The guy was unprofessional. He tells me he will call me if the type of business comes up for sale, but doesnt ask me for my phone number, spelling of my name, or confirm the name of my existing business. It was a total brush off. He didnt ask me any details of my existing business or my capital base. Owners reply below is nonsense. He is actually lying which is a new low.

Pete Harrison told me the listing broker of a restaurant we purchased was not willing to pay him a commission and asked me to pay him $5,000.00. I agreed but have recently learned that he was paid not only by us but also received an additional $4k from listing agents commission. Be careful before you do business with this guy.
