DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My company signed an agreement with this company for 6 months. The service that was to be rendered was 1 -Assigned Expert backed by a team of 5 handling each nuance of campaign - 2- Weekly conference calls for strategy and planning + monthly analytics reports 3-Professionally managed & Resigned E-comm Facebook Business page - complimentary $50 for A/B testing Ads to find best strategy for Targeted 4-marketing campaigns; suggested monthly budget: $100 until ROI is achieved, before further investment 5-Professionally Managed Twitter account - #Hashtag branding and strategy with linkbacks to website, Ads, and educational pieces 6-Google Business Optimization - will cover all categories and niche subcategories for your local market - same strategy can be duplicated to expand market in the future. 7- Complimentary Reputation & Review building campaign directed at Goggle, then Facebook 8-New E-comm website redesigned, maintained, updated, and optimized for SEO - 6 to 8 weeks production period - this is 100% yours whether you stay with MyCity Social or notThey were definitely not experts in my industry. No A/B test were done nor was the Facebook redesigned, No Analytical reports were shared, No reputation & review was ever completed, and No Google Business optimization. However, they did post Facebook Ads and got my Facebook shut down! They also did redesign of our website which resulted in major reduced speed response and we had to pay additional funds to another company to correct the speed optimization. After determining that they were not performing the services promised. I spoke with the company and determined that we should switch the service plan to SEO which included blog writing and a concentration of SEO. This too was a disaster. The writing was terrible. I spent more time reviewing the blog than to just write the blog myself. I tried to work with my sales person expressing the issues of which he tried to work with the company. However, the company does not value customer satisfaction and hides behind the fact you sign and agreement and they take your money without delivering service. I have had to shut down our business checking account to stop the charges. I am negative ROI by utilizing this company. Terrible terrible service and company.

My hope is that you are reading this before you hire My City Social. My largest desire is that I can save someone from what will most likely be the worst professional experience of their life. I have given this company somewhere in the area of $8000.00 and have not seen any evidence that I have received any advertisement. Including a website that they told me 8 months ago would be built within the first 20 days. The salesman Mike Paskas was in fact a very good salesman (its just a shame the whole thing was a con) I have great respect for anyone that serves in the military and he used that to manipulate me. I have spent 8 months being called by my (account manager) who asked the same questions that she asked me when I originally met her. I have had to cancel their payment through my bank, although we had a 6 month agreement instead of one year they continue to bill me after cancellation. I dont know what legal grounds I have for compensation from this company but I will seeking legal advise about that. This will be the first time in my life that I have had to do this. I was told yesterday the CEO would be contacting me by days end and I told them then if I did not have my money back in my account that they took out on the 17th of June I would be writing this review. Please, please, please save yourself the cost of high blood pressure medicine and avoid this company at all costs!! I have retained another company and I did that by getting recommendations and reading their reviews BEFORE hiring them.Best of luckMark Dixson

They dont really care about nothing but them self and money

As a small business owner and savvy marketing professional, I had big hopes for this company. I was hoping they would strategically manage my account and take some of the social media load off my shoulders. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. I managed them. I managed my account. I managed their employees. I managed my budget. I even had to manage the monthly amount being charged as it was often incorrect. I requested monthly meetings, requested regular conf calls and in-person meetings to ensure my contract was being fulfilled. As a small business where every minute and dollar counts, you want to make sure youre spending money on items that will make you money, not cost you more. Do your homework before you hire this company. Check their references. Talk to past clients & current clients. Most of the reviews for this company are from employees, owners and family members. Theyre good sales guys. I fell for it and paid a hefty price. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are great! They have helped me with my social media and Google for over a year now and I have noticed a large improvement since theyve started. I still handle some of the marketing myself when I am able to, but they do most of the work when I am busy and dont have the time. I would highly recommend MyCity Social.

Dont do it your basically throwing your money away .And you are not going to get anything even close to what they promise you .Complete rip off as far as I am concerned to the tune of 3500. for 6 months of nothing that was agreed on.
