My sister and I unknowingly moved our 85 yearold father into this roach motel. He is a twentyyear veteran of our military and the treatment hereceived was reprehensible. The apartment wasfilthy and filled with roaches. When hecomplained nothing was done. After telling usthat roaches were constantly crawling on himwhile he was sleeping we had to get him out ofthere immediately. On his moving day he backedhis car into a parking space to allow the movingtruck to park. The front office called their towingcompany simply because it was backed into aparking space. My sister was putting his clothesin his car when the tow truck arrived and theytook his car while she was standing there. Weimmediately told the office and of course theydid absolutely nothing. Words cant express myanger, disappointment, and personalresponsibility I feel for allowing my father toendure this nightmare. If you care anythingabout yourself or your family you will stay faraway from this hazard zone. This place shouldbe shut down immediately.

If you are comfortable living in the ghetto with roaches, lazy management, plumbing issues, water leaks, mold (the list goes on), then go for it! Since I’ve been here the issues have only gotten worse. This place needs to be shut down!!!

On my first day moving in I noticed my roof leaking and mold. Due to me and my daughters being allergic to mold we haven’t Been staying there. I’m being forced to pay rent in a place I can’t stay.the light outside in the hall never works so it’s pitch black when your going home. I spoke to management and they lied about the problem being fix so I got code enforcement involved. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! And please don’t comment under my post apologizing either I’m done being lied to @foxcroft

The apartments are nice but roaches everywhere, ghetto little kids literally smoking outside the apartment, my friend still after over a week has no room door, microwave broke you can’t even open it and the power keeps blowing in different areas of the house and good luck getting anybody to come fix it because they won’t! Also the stair case is falling apart and they just put carpet over it and it looks terrible seems like they only care about the look of the front of the apartments

The place looks very nice. Unfortunately, I arrived there approximately 1:00 p.m. and there was a sign on the door saying that they would be out until 3:00 and I had to get back to fort Lauderdale as my daughter drove me up to look at the place because its very hard to get these rental apartment places to answer the phone. So the three stars is for it being well kept up from the outer appearance. Ive subsequently ended up at another place where I got a lease.

Roaches, roaches everywhere. Even PAINTED OVER in the cabinets. Not just your typical florida roaches and palmetto bugs, but german roaches, you know the ones that you can never get rid of.We had to trash ALL of our furniture, cat trees, and even electronics as they will nest in there. This was by far the most disgusting place Ive ever lived. I still have nightmares of this place, even years later. You can find MUCH NICER apartments if youre willing to commute 5 to 10 extra minutes. Its worth it.1 star is generous.

I’ve waited and requested for an entire YEAR to have my bathtub resurfaced after the property management requested to tear up my bathtub to fix a leak for the downstairs apartment, I’ve put in request after request to have my tub resurfaced. Now, last minute on a Friday Leasing office calls me to confirm I need to be out of my apartment for 6 hours Saturday for the tub to be resurfaced. I get home and nothing was done . Absolutely disappointing.

Overall poor management. My mother and I have been here for a little over a month and its been a headache. We got the keys to what seemed like an unready unit. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty, not to mention an outlet was completely out of its socket. A closet door was off the hinges and our patio screen door broken (still broken to this day). We immediately went back to the office after we got the keys to a dirty unit, the ladies in the office did a walk through and cleaned what needed to be cleaned. I just dont understand how management can give the keys out to an unready unit. We were unable to open up our oven because a cabinet handle was in the way, the office said theyd put in a work order but they never did, my sister ended up screwing off the handle. Not to mention that even with taking off that handle, another cabinet handle ALSO blocks us from completely opening up the oven.We did an apartment checklist with all the things wrong with the unit and were told all these issues were put in as work orders such as our front door having a broken weather strip (meaning air was coming in and out of the unit), they were never repaired. My sister and I ended up installing a new weather strip. Another thing odd about our unit (Im unsure if this common with the whole complex or if its just our unit) none of the door have locks to them, not even the bathroom which has TWO entrances. Once again this issue was not fixed, but you guessed it my sister and I ended up installing new door knobs to at least the bathroom. The weird thing is that Melanie, which is a very kind lady that works in the office who tries her best to accommodate our needs, was the one who told us that all of our issues were just pending work orders waiting to get picked up by maintenance, But when my mother went in the following days (or even week?) another worker told us that we had no work orders under our unit? So either we got lied to, or the people in the office dont know what theyre doing. Not to mention it took us roughly THREE WEEKS to receive our mail key. Weve been very unsatisfied to say the least, my sister and I have fixed more things in this unit then maintenance has. (The pictures attached are what our unit looked like immediately after getting our keys. The stove picture shows the missing handle on the top drawer and the other cabinet handle that blocks the oven from opening.)

The size & layout of the apartments are decent. The state of the complex is run down. The appliances are old. The kitchen & bathrooms need major improvements & renovations.

An extraordinary amount of issues with not only the apartment, but the community and management. The first month of moving in, I had at least 8 issues with my apartment. I had to clean the place inside out and due to insects living in every cabinet. Clogged up disposal, no working stove for 2 months, leaking fridge, wasps inside and outside, water heater not working. In other words, even if the rent is cheaper, reconsider your choices and avoid it.

These apartments are very run-down and appear almost unsafe.

How ironic. I use to live there back in 1981-1983 while stationed at McDill AFB. Use to hang out at Mark Twains bar off of Busch Blvd. Thats beside the point. I had issues to where I put my rent in escrow till they made necessary repairs. Unbelievable it was 40 years ago and still the same issues.

Office staff was amazing at listening and understanding my needs. Fast acting and quick at resolving issues and making sure everything was done.

The new apartment manager Natasha has done nothing more than an outstanding job since she has been here! We have had a few issues and she has made sure they are taken care of within a couple hours of me letting her know about them. The other staff members have been very gracious and excellent as well!

My younger brother lived here for a 24 month lease term. The air conditioner broke after a little over a year and he was on the top floor where it gets the hottest(not to say it wouldnt be to the upmost importance to fix any tenants AC) especially in Florida. The apartment would get to a high temperature of 85-95 degrees inside which is uninhabitable. There were many calls made about this issue and the resolve was to charge the unit with Freon which would last just days(they wouldnt come back out for weeks upon weeks at a time) They never offered to move him to another unit and rent was way higher than what it was ever worth. The shower was also out of order for a while and they have rodent issues. I am sooo relieved that he finally was able to get out of this place. The circumstances the owner and staff allow for their tenants is disturbing.

My apartment has had roaches since a the day I moved in they have now multiplied they say that the pest people comes every week but I still haven’t got the problem resolved .. I also have pipe issues since the day I moved in I have water in my sink that has not gone down.. no one answers the office phone .. and I’m being over priced for the rent ! And also my car was towed and I’m a resident and my boyfriends car was towed even while parked in visitors these people are cons! Don’t move here !

I absolutely love my apartment. Tiffany and Melanie were very helpful thoughout the whole moving process. The community is very well kept up and clean. The maintenance staff is efficient and very nice. The apartment its self are very spacious with a nice layout. I only wish there was a few more laundry units but other than that, a great place to live.

Im currently looking for a new apartment in Tampa. When I drove through the complex, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the area and apartments that seem kept up. I called the office and spoke with Rose to schedule an apartment tour. She was very informative and always courteous throughout the call and tour. Im anxiously awaiting my acceptance to this community. Im surprised there is such a low rating on this page; it must be from the previous staff.

Hi! My husband and I moved here 3 months ago. This review is only in reference to the Office team and Maintenance team, not to the apartment complex. We want to recognize the office team and the maintenance team for doing everything to attend to our needs and fix what have to be done. We appreciate their services. Melanie at the office has been of great help and always very nice. Stephany at the office is very understanding as well. Liban at the maintenance team is very efficient at his work and always shows himself available to help. Thank you!

The staff seem to change all the time. None of them responed to any of our propblems, such as, a sagging, leaking roof, black mold all over the air vents and our sliding glass door. This place is unproffesional, will not care what you have to say and covered in roaches. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy.

Deathtrap....Id rather be homeless again.Why leave a phone number that nobody answers for? I have had plumbing issues my entire stay here. I have given birth and still have standing water in my sink with sewage in it with my baby sleeping in my master roomnwoth me. the carpet has sewage on it. This job has been left unfinished for months now. risking my childs health. Yet you still want your full rent payment on time every month and even sent me a 3 day notice the week I delivered my son after we pay our rent on time every month. I put in another order for my.plumbing that was left unfinished Friday. its Wednesday and nobody has come out and my sink is still full of sewage. disgusting the way you treat people. slumlords.

I am currently looking for a new place to live so I have been calling around to different complexes in the area. When I called Foxcroft, I was amazed by the customer service I received from the office staff! What a difference compared to other complexes I have attempted to contact. Lindsey was very helpful and walked me through every little detail, taking time out of her busy day to consult with me. I am very pleased with the amount of care I received! I am hoping to make this my new home!

Reasonably priced and nice layouts. My friend who lives here has had issues with maintenance multiple times in only a couple months. Definitely read your lease thoroughly as she has claimed they excluded pest control.

Really enjoy living here. Eric is a very nice man. Always says hello. Very genuine. Perhaps he works too much. I see him at night and on weekends.

Tiffany and Melanie were awesome at assisting me to get a nice apartment. They helped through ups and downs and made it happen. I love my apartment. Its very spacious,with lots of closets and cabinets.

USELESS MANAGER AND CORPORATE OFFICES DONT CARE AT ALL. we moved here from out of state at the end of June and thank god I called before we came because they didnt even know we were supposed to move in on the day that the manager and I discussed a month before. The manager that signed my lease no longer worked there. After driving all we owned from NY we had to wait 2 days to get into an apartment. Which I can honestly is nice and I am happy with the apartment itself. MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM. They have been overcharging us and putting bogus late fees on our account. We have proof of payment but no one seems to care that we are getting ripped off. Anytime you go to the main office the manager looks at you like your stupid and tries to get you out of her office as soon as possible. the last thing she wants to do is help her residents. we call corporate over and over and over and no answer and when they finally do answer its a receptionist who seems to never transfer the message to anyone who could help. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! ITS ONLY BEEN STRESSFUL SINCE SIGNING THAT LEASE

First and foremost, Im not even a resident however my wife and I have been put into a situation where we need a new place asap. I have called about 6 times ( no exaggeration )My wife has put in a submission twice, and even left a voicemail and called 3 times and no response. How anybody expects to lease new residents this way is beyond me. We have asked for emails in return being that we are at work, and still no response. You can tell the staff of this complex do not take their job seriously. Or even care about customer service.

Left a review pretty much saying i was unable to get ahold of someone while looking to view a unit as im looking for a new complex to move into. I got the generic reply saying ee are sorry, to email them, which i did. I got one reply which simply asked what location i was refering to, i gave the info and have not heard back from ANYONE! DONT BE FOOLED. Rats, roaches, flies, ants. Horrible customer service. I’ve requested maintenance 3 times and still yet to get it. Absurd towing policy, was towed 4 times between my roommates and I in just the first month. Extremely old buildings and fixtures. You can tell, anyone that works here doesn’t care at all. Location is not the safest. Laundry rooms are small and one of the two is by the pool and nearly always flooded. Office isn’t open Monday’s, so in case you needed to talk to someone or wanted to do laundry too bad.

My husband and I had a great experience when we inquired about Foxcroft Apartments, we have been dealing with Josie ...who has been wonderful for our application process and currently waiting on our final approval. We hope to hear very soon if Foxcroft will be our new home!!! :)

Well I have been living here for almost 2 years and the office staff is great, friendly to me maintenance has always been awesome hes always on time hes a great guy. I really like this complex at times I used to have really noisy neighbors but the office sent out letters having them to lower the noise and it worked i have nothing but positive comment about these apartments but I cannot emphasize enough how much maintenance is awesome when I mean he comes within five minutes that I call always make sure everything is done for example today I had toilet clogged and a bathtub and he has been at my house since 5 this morning it is 9pm right now so this is the reason why Im posting!Today date 11/08.And HATE THE NEW STAFF I prefer the old staff at least they answered the phones

This place is the worst. The office looks nice just so you will think the apartments are nice. They are not. It is a very ghetto neighborhood and a few car break-ins have happened. Avoid at ALL COST.

I requested information through the website and by leaving voicemail, but received no answer. The only responses I have received all have been automated... and one requesting that I write a review... not sure if they really wanted to know.

Went by at 1025am on a Saturday (they open at 10am) to find out about the apartments. No one in the office and desk voicemail was full. Price listings on the sign were much higher than posted online.Edit:I was contacted by their management almost a month later to schedule a viewing. I declined.

I always get nervous to pay rent on time every month because they always try and say it didnt go through and then they put an eviction notice on your door. and then when you go try and discuss it, manager Charmain will treat you as youre not even a person. shouldnt be this hard.

While I was living in another state, I reserved an apartment at Foxcroft. When I arrived at the complex the apartment was full of roaches (in the day time), dishwasher parts were laying on the counter, light bulbs were missing, no deadbolt on the door, no blinds in some of the rooms, missing stove eyes, no lights in the microwave, one kitchen cabinet had a hole punched in it, both toilet seats were broken, the shower curtain rod was missing, the shower head was missing - only a pipe was visible out of the wall, and there was a hole in another wall. When I spoke to the assistant manager and told her I could not bring my family into these conditions as it was not safe for anyone to live, she agreed to return my deposit of almost $1300. I have contacted the owner of the property by email and phone, but have received no response. I still have yet to get my deposit.

I am writing this review as a last resort in order to speak to someone in upper management who can assist me. I am a current resident who has lived here since August and under no circumstances would I ever recommend this complex to another person. We are in the process of moving out and decided to end our lease early, a decision that came forth due to unfulfilled maintenance requests and the blatant disregard for resident satisfaction. In the time we came to the decision and found a new apartment, the previous local management had been replaced. While I understand that the new management inherited a very poorly managed property, that does not mitigate the fact that my issues have still not been addressed. For example, I have a bathroom sink that has not been draining properly since November. Ive submitted multiple requests for it to be fixed, both through the resident portal and in person, all of which have gone ignored. In addition, our patio door has been broken since we moved in. See the images attached that show the 1 inch gap created at the back of the door. The door doesnt fit properly in the frame, probably due to the age of the building, leaving a gap for bugs to get in and my air conditioning to go out. So not only is my door not weather-tight, but its also missing a screen, both of which are required by law. I brought this up to the new management, but they seem to be overwhelmed and clearly they arent receiving the support from their corporate management that they need. Because weve had so many issues with maintenance and general respect from the management, when we submitted our notice, we asked that our termination fee be considered for a reduction. It seems ludicrous that we should pay almost $2000 in order to leave a bad situation caused by poor management. Ive been waiting for a response on this matter for 2 months. I call every week to speak with the manager, who keeps informing me that the decision must come from the district manager. I find it hard to believe that a conversation with the district manager should take this long to schedule, and I was even told to send a message through the resident portal which would go directly to him. I received no response, and am yet again having to go through the on-property manager. Were turning in our keys on Monday the 22nd. Ive been extraordinarily patient with this situation but we are now running out of time and I need this resolved.Update: I was forced to pay the full termination fee, and I never received my security deposit back, nor was I notified at all that it was being withheld. When I called to question it, I spoke to yet another new property manager, who insisted that because I terminated my lease, my security deposit was forfeited. I promise you that it does not state that in my lease anywhere and because I was not notified about my security deposit, they withheld it illegally. This property and company are nothing but a scam and I hope everyone reading this takes this warning to heart and does not move in here.

Warning!!! ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES... if you want a newly renovated apartment with roaches, then this place is for you!!! We are the fist to live in this newly renovated apartment which we had to pay extra for. Three days after we moved in and used the brand new stove for the first time, the roaches came in like we rang the dinner bell. My guess is that the extra money for newly renovated apartments here is for the roach infestation. I wonder if they gave us new roaches for the extra money. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Please DO NOT rent any apartment here! Do not be fooled by the wonderful model they show u. I am here not even two months and have had so many issues!! Firstly I did not receive my mailbox key until 2 weeks after I moved in. When I did get it, the mailbox door was so hard to open.The bathroom shower pipes do not work well, when you turn it on there is vibration in the wall. Every other day my kitchen ceiling leaks and theres leak from the bathroom ceiling. The kitchen light chips out every couple hours. My kitchen was flooded out and have had to cook in a disgusting kitchen since. Emergency maintenance number is only there for show, no one actually answers it as I found out in my emergency. The oven door can barely open with the old ragged cupboards blocking it. The doors inside the apartment do not lock. God forbid someone breaks in while I am asleep. The only thing good about this place is the space. But space means nothing when you are living in filth. At some point the management needs to invest in these buildings. It has been a disappointment moving here. Sadly.

I really hope someone higher up sees this. My master bathroom has not been working properly since I moved in April. Every time someone came, they said they would come back later with more supplies. They wouldn’t come and Ive put in so many work requests. Since we can’t afford the lease termination we will definitely not be renewing our lease when it ends. Me and my roommates are sick of paying full price when only ONE of the showers work. Other things include the ridiculous towing policy, the flies that come in because the trash is close to the door, the fact that they wouldn’t show us the apartment until we moved in, the wasp problem, the car break ins (my friend was almost subject to this, someone took a photo of the car while she was still in and it deeply upset her).

The maintenance that are working now are great and are always voluntary to help. They are very efficient

Ever since ive moved into theses apartments in October 2016 i have been experiencing problems. My bathroom sink has been clogged since i moved in and i also put in a request to get it fixed and it has not been fixed yet. My boyfriend decided to take the time out to go underneath the sink to unclog it. A couple weeks later it clogged up again, come to find out their is something clogged in the pipes. Now that i have an upstairs neighbor we have been experience a leakage in our bathroom when she takes her shower and the leakage is bad that the following morning it started to leak into my bedroom and in my closet. Now my clothes in my closet is damaged. What makes it worse is the fact that the leakage is so bad its starting to mold and i have mushrooms growing out of my ceiling. The management is so horrible that ever since I have moved it management has been replaced 3 times. They never respond to any requests made this place is horrible. Worst experience as being my first apartment

Although I have had nothing but problems with my apartment since I moved in, I have to say that I am thankful they have hired better staff to manage this property. Rose, Lindsay and Eric have been extremely helpful in getting things done around here. They really had/have their work cut out for them. Unfortunately they wear the black eye for the neglect and careless past management. Personally I have had more maintenance issues answered in the past few months dealing with Rose and Lindsay, then I have the whole time living here. Very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. Thank You guys!

This is the worse place you can live my girlfriend has been living at that complex for almost 2 years since then there has been 3-5 property managers whom all promise her all these things and nothing gets done we have bombed her apartment numerous time there is black mold on the vent we are told that it was mildew now she had water In her apartment it’s pitch black beacuase the lights are out in the hall way ironically it’s only hers and the building across from her and there is nobody who answers the phone they expect her to pay rent when they can’t even make her apartment in living condition it’s always we will take care of it I’m sick of dealing with these people if the owner can please contact us ASAP !!!!!!!!!!

Ive been appartment hunting for a few weeks and I just applied for a 2 bedroom her at foxcroft... I love the layout and Lindsay in the office was very nice and helpful. I look forward to moving in soon. Fingers are crossed I hope Im approved for my new place!

I do not live here but I have family that does and for the sake of them I will write this review. This place should be embarrassed of themselves. The stairs have dirty carpet on them that smells horrible from dirt, trash and rain first of all who puts carpets in outside stairs??? And God knows what else. Dirty walls. Ever time I walk down the halfway to visit them I see trash and bugs everywhere but yet they have pest control. My family is constantly complaining how maintenance never fixed anything. I seriously dont get why they have not updated those stairs the walls nothing a little pressure washer couldnt fix but do it Nooo. Just drive around the whole apartment and you will see furniture and other debris outside just sitting there for months. If they have a crew who upkeeps the apartment then you need to fire them because honestly nothing is getting done. Dirty, Buggs everywhere and bases on the rest of these the reviews I see why there rating is so low. But yet they do nothing to fix it. Do not live here. If you are in desperate need of a place you are better off at the salvation army or metropolitan ministry.

Very poor management!! Residents come last. Drive past this place, do not consider. Spend your hard earned income elsewhere. Money hungry and lazy! If you love holes in your wall behind appliances, roaches, uneducated staff including maintenance, and pouring out your money into an empty pit then, by all means, consider.

Let this place be your very last option!!!Maintenance staff is cool, but other than that you will regret moving to these apartments. Since I moved in 2014, Ive been promised they were going to fix my Air ducts, which was never installed properly so there is no Air filter for my unit. The hood range above the stove has a fan that doesnt have an out to remove smoke when cooking, simply makes noise. The plumbing is from the stone ages, if you use your dishwasher, the garbage disposal gets backed up with sewage water, use your garbage disposal, and the dishwasher gets backed up with sewage. Result, wash your dishes by hand. Bathroom sink and toilet get stopped up on a regular basis, and any given Sunday the water will look like ice tea... if a neighbor is having an issue with their sink, or toilet, you will too. While it wasnt an issue when I first moved in, but is a serious issue now, the Roaches are permanent tenants, and pest control can come every week, and the Roaches will greet him at the door. Management does not care that you pay the amount you do, based on the lease you signed, which stated the unit came with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and central air. I guess the fine print must have read :Doesnt Have To Be In Working Condition. One positive is its really close to publix, wal-mart and major highways....PS: if you are expecting any packages make sure they are insured because neighbors will steal them, and office doesnt receive packages ....

This place is truly disgusting. Apartment infested with roaches and extremely unprofessional staff that dont do anything and flat out lie to us. Anything that breaks, you might as well forget about it because it will never get fixed. I definitely dont recommend it to anyone

When I was single I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments, and of course that was with a totally different staff, the experience of living here was so awesome, that when I got married, my wife and I decided to choose this apartment complex to move back into. My family and I have been here four years now. When moving in, we filled out a detail sheet about concerns we needed fixed that typically should be fixed within a month of moving in. To put it bluntly, 2 years for a patio and 3 years for a socket that sparks every time that you turn on a light switch is ridiculous. Also the the constant re-occurrence of brown water that has permanently stained the other bathrooms tub. When requesting for the tub to be re-surfaced and the issue looked further into, we were told, and I quote, The owner has denied your request.......If you decide to get it fixed yourself that is your choice. To avoid arguing, I continued came into the office ask for the request a couple more times but got the same response. To this day the issue has not been fixed.Recently, we had a sink that would not drain not drain and leaked first black liquid, that came up from the drain, then orange. We were told that a plumber was coming, which I waited a solid 36 hours for and never showed up. I am extremely patient but I have my limits. When I call the front desk, I never seem to get an answer, and even funnier, I says the voice mail is full. To add an ever funnier touch to it, the voicemail, when not full, still state the previous managers name who has been gone over 5 months ago. For this sink issue, I have about 4 tickets in, and this is not including a couple others. Some issues, I have had to fix myself due to the total lack of care to fix various issues. Not to mention after checking the completion status when completed, the issues are not really completed. There was once a time when maintenance came in, the would leave a note stating the had come in and did work, but the stopped even informing residents that they would even have come into the residence. The list goes on and continues to grow. I really hope someone from upper management reads this review and enforces rather sooner than later.My honest opinion of this place; this was once a pretty decent place to live that took a cliff dive from its previous glory, and I personally would not recommend this place for anyone to move into. Also if you want a real opinion of the place, dont just drive through it, ask a resident that you come across and get a real opinion.Attached are a could picture of the sink issue that seems to be on their back burner of concerns.

The staff is super friendly and the units that are being upgraded look really nice. However, the layout of the apartments was very awkward and we didnt like that the hallways smelled like smoke from the neighbors and that it looks like its a divided way.

Whatever you do, DO NOT move here. My apartment has been infested with cockroaches for months and they couldnt care less. The tenants here are mostly drug dealers and you will not feel safe living here.

Ive been living here a few weeks, so far I like my place I dont hear much noise, no bugs, very clean. The only problem I came home one day and it seems someone had changed my locks (weird) but the problem was handled.

Theres no other place in Tampa thatts gives awesome Customer service.these apartment complex and my experience with them from the beginning to the end has been miraculous .including to the representative that helped me try to find a home for me and my kids .the staff was beyond more then helpful and made me feel just like home ... I met the manager on duty Charnine who greeted me as if I knew her all my life.i didnt expect an experience of a cozy welcome in my time of need thank you foxcroft apartment and keep up the awesome team work u made my day

Had to terminate lease due to negligent management. Roach infestation, broken appliances, and plumbing issues. Payed for valet trash and they never picked it up on schedule.

Plumbing is very bad. I have to plunge the kitchen sink and toilets every week. Backed up sewage and leaking roof in every bedroom, bathroom, and living room with mold coming through. I have to spray a mixture of bleach and water throughout the damp areas in the walls and scrub the mold several times a year. The drywall needs to be desperately replaced and gutted. Theyve painted the exterior buildings twice in a year but do nothing to upgrade the interiors. The german cockroaches are immune to every bug insecticide you buy and pest control does not work. I see little roaches running around no matter how much I spray, and believe me I keep a clean home and do not leave food around. The drug deals that go on each night are regular activity here. I have them smoking crack next door to me because I can overhear them talking when theyre going on another run late at night and how much theyre going to get. Weve had felons in and out of here unchecked by management and cars getting repossessed inside our parking lot at least once a month. My biggest complaint is the interiors. You should see underneath the sink storage areas. Disgusting, rotting, and molding wood. Very unhealthy environment to bring little kids into. I asked them to fix my windows and repair so many broken items and dysfunctional issues over two years ago when we first moved in and none has been completed. The maintenance man is very nice but he needs more help to function and deserves a raise for what he puts up with. I cannot wait to get out and will not renew based on the filth and disrepair Ive endured. My regret is that I should have checked this apt out more thoroughly but they wont let you see it to view it until youve already signed the lease. No matter how much paint you stick on the outside, it wont make a difference. make sure you understand what youre moving into before you sign the dotted line. Oh, and the office girl, her name is Ismenia has no clue, no decision making abilities, and no personality.

There have been a few new improvements to Foxcroft Apartments. Never had much trouble with maintenance or the front office. Landscape, parking lot, and pools are cleaned regularly. Tenants are notified in advance for big maintenance issues or projects, such as water being shut off or parking lot being re-paved. Noise is sometimes a problem and the floors creak because the buildings are older.

Ever since the new manager Natasha has taken over the community has improved and she listens and takes action. Thank you Natasha for all that you do!

I APPLIED ONLINE AND GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT AND HAVE BEEN HOUNDING THEM DOWN JUST TO GET SOME SORT OF INFORMATION ABOUT MY APPLICATION!! THE PROPERTY MANAGER ROSE TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE THE APARTMENT LOCKED TO MY NAME (I HAD JUST MOVED TO TAMPA FROM PHILADELPHIA) AND I HAVENT HEARD FROM HER SINCE AND THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. I was schedule to move in on the 9th of June.. leases was signed by both parties.. I confirmed with the property manager via the phone earlier in the week that i would arrive on that day as early as I can to hand over the deposit and fees and pick up the keys.. Property manager never showed up knowing she agreed to meet on friday.. I drove from NY to Orlando to Tampa.. I lost wages for friday and Saturday due to this and had to stay in a hotel and come out of pocket. This very unprofessional and no excuse for this kind of behavior. Imagine if i had my son.. It seems the management dont care at all. I have to find legal representation to see what can be done to correct it if possible and to see that it never happens again..

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! THEY LOVE TO STEAL MONEY!!!! We lived here for 8 months and in that time we have had 8 different managers. They will straight up STEAL your money and when you go in with your receipts they will tell you its not in their file so they wont accept the receipts. In the mean time you are racking a crazy amount of late charges. The renovated apartments are only half renovated. When you need something fixed dont hold your breath. They will never come or just straight up tell you they wont fix or replace it because its to expensive. Thats not even mentioning the roaches. The are everywhere all the time. You can be the cleanest person alive and still be infested. The smell of your cooking definitely brings the roaches out. Its like a dinner bell for them. You pay for pest control but in 8 months I have NEVER seen them. My advice is if tou thinking about moving here dont. But if you still wanna move here just knock on any residents door and see what they say. I know ALL my neighbors have the same problems and then some of their own. Good luck with this place.

Front office are liars. Dont let them tell you the property is changing. I was told this for years. Rent is extremely high for such a low quality apartment. There wasnt a month that went by were one of my neighbors in the building had a sewer problem. All ventilation systems are connected so if your neighbor smokes so do you. The only reason the front office hasnt been fired is because they change management companies more then they replace carpets in old apartments. They went to a flat rate water bill since the old building leaked so much peoples water bills were sky rocketing.

Ive been here about 5 years I am having lot of issues here in my apartment like water leak from the second floor also sometimes the light in the kitchen does not work, I have been to the office to tell them to fix it but they dont care nothing at all, the manager is very very rude, I dont understand how unprofessional people can work here readying all the comments below now makes sense because I thought I was the only one that having this issues,, I just wanna leave the apartment ASAP, thank god next month is the last month of my lease: oh and also there are 2 men maintenance working here one of them is very rude. If i could. Put no stars i would if anyone trying to move in the apartments is seeing these run for ur damn life . all of the managers here are so unprofessional. They dont try and help to residents out in any hard situation i wouldnt recommend these apartments not even to my worst enemy

Dont let the fake prev. Complex workers reviews fool you.If I can upload the video proof and put it on here I would. I have and will always made my payments on time on the first and what do they do..chrg me with a $100 late fee when I confronted them about it and they agreed it was paid on time its now been 7 months and no reimbursement nothing they just took it and keep saying they are waiting on corporate. Not only that I wait months and still waiting of repair orders still not done and when I go to the office for the billionth time they just tell me other serious issues with other apt come first since there is a big plumbing issue here. Which would explain the leaks and mold in my apt and one day of coming home to find what looks like feces (pic included) and piss in my sink. I kidd you not. whats worst is that when you go to report these things half the time the office is closed. Also since I been here a guy has been stabbed and apt broken in and robbed by gun point. ask for the police for the crime profile I am not making this up. I can go on but I am sure this would be enough for you to make a decision. I pay $952 for a 2bd 1 1/2 apt that is definitely NOT worth it. Upper management and Corp. Doesnt care they just want take your money and the money they dont deserve. The ppl. In the office and the ONE guy that does all the maintenance are nice but nice doesnt fix my issues it way beyond them and they do great job covering or delaying the B.S.that Corp. Doesnt want to deal (Office manager been replace three times in less than 1yr) with so no offense to them but I will keep showing the real of this apt complex until I see a true effort to change. Also I have starting to see huge rats (no mice big nasty RATS, let me know if you want video if you dont believe me)in the hallway running frm different apt. Morning AND night I am so done😤😖 I hate rodents and pay too much to deal with I will be out faster than that dude in frm the movie Get out as soon as my lease is up or I can find a decent place. I state only FACTS chose to ignore at your own risk and regret it not at first but def. Eventually.

I will give them five stars because the staff is friendly, fast and very honest and helpful. The apartments have been around for over 30 years so yes they are out dated for some but I see it as vintage. Now as far as drugs I dont know about that. There are drug dealer everywhere you go.the major drug dealers, i.e. The actual suppliers now the live in your gated communities or suburban areas thats the whole point of the drug dealer goal is to live the good life.Everyone is entitled to their opinion but what I believe its not about where you live but how you live where you are. I am 30 years old and I have had my own place since I was 18 and I have lived in the projects, middle class gated communities, luxury apartments, even when I was younger my parents lived in a nice middle class neighborhood and one thing I have learned there are bad people or not so lawful or respectable people no matter where you live. I mean trump is running for president in 2016 so that speaks a multitude on it own.So in conclusion check it out and see how you feel about it.Ps the plumbing is old but they are renovating some units with all new every thing.

I live near these apartments, not in them, and I can STILL hear the music people play at all hours of the night as if no one else in the world exists except them.

I wish I could put 0 stars because the apartments are deteriorating while the staff remains unreached and hidden. Unfortunately the staff never answers the phone and the offices are are always closed. Maintenance is non existent. Stay away from this place.

They allow a towing company to tow residents vehicles if not parked perfectly straight. Watch out

I have been calling this place for 2 months now to find out when Im getting my security deposit back. It has been well over 45 business days. They do not answer! Pissed! I live too far to just show up.
