credit card sales, the sales rep Vance was great m Answered all my questions. And no hidden charges with all fees explained and outlined, Highly Recommend. Also you will love the True next day funding, I process and batch out and the following MORNING funds are deposited, Nice Job EMG
This TERRIBLE credit card company processed a large purchase from my customer, just let it go through, then they flagged it saying it was above my high ticket limit - and reversed it, causing my bank account to over draft severely, and now for the icing on the cake - theyre not refunding the fees. This company SUCKS bad, dont get roped in. Penny pinching will end up costing you big! Go with a big good company with good reviews.
This company has a Great sales pitch, however when you sign up with them there follow thru is horrible. The salesmen will tell you everything you want to hear to get you signed up and worry about all the details after their equipment is in your building. I got numerous excuse why my funding didnt hit my acct in the time frame that I was promised (in writing). When I explained to my salesman that I wasnt comfortable doing business with them, he claimed he understood and that he would be by to pick up my equipment. Here we are 5 weeks later and over $150 in equipment lease fees, it still sits here at my place of business. My only recommendation on this company would be not to use them. I gave them a 1 star only because it made me choose something

Stay away! This company at first sounds wonderful, but will dissapoint and STEAL from you. I have had the unfortunate experience of signing up for a cc swiper, I specifically asked if it would be compatible with my phone. I was assured it would be, needless to say it wasnt. So I cancelled my contract (had to fax in a letter three times) before it was cancelled. However after they recieved the cancellation request and asssured me the account was cancelled they continued to deduct monies from my business account I contacted the company was partially reimbursed but that did not stop them from continuing to debit account even after it was closed.Do yourself a favor and stay away.Im so disappointed and will seek a way to take further action.
Terrible!!!! Sales Rep Travis Lipp made multiple promises of how the company could compete with Square and did not fulfill any of them. I was charged for services that he advise were free. He stated the chip reader was included with the POS system and he would hand deliver it, however that was false. He never came back to my business like he promised he would and Customer service was no help as well. That left my business exposed to having to pay potential fraud cost if a chip card is swiped and not dipped. The fixed price to lease the POS system was actually a variable price that went up every month! When I called to cancel the service I was then advised I had two accounts open that I was unaware of and it cost $495 to cancel each account. One being the merchant service for the POS system and the other being the online merchant service(he said was free). He advised they would set up my online payments through my website, that never happened. I have been unable to get in contact with Sales Rep Travis Lipp via text or phone on a consistent basis. I called and texted him for a week and when he finally responded, he advised he had been sick the past two days. After our conversation he advised he would get back to me by 1 p.m the next day regarding my refunds. However, another week has passed and he is no longer responded to any of my calls or messages. He is paid a residual off of the lack of services he and the company provided me, so it makes sense why he is dodging my calls. Late June 2016 - present (Sept 3rd 2016) is how long my business has been dealing with this. I have seen Travis twice, the day he came to sell, the day he came to set up the product. This company is only getting one star because im forced to give them one. Travis Lipp is a terrible sales agent and shouldnt take advantage of making false promises just to get a sale. If you are reading this post, and you are a business owner, I would go with square. The customers service is better and the overall system and consumer friendliness is better as well. I am not financially incentivize from square, I just dont want anyone else to fall victim to people like Travis Lipp or companies that choose to let these people represent them.
This company has very poor customer service. Charged our business after we canceled their services and they refused to refund the money. Stay away from the liar Gary Kelly. He does not stand by his word. Bunch of crooks.
