My family and I love taking The Nickel Ride to get around downtown. It’s super convenient, easy to get in and out of, and kid friendly. It’s nice to not have to worry about finding parking downtown. Also the drivers are always friendly and knowledgeable of the popular spots.

Train your drivers to drive appropriately. Not 7 mph in a 25 mph zone. Also not to stop for no apparent reason in traffic. Also to depart a stop sign when clear and not stay sightseeing. I was behind one of your drivers this afternoon and experienced all three of those situations in the span of fifteen minutes.

Never again would I count on this service the lady was rude...I called no answer she kept saying she busy and that she will be there so I waited over 45 min no show so I cancel the ride ...bad service it could have been simple if she would have told me she cant make it

This is a cool service to gain some extra money worry-free as a ride-share driver. Simple and hassle free to get my car wrapped. Awesome people ot help you get started as well. I thought this was goin to be really ghetto but its alegit servic e that works. Will continue to use.

Used app to request ride - no driver available during published business hours. Left FOUR voice mails, none returned. Attended a presentation by owner to a group of business people - he walked out in the middle of his presentation without saying a word!

Your app needs some work. It constantly says no drivers available. Please fix that.

Called for ride in Cape Coral and was told to call back in 50 minutes.. Called back in 50 minutes and gave information where to pick us up. Waited 40 minutes and called to see where our driver was. Was THEN told we were not within their 15 mile radius and they were NOT coming !🤬

Great service great experience

I have tried numerous times over the past months to use this service. The app never works, the phone is never answered and I am never again trying. The St Pete location might as well not exist!
