I had a great experience with ACS. My AC wasn’t cooling the house today, so I called about 15 companies that had no availability. Finally, ACS was able to send Connor out within an hour of my call. Connor was awesome! Very personable guy who quickly identified the issue and provided an immediate solution. The house temp is back to normal and I can’t thanks ACS enough. Highly recommend!

I called ACS late Friday afternoon and they had a tech at my home by 9pm. Candice, the office staff was wonderful, she was very helpful and caring.Brian, the tech, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Although it was late at night, he didn’t rush and let me know what my options were to solve my ac problem. I would highly recommend them.
I called ACS air conditioning services on a Saturday in the afternoon to have them come fix my daughters air conditioner. They were friendly, prompt and said they would make it work to be able to fit her in that day. The techshowed up a few hours later and fixed the air conditioner. To have someone come out on such short notice on a weekend to me is priceless. I would highly recommend using this company. They are extremely professional and courteous.
At ACS, every technician Ive seen has been polite and friendly, very knowledgeable, and clean (they wear shoe covers!). Brian Turner was so professional and also personable. He made it a point of explaining exactly what the issue was in easy to understand terms and provided honest feedback and suggestions. I really appreciate that they took photos of the machine/unit so I could see exactly what the issue was and understand how theyre fixing it.I love that I pay a small monthly membership fee and have peace of mind all year long! Living in Florida means your AC better be working well EVERY DAY - so do yourself a favor and sign up for ACS. You wont regret it!

This company communicates very well, they are courteous & respectful, & very thorough with their work. Our tech did a great job explaining everything to me, including showing me pictures he took to show me things so I didnt have to go up in the attic to see what he was talking about. He also included those pictures on the invoice for this visit.
ACS installed a brand new AC unit complete with condenser and all components. Our sales rep (Matt) even arranged interest free payments for 18months!! One of the room ducts stopped working after their installation and even though we didnt notice it until after their 90day free service warranty, the manager Elsa waived the fee and they are going to inspect!! Thank you ACS for awesome service and most especially follow up!
Ive had my air conditioner unit for a year, and couldnt be more please. Brian just came for my complimentary service (2nd) one, and did a very thorough maintenance and cleaning on my unit. Brian went an extra step in explaining what was done and suggestions for maintaining the unit. His kindness and professionalism is very much appreciated. He is an asset to the company he represents.1

Technician (Brian T.) was knowledgeable and friendly. He was upfront with regard to all costs. He performed the scheduled maintenance and replaced a rusted out power box. I had him install a surge protector. Overall an excellent and affordable customer service experience.
Technical very knowledgeable and polite. Went through a variety of steps to determine issue. Turned out to be the least costly so feel like this is a honest company to do business with.
I had a package unit that was 3 years old and started to have issues with the unit cooling the house down during the day. After calling two other companies who came out and could not resolve the issue, I called ACS (2020). They did a few things and got the house to cool down last year. I signed up for their yearly maintenance membership as the AC was showing signs of struggling during the summer. The next year (2021) I called them back out to schedule a service call as the house was not cooling again. The tech informed me that the AC was not getting enough air, and that it was time for me to replace the ducts in the house. My house only had one return and the job was quoted for 8 returns and eliminating the original return. After having two other companies come out, one of which was cheaper, I decided to go with ACS to use the same company throughout the entire project. The original quote for new ducts, adding returns, and a duct cover for the exterior of my house (an additional $1,300) I agreed to pay the $7,800 and have them do the job. The first day the crew came out to install the ducts, it was clear they would not be able to do the job they had quoted me for as there was not enough room in my attic for them to add returns. What they did do was use the original return and make it larger. I was promised this would be adequate air for the unit. The techs left my house a mess. There was attic debris, insulation, tarps, and the return ducts which they could not use left in my house. I called them back a few days later as the house was still not cooling. I was irritated at this point for paying for a job that was not done and did not fix my problem. I was told I need to now replace my AC unit. This would be an additional $5,000 job. I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone and wanted him to take off $1,500 which was the price of a different company who quoted me for the duct work (that included the returns). He refused to refund me the $1,500 and was willing to refund me $800 for the work that was not done. I then had them replace the AC unit and we upgraded the unit from a 3 ton to a 3.5 ton (which is what should have been on the house in the first place). They installed the AC and that night the house was now starting to cool down. The AC duct cover (the $1,300 piece of metal that was custom cut to fit to my house) was still not installed. They realized it was not cut properly and they would have to order another one. This took over 3 weeks with zero updates. I was constantly calling and trying to get information when they would be able to instal the cover. Finally they sent Ben the AC tech to install the cover. I came home to him covering a 1 5/8 inch gap from the cover to my house with black duct tape. After asking him if this was how he was planning on leaving it, he informed me he didnt know what else to do and that he wasnt sure why they sent him out to do this as he was not qualified. I told him how much I spent on the cover and that I dont think this is what I paid for. Ben got extremely frustrated and start to lose his cool. He told me he doesnt like when people tell him how much things cost and that I was the one who agreed to pay that much for a piece of metal. Ben was gracious enough to help try and resolve a rattling supply vent which only started rattling after the new ducts were installed. HE crawled in the attic and pushed down on the vent while I screwed it in. It was definitely more secure but it still rattled. He told me I needed to buy a new vent cover. For the next 3 weeks I am calling ACS talking to two different people in the office. I did not get anywhere and was promised I would have a phone call from the owner to go over the best resolution for the duct tape on the exterior of my house. There was talk about adding a piece of trim to make it look like a more finished job. They sent out someone (who cancelled twice) to spray expanding foam in the crack and he was supposed to return to cut the foam back the following Monday. Still no word, still have an unfinished job.

**UPDATE 3/20/21-SEE BELOW**I’m at a loss for words with this company!! I purchased two A/C maintenance services through them. I get a call from the technician who is servicing my A/C, he says my temp is not kicking out of my vents correctly/efficiently. We talked on the phone to set up another service; when I get home this clown didn’t tell me that he pierced the masking on my air handler.I’m extremely disappointed that he would leave two holes in my air handler and not have the common courtesy to fix them. I will be escalating to management, which I already have and the same technician keeps calling me. Extremely annoyed and unprofessional of this group!! Highly discourage using them.**UPDATE 3/20/2021**This company is a complete joke!! I honestly dont even know where to begin:1. I paid for two services completely upfront for $79.00, then out of the blue I am being charged $6.95 for a monthly service membership that I never signed up for.2. The A/C maintenance service was a joke, this is what they did: They cleaned the outside of the unit and hooked a meter up to the inside of the unit to get readings. They didnt even clean out the inside of my unit and then have the nerve to slap an ACS sticker on my unit for future maintenance.3. They burned the hell out of my grass during the first encounter, I brought it up to the manager and he said that he would replace the sod and I said no problem. Well, when push came to shove, they did not replace the sod, instead told me this We will be happy to cancel your membership (which I never signed up for), If the grass does not grow back in the next few months, let us know and we will have someone stop by and throw some seed down. WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING SOD.4. This is how you treat your Veterans who served for this country, I told them and of course no response....chirp chirp.5. They also gave me a quote for duct work and it states directly on the quote, WE GUARANTEE YOU CANNOT FIND A COMPARABLE INSTALLATION FOR LESS OR WE WILL PAY YOU $50 OVER THE DIFFERENCE. I did find a quote for $2,000 less, I brought this to their attention and they did not honor the terms of their contract. An absolute embarrassment!!6. So in a nutshell, if you want your landscaping damaged and charged for a monthly membership you never signed up for, hire this company. They over promise and under deliver, thats all that they do. THEY ARE F*CKIN JOKE!!7. After I posted this review from my personal account, there was a 1 star review given by someone whom my company has never performed services for, leaving a review for the business that I own. I dont want to speculate whos behind it, but if i was a betting man, I would gather to say that it has something to do with the review that I left for them.8. The pics are from Late January 2021, so this has already been 2 mos and they want me to wait longer for them to drop seed? I have St. Augustine grass and this is the damage they refuse to rectify...
An AC expert was able to come a half hour after my call after work hours! Got my unit up and running with in a half hour too!!! Reasonably priced! Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Def will be a returning customer!
I called ACS Home Services to move my condenser, move outlets and install a porch light. I was treated well from the first phone call to schedule an estimate, all the way through to the finished jobs. I love that they text you to confirm your appointments, send a picture of the technician so you know who will show up. They arrived for every appointment as scheduled and on time. The technicians were courteous and professional. Also, the estimates were very reasonable. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to use their services from now on.
Brian was amazing. Very informative on preventative maintenance after he fixed the capacitor. I feel like I’m in good hands with ACS because of him!

They did not provide an honest professional opinion. If you have no knowledge in AC units, they will try to sell you $10,000 unit instead of making a small fix. Which my husband was eventually able to YouTube and fix. Cost us $200 at the end of the day. Waste of $80 for their dishonest opinion. And they are not professional. Said they would show up at 9 am and showed up in the afternoon instead.

The initial repair man, Brian, was very courteous and I was pleased with his service. It was determined that my unit needed a dye test to find a coolant link, which would require a service man, Christian, to come out the following day to evaluate and find the leak. I explained prior to agreeing to services that I manage a medical clinic and would not be available before 6:00. Brian called and confirmed that this was ok and scheduled me for 6:00-8:00pm on the following day. I agreed and paid for the service. The following day I received a call that stated they needed to reschedule to the next day. Then on the second day they called and stated they would not do the service that late on any day that I would have to take time off of work to meet them. They just completely refused to fulfill their promised and already paid for services. I will never use this company again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Kaleb provided excellent customer service he was very knowledgeable friendly and detailed. A big indicator of the quality of a company is how the employees feel about it. We decided to replace our AC unit when buying our first home last year. It has now been a year since we have had our new machine and just completed our first FREE service maintenance. Hands down from the initial quote, install, and service calls everyone at the company has been outstanding! I am beyond impressed with their professionalism, knowledge about all things air, and personal touches integrated including the text messages with the name and picture of your technician who is on the way!I would recommend this company a million times over! We have been extremely impressed and satisfied with ACS Home Services!
Initially I left a good review because the tech was nice and the company was easy to deal with. They did a free maintenance service on my AC unit. It happened to stop blowing cold air a couple days before they were already scheduled to come. The tech who came out and did the free promotional cleaning service tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I let them know my ac wasn’t getting cooling and he claimed to check several things. I asked if the refrigerant was low and he said it was fine. I had another company that my mom uses for all her clients (trusted) and there is ZERO refrigerant in my system. None. Completely empty. The estimate given for $879 worth of work was nothing I needed. 😑

They did a great job in maintaining my AC unit. They took the time to inform me about the issues that were or could possibly happen. Gave me solutions to repair them and even worked with me on the price a little bit. Very professional and courteous. Worked efficiently and now hopefully with the new LED light installed I’m good to go for a while.

From arrival until departure, ACS was professional, courteous, and through. Rocco explained our issues clearly and gave us several options for short and long term solutions. Owning several homes over the years certainly made us feel comfortable to what he was talking about, but even if we were all new to homeownership, its clear that ACS isnt all about up selling or performing a quick fix.... they are more interested in finding and fixing the issue, resulting in a better experience for the long haul.

Doug came highly recommended and did not disappoint. There was not a hard sell with getting a quote. We had already done a lot of research and knew what we were looking for. Comparing apples to apples with the other quotes received, ACS Home Services was very reasonable. The window quality is excellent. The install crew was professional and did a great job installing. I was so impressed, there was very little mess made during the process.It is so nice to have new, efficient windows and we really love not hearing the highway noise from our bedroom.
The electric panel was supposed to be checked per the deal they were running - it wasn’t inspected.The HVAC tach did not provide a written report of findings and recommendations.I do not recommend ACS Home Services.

Avoid Maintenance PlanWe purchased a maintenance plan for our AC which was less than 3 years old. Unit was running great.The first technician that was dispatched was inexperienced, managed to tear down one of our garage racks. After the cleaning, we noticed our unit kept running non-stop and a few days later our house began to overheat.The same technician returned a few days later, he turned off the unit and was unable to turn it back on. Another representative showed up yet neither were able to fix the issue. We went the next 3 days without air. (The benefit of being a member did not actually pay any benefits when it counted).The last technician was significantly more experienced. However we were given a $600 repair bill. We received zero benefit by being [email protected]
I made a repair call for a/c unit, they were very nice and sweet, wanting me to pre sign for maintenance contract, which usually has to be enforce for 90 days but theyll let me use the discount for my repair call anyway. I was told leak in coil and low on refrigerant, not worth it to refill because it would just leak out again. i need a new unit. old unit is a 1.5 ton unit, should get a 2 ton unit but because of covid mfg arent producing or shipping units so all they have 2.5 ton which is only $500 more than 2.0 ton unit. salesman goes over pricing give me discount, price is still $6,500. I say its too much was sure it would be under $5,000 from what i saw prices on internet from mfg should only be $3,800.00. he talks me into signing contract that i have 3 days to cancel if i want. Hours later i try to cancel contract. they arent so sweet and nice anymore, they argue with me, say i will be sorry that this is best price i can find etc. I did find 2.5 ton unit for $3,800.00 for other company. Now they say we will come back and refill refrigerant for another service charge and not for 3 days. But always insisting I should change my mind and they would be happy to install the new unit. I say no, and after several conversations trying to cancel order and get refund Im not trusting this company any more. Now 2 days later they are saying there is a restocking fee of $500 because they had to order the unit. what garbage, they said I had to take this unit because they couldnt get any others in. This company is disreputable and just wants to rip off its customers.
Rocco, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job diagnosing my a/c problem. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and at a more than fair price. I highly recommend using ACS home services, I will be using for my preventive maintenance service from now on.
The technician, Kaleb, was prompt, efficient and courteous. He did a thorough inspection, explained the results in easy to understand terms and left me with a complete report for my records. The company even sent a text with Kalebs picture letting me know when he was on the way to my home. I would suggest, however, that they update his photo as the one they provided does not represent him or the company well.
ACS installed my HVAC system in 2017 and did a fantastic job. All office staff and installers were professional and friendly. They explained everything that they were doing along the way during the install. Since then I’ve had them service my system biannually. Their monthly plan can’t be beat for their biannual service and as a member you also get discounts on other services. For my fall service my technician, Talon, was great. He was respectful and wore a mask and shoe coverings while in my home, explained what he was going to do, that he’d be taking pictures along the way to document, and provide me with a full report at the end. That’s just what he did. He went over the entire report with me. We went over options, he was not pushy at all, and I appreciated that. I would recommend ACS to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company that cares about its customers and does excellent work. Their customer service is spot on as well! Thanks ACS!

I had them come out to quote a job. When I called to schedule the job they said they had to come back out to make sure they didn’t miss anything. I thought it was shady but what’s the worst that could happen. They came out for the second time and told me the same price so I said let’s do it. They charged my card for the full amount of the quote. Then an hour later they called me saying they had screwed up and the price would actually be DOUBLE what they quoted me. Never calling these people again. Stay away.
Horrible/Nightmare - Will give ZERO Star if I can.This is a follow-up of my previous review of ACS under a different account.I called the business again as requested by the business owner. But they still refused to refund me. They charged me $773.00 for parts that are under warranty to replace functional parts on my AC. I have to spend $350 to get somebody else to test and re-install my original parts. ACS proposed to only reimburse me $350 if I give back the new parts and I have refused. I am still trying to get my moneyback. Think before you do business with ACS and make sure you know some basics of HVAC!!!

I was please with the on time professionalism of ACS technician Timothy Ortiz who performed my central AC semi-annual service. Using the most modern equipment, Mr. Ortiz cleaned and checked the compressor unit and the air handler. He made sure to vacuum out both drain lines and to make sure the UV light was working properly. He also inspected the filter and gave some good advice on things I could do to help maintain the unit and of upgrades to my system that were available to me.
My son said the repairman was knowledgeable and so good that he said we need to request him Im the future. He did not try to sell us on something we didnt need as Im on a VERY tight covid induced budget and semi retired because there is no job for me. I appreciate his beingmindful of that and we WILL request him in the future.Claudia was also WONDERFUL in getting us help right away and she was very friendly, kind lovely to deal with. Seeing as the float valve was installed incorrectly by the company that installed the system I will be using you on the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
HORRIBLE experience with the manager of ACS. I dont know her name because she literally refused to give it to me when I asked.They came out to do routine maintenance on our AC, but when the service tech left, our upstairs unit wasnt working anymore. When we called to ask them to come back, the manager said we owed them money for the service of two units instead of one. We were serviced by this company for 3 years without an issue. We were loyal customers. But today, this manager wouldnt even speak to us unless we gave her our credit card number. She was incredibly rude and spoke over us and wouldnt let us talk. It blew our minds that she would speak to us in this manner. It really is hard to explain how badly she treated us, if it wasnt so upsetting, it would have been comical. It was the worst customer service Ive ever seen from an established company. We were shocked that she would treat long time customers this way.When we bought their maintenance service last year we were charged $83. They have been out to our home for almost a year since then and they have serviced our two units without a mention this problem. It was their error and this manager was acting like we were at fault. We would have been happy to pay the nominal amount she was asking for, but we couldnt even get through a simple conversation without her raising her voice at us. And honestly I wouldnt trust giving my credit card number to someone like that, someone who acted so bizarrely.She never sent the tech out to fix the unit that had stopped working. The tech was a Very nice guy, but the manager needs to learn how to speak to customers and should not be representing the company. We had to call another HVAC company to fix the unit that stopped working after they came out. Its a shame that one person can destroy a businesses / client relationship that had gone on for years. I cant recommend this company knowing that this is the kind of woman who manages it.
Doug “the window whisperer” with ACS is the bomb! I got new hurricane resistant windows installed and was so thrilled they’re coming back to install a new hurricane resistant sliding glass door. The difference is amazing! Doug is very knowledgeable, the prices are great, and the install team second to none.

Matt was very thorough in explaining the problems with our existing air conditioning unit. He answered all of our questions. And helped us come to the decision to replace our HVAC unit.
I was miss informed on what was included in the initial 79$ Service, the flyer I received and info given over the phone was not what was included. However what the company lacked in communication and responsiveness (rescheduled appointment last minute) Timothy Ortiz more than made up for in professionalism and knowledge. Mr. Ortiz gave me a play by play of everything he was doing why he was doing it and roughly how much everything would be in a timely friendly manner. This review is 5 stars solely because of Mr. Ortiz and the excellent experience and knowledge he brought with him.
Tech came out within the hour. Was very courteous and professional. Had knowledge of the situation and provided a decent quote. Would recommend over some of the others...
Gene came to do my regular maintenance and brought to my attention that my unit was getting mold build up. I was home so he pulled me away to show me. I been looking for UV for my unit and was offered a reasonable price for the protection I would get. He was not pushy which is nice but I have done my research and have him do the install. He was honest and will surely use him again as my maintenance technician.

Asked them to come out for a quote and they told me to name my price. Im asking for an honest quote on the equipment, not looking to spend any particular amount other than what it costs to get that equipment installed correctly. Would notnl give them a call again. They were also late, outside of the 9-11 window they suggested.
We were very pleased with Doug who gave us all the information and answered all our questions regarding the installation of our sliding doors and window. We cannot day enough about how professional George and Brett were with regard to the installation. Their work was perfection and their concern for keeping our home clean was above and beyond expectations. We would highly recommend this company
We had an issue with our thermostat and they were over within hours - right before the coldest night of the year! I felt like we were well taken care of and would trust them with any other work in the future.

Yes, ACS did end up giving me a good deal on a new unit, but the path to getting there involved a lot of me questioning and eventually me just giving in because I had no AC. After the install, we were never told by the installer to add a filter, and after me finding out I went three months without one, realized they kept telling me the wrong sizes. Ive bought three filters, tried jamming them into the unit, and then come to find out, its a totally different size. They literally wrote the wrong size on the air handler. This really should not be that hard, but apparently so. I think I got an unlucky hand, and I bet they do provide great service most of the time, but I had a rough road.
They come out and clean my air conditioner every 6 months and heating and tell me if something is going wrong and what I should do they dont force me to buy things they very kind very polite and always have done a good job that I know of Im very pleased with their work I would recommend them to anyone thank you
Came over told me I needed a new unit - I would never call them again - over everything they took a diagnosis fee for a problem I told them about —— the crazy thing over that is they kept pitching me a monthly plan —— fan was a 200 dollar installed repair which they wanted over 500 with the monthly 7 dollar fee it was 425 LOL run from this company
ACS came to the house for regular maintenance. The technician that used to come to service our unit was your typical upsell, doom and gloom high pressure tactics seller he even made us do air quality testing in our residence because of bad mold and we almost had all our ductwork replaced due to that clown. Fast forward to today, we had a new Technician his name is Tim Ortiz, totally different experience, Tim was very professional, humble, courteous, knowledgeable all around great guy. ACS take note, a tech that gives you all the information and does good work is your best asset. I would have given you the 5 stars but I am still resentful from the past experience. Keep up the good work Tim, families like mine appreciate all your effort.

Have used ACS for maintenance for a couple years now and just had my final service today (moving). My technician (Josh) was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He was especially thorough and expanded his review of the system as I was anxious about my upcoming inspection. He was generous with general energy tips. I will be renewing my account with ACS once I move and would refer Josh and ACS to friends and family with confidence.
Very professional and great communication throughout the entire process. Tech was Covid friendly while in and around my home. Had my system checked out and cleaned. Tech took photos on iPad to show me everything that was needing attention. Will use again
