I started using Acquire Direct Marketing in spring of 2019. I have done nine workshops with them since last spring. Their service is really a time saver for me. They handle all of the registrations and everything else in preparation for my workshop. Weve built up a good data base from these first nine workshops and I plan on doing quite a few more in 2020. Im glad I found them.

I just started using LeadJig / Acquire Direct...I like the ease of sending out customized emails with links build into the email as well as videos..I also use BombBomb for video email and it is really easy to build out email for branding...I also like the analytic features and the fact that it captures so much other data from the subscribers...It gives you and edge when working the leads. I have tried another service before and I would not give them any repeat business, Advisor Fuel, as they are very impersonal and hard to communicate with. I will follow up and post some results right after my first webinar Aug 20.

I have worked with this company for less than a year. We’ve had some great success getting people to our educational workshops. I love the back office where I receive notifications of registered attendees, keep up with those who have paid to attend and confirmed. I receive full contact info on the attendees. I love that they send out reminders just prior to the workshops and give the opportunity for me to easily send “thank you for attending letters.” They also have a drip marketing campaign available to stay in touch with those who registered. Great plans and systems. BUT it is sometimes difficult to get to a lead tech or rep in a timely manner.There have been a couple of duplicates and in some cases no info on AUM or emails for followup. Their team is responsive when we do chat with them or advise on a problem.

Ben has gone above and beyond what a normal representative would do. We do dinner seminars and being in Los Angeles that isn’t possible. So what Ben did was take data and emails from our dinner invites and convert to a new campaign. We are resending invites via email for fold to sign up and attend our new webinar series. Fantastic!!

I tried doing business with Acquire Direct/LeadJig and didnt have a good experience at all. This is what happened:I’m not exactly sure these people know what the heck they’re doing. It’s obvious, the sales people do not. I reached out to this company because I was exploring making a change with my direct mail marketer. I send out over 10,000 pieces per month like clockwork so I took a considerable amount of time to explain precisely what I do and what I want and even provided numerous samples of my actual mail piece. Somehow I was assigned to a sales guy Chris Norris.After almost thirty days, I still hadn’t even received a price quote from him. The only thing I received was a number of lame excuses. I was so disappointed that I called and emailed the President of this business named Alex Hug and he wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of a response. I then called and spoke with a gentleman named Zach Edmondson who claimed to be the sales manager. Quite surprisingly, he gave me pricing within 5 minutes and assigned a different sales guy to assist me. I figured I must have just gotten a lazy guy when I got Chris but I was wrong.Again, for a second time I spent a considerable amount of time explaining what I was currently doing and looking to continue doing with this new sales guy. His name was Mike Defreitas and since I already was told the pricing from his boss, I was expecting to move ahead. The last thing he was trying to do for me before I moved forward was get the digital version with Facebook included at no cost like my current direct mail marketer does for me.Next thing I know, the new guy Mike comes back to me with a much more expensive cost per piece and didn’t even include the critical elements of what I was requesting which bothered me even more. Obviously, these people don’t listen and I’ve been dealing with direct mail companies and digital marketers long enough to know that this will come back to haunt you. You can’t make changes to mistakes once things have been sent out or the send button has been pushed. All this dysfunction adds up and only indicates they will screw things up royally which can put someone like me who relies on this form of advertising out of business.I didn’t even get to 1st base with them before experiencing enough issues to make me run for the hills. There must be a reason you dont see any reviews on-line for this company. Usually that too is a big red flag.
