This is the second time we have used Big Cutts to remove trees. They always have Dave look at what we want first and give an estimate which is great. They put you on the schedule, they do all the work protecting the yard, 9 trees in less than 2 days and all cleaned up. Fast, efficient, and friendly they let you know what’s going on as they do their work. I highly recommend.

I had two 2 1/2 ft water oaks taken down a large live oak trimmed off my house and another tree removal. They knocked it out the park they protected my yard didnt damage a thing and cleaned up and put items back in place. High recommendRobby

Scary people. So glad we look up the people before we hire.Owner has a wrap sheet a mile long. And has no problem with 50% being his best. No protection worn, which is scary as a home owner. The equipment is obviously loud, but you can still hear the foul words in between.

A few of our neighbors have used Big Cutt for their tree removal in the past and we were fortunate enough to have them take out a few of our trees that fell after the hurricane. They had all the right equipment with an experienced friendly crew. We were especially pleased with their fair pricing. We are having them come back to do more work once the busyness of storm work has passed.

The owner was very good, knowledgeable and passionate with his job. We did project with him before. The personnel answering the phone now named Dee, is extremely unprofessional and rude. This is a different lady we use to work before. I wish Mr James the best. As for his assistant, good customer service goes a long way.

I have had trees cut by James Chrome Ingrams company before and today they removed 5 trees and trimmed more by the side of the house. So very professional and always accommodating. Their pricing is consistently way below estimates from other companies so I highly recommend them to anyone and did so to three other homeowners on my street.

The person Brittany Aman who wrote a poor review was a secretary that was fired for theft. You can pull a public records request at Wakulla County Sheriffs office for all her issues with law enforcement including multiple for dealings we had with her.

Every time their trucks drive by our home they fill our yard with fumes that take a long time to clear out. And then their fumes at the job site travel for blocks. Most other tree service vehicles dont do this when they come to our neighborhood. Please get the trucks fixed or upgraded.
