Never thought i couldve had such good looking eyebrows. Gigi took great care and detail when she did my brows (and touch up) and she informed and advised me every step of the way. I booked online by searching randomly for a place to do my thicker eyebrows. Not only was the process such a treat with great smelling products but, getting your brows filled in with some makeup really sealed the deal! Something so simple but it really sets a great impression on me and my attitude. I booked with Rebecca and she made the experience really feel like I was getting treated by an old friend. I will certainly be back, and telling as many people as I can about this place!

Went here for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Rebecca. She was very friendly, welcoming and professional. She took the time to explain everything to me and even gave me info on what options would be best for my Eyebrow routine and maintenance zPart of what I was looking for was to see how my eyebrows look with the tint to see if microblading would be a good option for me as well. I love how my eye brows look when I leave but after 3 to 4 days it looks like I never had anything done. I saved for months for this procedure and was heart broken when the result wasnt as expected.

I have been going to Dion since she started doing microblading and just got to see her new location and use her eyelash professional. I have used one other person to do microblading the in the past (that she fixed) I have never used another person since. She has been my person for about 4 years not. Of course we just keep them touched up from time to time and I can say that because they look so wonderful there is a long list of girls that have gone to her over the years and all of them are very happy. I recently got to use her new service of eyelashes and they were amazing and I was so happy with them. Anyone looking to pamper themselves I highly recommend this business and give it a A+ rating.

I had been looking for a good place to help me with my eyebrows for years actually! I have alway had an issue.... one higher than the other, one longer and thinner....just the worse! I finally found Dionne on IG and fell in love with her work. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and it was the best decision I ever made! I get compliments all the time and it has made my morning routine quick and easy.

Dione emailed me a week before our scheduled appointment (Mind you I made our appointment over 2 months prior) to tell me that she had to reschedule due to personal reasons. I didn’t mind even tho it was a little difficult for me because my sister was getting married within 2 weeks and I wanted to give my eyebrows time to heal. We were able to agree on a new day and I had to use some personal time at work to make the appointment. The day of the appointment I got to her shop and she wasn’t there. I called her texted her and emailed her and got no response. I waited in my car for an hour. Got home and she emailed me telling me she moved her shop. This would have been useful information prior to the appointment. I was livid. I lost time from work and to make matters worse Dione was not sending me any additional options for days to reschedule NOR was she apologetic. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I rather go elsewhere where my time and money Is valued. SO hard to find good customer service these days. SmhI appreciate your apologies, Dione. However, I emailed Saturday and Sunday to reschedule and received no response from you. It was only when I requested a refund when you told me you were going to provide me free service. I understand you are juggling multiple hats. I, too, juggle multiple hats with a full time job and being a single mother. I would have just preferred to have a quicker response from you given everything that happened. A quick little email saying I’m working on getting back to you with a day and time that works best for you would have sufficed. A phone call would have been better.Thank you.

I did my eyebrows (microblade) back in 2017 and not pleased with the outcome. I should’ve obviously said something sooner before but thought maybe my brows would’ve faded out. The original shape of my eyebrow was slightly uneven and I went forward with this procedure to make it even and to not have much maintenance. I am now left with uneven eyebrows with the pigment from the process slightly fading but still present. It’s very frustrating and upsetting. I contacted the artist recently via email and was simply ignored. I’m not looking for a refund or anything but wanted to make it known as this issue is still ongoing. I’m sure the removal process is triple what I paid.

I found Pretty Dope Brows through Instagram as I was in search of a microblading artist. Dione’s work spoke for itself and the minute I found her ph I knew I had to book an appt. Although I’ve always wanted microblading...I was pretty nervous and anxious. Dione assured me I was in good hands, she was quite patient with me and very accommodating. During our session she actually had trainees present and she was so detailed and precise while explaining every step and process to them. Prior to my session she went over everything that I should expect during the entire healing stage, following my session she sent me the post care list as well.Her communication is A1, great customer service 👌🏾Annnd of course my brows look AMAZING!!!! You can tell she takes great pride in her work as she is such a perfectionist. She took care to make every single stroke very detailed and natural looking. Her hands are blessed! I’ve gotten so many compliments on how my brows look so natural and I haven’t even completely healed yet lol 🤗 Definitely book her if you’re in need of any of the services she provides.

I recently had my first session of microblading done and Dione at Pretty Dope Brows. She is great. She is very professional and does an excellent job of explaining the procedure and recover process. The aftercare bag she gives you is adorable! She was patient with my requests to change my brow shape and gave me exactly what I asked for. I am still healing (its only been a week) but I am looking forward to my next session and being completely healed so I can show off my new PRETTY DOPE BROWS!

Perfectly drawn and shaded brows. A bit painful, but you wont regret the results. Price is very reasonable considering the outcome and the fact that theres a free 6 week touch up. Dione is a professional in every sense of the word. I am completely satisfied

Dione is the best microblading artist in Broward County. I live in Palm Beach County and the drive is worth it! I would drive hours just to see her and will never trust anyone else with my eyebrows again. Ive seen her 3 times so far and will continuously go back to her for all my eyebrow treatments. I was worried about the pain, but the last appointment I actually fell asleep lol. Her microshading and shading techniques are out of this world as well.
