Efficient and friendly staff makes my experience with Numotion pleasant every time. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the proper equipment for your needs. Sometimes service can be slow because they need more professional staff but they come through as scheduled.

While my experience with Numotion is not vast, I cannot praise the initiative, care and attention of technician Robert McKlean (pardon incorrect spelling, etc.) enough.Mr. McKlean took time out of his schedule for a few impromptu meetings to both discuss and look over a friends wheelchair, patiently allowing us to lay out every facet of our issue.While were just getting underway with addressing these issues, I am already impressed by Mr. McKleans obvious passion for tackling problems head-on, thorough in his follow-up and wholly on-the-ball.Thank you!

My wife and I travel full time in our motor home and were on a stopover in Tallahassee, Florida. While here, I began experiencing problems with the wheel locks on my wheelchair.I had the good fortune to find Robert McClean at NuMotion and gave them a call. He arranged an appointment that worked for me and arrived on time (wearing a mask) and went to work on my wheelchair right away.Robert was able to fix the problem and had us on the road in no time.I can’t say enough good to describe my experience with NuMotion.Thanks so much Robert!!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I work for a local Drs office and I absolutely despise this company. They do not care if a patient gets a wheelchair. I have spoken with Sherry several times. She is always rude until she finds that it is in fact her fault the patient is still going without. Always apologetic after however I need equipment not apologies. Highly recommend any other possible facility over this place.

In North Florida they do not return calls, are completely understaffed and have closed their Tallahassee offices. This used to be a nice responsive company but in the last two years they have completely fallen apart. Their Panama City office is brutal. If you have to deal with Tanya, forget it. She is incapable of returning a phone call. Unfortunately, they have no competition but that could change.

They were closed. The business next door gave me a card to call for I guess an appointment time. So please call before heading over. I gave it 4 stars only for not following the hours of operation, minus only 1 star for that reason. Other than that I have no experience with customer service or products.

Robert was very helpful. I felt so welcome. I will go back soon.

Called last Wednesday because my chair broke down on me when I was out came home and called nu motion to late them know what happened the lie they told me was it not be until the 7 of December before the would be able to get to me but now they have change it again they also told my caseworker it would be the 5 of December what kind of game are they playing with me and I am very angry because it makes me feel like they playing games I am very unhappy with this company

The very poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. Tried to process an order from our neurologist for two years for a power wheelchair .All the paper work asked for was submitted . Still no chair or any contact initiated from NU Motion...............Totally Inept

I have called Nu Motion here in Tallahassee and you either get voicemail or on the rare occasions when you can speak to a live person they need to call you back, and good luck with that. Dont know what the problem is, however they need to find a solution before one of the other local companies start getting their business.

Eva at Numotion was incredibly helpful when I needed to help a friend with a scooter rental. I appreciated the friendly and efficient service.

This is the worst company ever. After a year of waiting for my wheelchair I just found out that they havent even done the authorization to my insurance yet which could take another couple of months. This company doesnt care about their customers or providing good customer service. When i ask about the status of your equipment they lie to you and then you find out later that the work they said they did was never actually done. This company is a disgrace and I caution anyone to research all other options before choosing to do business with this company.

2017: Terrible service. After over two years of numerous calls and pleas with Eva, they still have not expedited my friends wheelchair she is qualified to receive and no one returns our calls. They will lie and tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Shameful excuse for a business.UPDATE Dec. 2019: We finally have a new wheelchair after locating a different company from out of town, National Seating and Mobility, who were willing to help us! The whole process only took a few months after YEARS of non-action, lies, frustration, and being given the runaround by NuMotion.

Numotion used to be awesome. But in recent months the customer service has really gone downhill. I have tried to get my wheelchair fixed for 2 months. Its to the point now I cant use it. No one will return my calls and I cant get an appt scheduled. They have had my back up chair for several weeks to look at it to see what repairs would be needed for that one so now I dont have any operating wheelchairs. This is impacting my life in a big way. Looking for a new vendor. Individuals with mobility impairments cant be without their chairs which serve as their legs. There was some kind of switch in the way NuMotion does business and it wasnt a good change!
