This co-work space is located downtown in Tampa off of Kennedy Blvd. It was a perfect location for the day work I had to accomplish. They had plenty of desk space with tons of electrical outlets available. The staff was friendly and readily available. They did offer some free snacks and refrigeration for your lunches. Private office spaces were available and there was plenty of room. The decoration was blan, and underwhelming. I would not host upscale corporate events here, but it works great in a pinch for a quiet space to work. IT workers will feel right at home here.

Giving 2 stars because the location was pretty and seemed calming. The activities they had seemed great for focusing on and healing your mental health. The programs that they offer are nice and could possibly be helpful, and the fact that it is only women is wonderful.I was ok with this place. I wanted to check myself in because my mental health got so bad after my parents passed and some other things happened, that this was the only thing that I could think to do. Everything was ok, until I met the co-owner. I cannot remember his name, but you can tell this guy is in it for business and business only. He was condescending and could only talk about finances. He just kept throwing random numbers out there, and when asked for a set price for the 30 day inpatient program, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to do, he could not give it to me. He kept talking about how wonderful their program is and all of this but could not give me a set price to get financing to stay here. You could tell his mindset was only on money and not actually healing and helping people who need it and that disappointed me a lot.

No parking for building. Reasonable rates for space. Positive atmosphere. City invites truck food vendors
