Big Bend Tree was very professional, responsible and efficient. We had one pecan tree trimmed and one pecan tree removed. Mr. Scott explained all the details from protecting our lawn to hauling the trees at out first meeting. When the crew arrived, the work was performed without any issues. We are very satisfy with the work and highly recommend Big Bend Tree.

Big Bend Tree Service cut down 6 oak trees in my yard yesterday. They cut 15 oaks in my front yard last year. Bet I won’t have to worry about another tree falling on my house or car ever again!! 🤣. I’ve used this company twice for tree removal. This company provides reasonable cost estimates for the services. The office staff were friendly and professional. The crew did an excellent job removing the trees, trimming and pruning other trees that were not removed, cleaning the debris and restoring everything as it was prior to service. We used Big Bend Tree Service to remove 5 trees on our property. Scott came out and gave us a quote within a couple of days of requesting a quote and the crew was out doing the work the very next week. We got quotes from 3 other companies and Big Bend was the best on price. Five trees were cut down and all the brush was removed all within 24 hours. The crew left my yard as clean as when they arrived. Im only calling Big Bend next time I need more trees taken out.

Big Bend Tree Service did an excellent job removing multiple (very tall) pine trees from our property. They went out of the way to be helpful and friendly. We were grateful that they were able to remove the pines in our backyard without having to use a crane. They even helped our next door neighbor who initially asked for BBTS to trim a few dead limbs and then asked for several trees to be removed from her yard!

Mr. Scott came out himself and did the estimate.... and I must say it was REASONABLE. I expected to pay much more for the work that needed to be done. The office staff needs to be replaced. You have a 1 in 3 chance of them messing up. Better hope they don’t make a mistake because if they do they will blame you and send a letter from their attorney when you complain!

Im giving a two instead of a one, simply due to the initial phone conversation prior to setting a day to quote the work was not horrible. However, Kenny called today to set a time to quote the work. 2:30 pm. At 2:36 I call and receive no answer. Kenny calls at 2:39 pm opening the conversation with a loud laugh in my ear and clearly speaking to someone. It took 10 seconds before he said hello to me on the phone to address where he was. Kenny shared he was running a couple minutes late (As if I wasnt aware and it is 9 to be exact). He said he was on Ocala beside the publix and then just disconnected. No goodbye, just click. Anyways, publix is literally less than half a mile from the Apartments we own. It takes a minute to get to the complex from there.At 2:50 I instruct the office staff to turn him away if he shows up. On my way out of the complex I turned right to head towards publix to see if I would pass him and at the same time was giving him a call. He answered to say sorry that he was in the worst traffic jam ever. There wasnt one. Beside the publix to our property is a straight away and only one intersection, which I was sitting at as he was saying this. There was no traffic jam. I drove down through publix and back to the property in a total of 3 minutes.We had 4 other vendors that came out an were punctual, respectful, and had great phone etiquette. I didnt need to give my business to a vendor that didnt feel the need to call prior to realizing they were going to be late, being late, disrespectful on the phone, surpassing the time by a whole 20 minutes, and then lying about being 1 minute away, but couldnt get out of the traffic jam.I run my own business seperate to the property and as an owner, I would be highly upset at losing out on the opportunity to make the kind of money this project would if offered. Kenny needs a lesson in phone etiquette and punctuation. Im very understanding. If you werent going to make it by 2:30, just call ahead and let me know. Dont make a client continue to reach out to you to find out whats going on.
