Appliance Pros delivers consistent, professional service. They come when they say they are going to come and have consistently been able to fix my appliances during the initial appointment. As an AirBnB owner, this type of service is essential to smooth hosting and happy guests.As a bonus, they sold and delivered a thermal fuse not found elsewhere in Tallahassee that allowed me to repair my dryer today. Thanks, Skyler, for your excellent service.I will definitely be using Appliance Pros for all of my appliance repair needs.

23 days later...no repairs have been made...it took them 9 days to get out to me because no one would answer after I submitted through my home warranty. Finally my home warranty reached them and they came out. Two technicians came out to fix dishwasher and stove/oven. They seemed inexperienced. The technician looked like average guys off the street. No identifying items if Id been home alone I probably would not have let them in.. They only cleaned the drain on the dishwasher and stated that should fix your problem. Well that didnt work and the dishwasher still does not change cycles. They looked at the stove/oven. And said they had to order parts. I gave them a week thinking surely parts should be received. Never heard from them...so i started calling and leaving messages in for a week straight....no one had returned my calls or call to schedule a follow-up visit. My home warranty has called the vendor twice and emailed without response. Never use this company they are the worst. So long story short I have been without an oven for 23 days and only able to use 3 of 4 elements on the stove top. And unable to use my dishwasher because it doesnt change cycles and will run 24/7 if not manually pushed through the cycles.

We were sent to Appliance Pros from our home warranty company. We do not recommend Appliance Pros. The first visit was fine, but by the fifth visit we were over trying to use them. We had three different techs come (two of them came two time each, but the first tech only came once), and one of them was fine; he was polite, courteous, and apologetic about the issues we were experiencing. The first tech took his mask off while working (in our refrigerator over our food) and only put it back on when we walked into the kitchen. He also moved all of our food from the fridge without gloves and without telling us. They also were inconsistent with times. We had a 4pm-6pm appointment that they didnt show up for, and called at 6:30pm to say he was on the way. When we told him that didnt work, he said he would let the office know that we couldnt make the appointment. The next appointment after that was 2pm-4pm and he rang our doorbell at 11am, after not being able to get ahold of anybody. On top of all of this, they seem to hire young inexperienced techs. They were constantly stepping outside to make calls (to the office or to other techs, we dont know), and at the last appointment, the tech was watching how-to videos and brought another tech inside halfway through the appointment without letting us know ahead of time. They asked for materials every time they were here (stools, hand towels, bath towels), but apparently didnt use them well enough because our wood floors by the fridge are now warped. We will not be using this company again and we recommend you do not either, unless you want to be told at each appointment that either something was broken that they didnt know about, or that wed have to wait at least a week or two to get in the required parts.

They were assigned through our home warranty company, and were uncharacteristically great. Well likely be discontinuing our warranty, but will use this company again independent of them.They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and Dane, the technician, was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient.Not sure what else to say. Experience was great with them and Id recommend using them for microwave and/or refrigerator issues any time

My home warranty company worked with Appliance Pros of Tallahassee to service my refrigerator. They were very conscientious of scheduling, and Dane was kind and professional. He very quickly understood my issue and did his best to not only fix the initial problem but also fixed other issues I hadn’t reported. He came in with a mask, made me feel very comfortable, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend working with Appliance Pros and especially Dane for anyone who needs help with refrigerator issues.

This was a great experience. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Appliance Pros. They were able to come out sooner than any other vendor I had called. The technician, Dane was able to determine the problem and was able to get the part needed the next day (evaporator fan). The refrigerator is working great now. Dane kept me informed the whole way through, and went out of his way to get me the part as soon as possible, Would highly recommend!

The service tech, Dane called me at 5pm. Said he would be here in 15. Was early. Took him about 25min to diagnose the issue. Dane was very professional, knowledgeable and explained to me the issue. He is getting the part I need ordered and said it should be here next week. I highly recommend Appliance Pros for all your repair needs and if possible ask for Dane!

My warranty company American Home Shield call. Appliance pros of Tallahassee to repair my stove Dane my technician was wonderful. very personable and professional. I would definitely call this company again. In the future I will use this company for all my repair needs.

Dane was the service technician who added refrigerant to our refrigerators compressor to bring it within normal cooling and freezing temperatures. Hes very professional and completed the refrigerator repair efficiently and expeditiously. He is researching our double wall oven to determine why the right side oven is not heating.

My refrigerator died and Appliance Pros were out within one hour. James did a great job, very professional and diagnosed the problem mediately. Within 20 minutes he left and my refrigerator was working and I didn’t lose any food. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them.

Edit to add: as a follow-up, the owner Tony called me within hours of this original post to apologize. I am definitely not the only one with issues with the receptionist. Without putting what he said out there, I will say that he sounded like a decent guy who really cared and offered to help me in any way. I will definitely be willing to use their service again as long as someone else is answering the phone next time.Original post:The nastiest person named Sissy answers the phone. She will not let you speak and is very rude. My home warranty used them for 2 service calls in May. Washer and dryer. Dryer turned out to be outlet, not them, so they closed that claim and only charged me the one claim for washer they did work on. I have a receipt their techs left that same day of first service showing I paid the one fee and he didnt charge for dryer. Sissy yelled at me stating that they dont receive payment at the time, even though that is exactly how my warranty is, with every vendor. I pay the service fee when they come to the house. AND I have a receipt signed by Ryan that I paid the 100 even though Sissy wants to tell at me that I didnt. I wish I could post a picture theof receipt here!I called them today because my warranty was showing I didnt pay so I was hoping to ask her to please call them for me to help get this straight but she just wanted to yell at me that there was no way I paid her men but that they show its closed and paid. She would not help me at all call my warranty, was not listening to what I was saying to even explain my story, told me I didnt pay her men in person (even though I have the receipt to show it!), And then she hung up on me.She must be either the owner herself or family and gets away with treating customers like that. I cannot believe I was yelled at by an adult like that. Horrible, horrible customer service. Never use them!!!

Excellent service beginning with the office personnel right down to the service technician. They schedule the service quickly and showed up right when they said they would. Took care of our issue promptly and received a follow up call from the office to make sure everything was working properly. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

The service overall by the technicians are good. But the communication by the company and especially the receptionist is very lacking.I had an issue with my stove and went through the home warranty and was put in touch with Appliance Pros. They called me within the 24hr window for scheduling (just) and scheduled a technician. That part and the technician coming and figuring out the issue was all done well. Was told not to use the stove or oven and that they would get back to us. A week goes by and no word. Called the company and receptionist answers (always on speakerphone), doesnt listen to what i say, then asks for name and says she will have to schedule a technician. This after I have already told her that one came over a week before. She then gets testy and says shell have to figure out whats going on and call back. Never does. So multiple calls later, get the word that the part has been ordered and they will schedule another technician visit. Again the tone of her voice is like she is doing me a favor by scheduling a technician. Second technician comes and fixed half the problem and says that they have to get a control board replaced (which was a part that the first technician had already identified). Now its an old stove so I didnt think they made a control board for it. That was close to 3 weeks ago. Never heard from them again. So now almost a month in still havent been able to use the oven in the stove. Called on Thursday, same receptionist, again speakerphone while doing something else, again not listening, again getting rude, again telling me shell call back, and again no call back. Finally called the warranty company and found out that a request for replacement was put in over a week ago and that I should have called to organize and pick out a new stove. Since I had no communication from appliance pros Im still stuck with an oven that doesnt work even longer.This business would do well to communicate better and more professionally with its customers. Learning to answer the phone with a good morning/ afternoon and with a name would go a long way as well.

Horrible experience. I want to say that all of the technicians that came out were very nice but could not agree on what was wrong with my washer which has been broken since 6/6/17 Twice they said they would order a part and then nothing happened. 6/15/17 was the last time a tech came out and said it would be 5 to 7 business days so I waited. Today on 6/29/17 I had not heard from them so I contacted my landlord. I received a call from a woman who said that a tech came out on 5/15 and replaced a hose and it was fixed. I informed her that no such thing happened. She said they could schedule a time for a tech to come back out and make sure it was fixed. I am not sure if my landlord was charged for any part or labor but I sincerely hope not. I am not hopeful that they will do anything tomorrow either, as before a tech even came out the first time I spoke to a man on the phone at the company and he insinuated that I lied and never made an appointment and was very rude. They have been in no way helpful or apologetic about this situation. As from the comments below I am anticipating a defensive reply.

Had them come out three times to fix my ice machine with no luck. Would not recommend. Another company came out and fixed it first try. Turns out the problem was the new ice maker they installed was installed incorrectly.

Unfortunately, this seems to be the only company my apartment management chooses to deal with; maybe theyre really cheap (mgmt. pays for repairs if I didnt break it). Its not unusual for them to come out & fix something, only to find out its not fixed & they have to be called back out, sometimes even twice. Just now a guy came to fix the issue with my stove that was fixed by them 6 mos. ago but is happening again. When my kids told him to give me 5 mins. because I was in the shower, he got in his truck & left without a word. Very unprofessional.*In response to company response: Why didnt he tell my son he was going 2 blocks away & would be back? And I WAS THERE, in the shower & not there are 2 different things. If he thought I wasnt home then why didnt he call my phone, like he had done earlier, to let me know hed be coming back? And my son is a KID, hes an ADULT. My son closed the door because the man walked away from him without another word. He thought the guy was going to wait in his truck. And I did this review after not hearing anything for over an hour.

This company has not satisfied our needs at all. The repairman ordered the part and said he would be back in 3-5 days to fix our freezer. We waited two weeks and finally had someone come out (because I called numerous times). When he got to the house with the new part, he said he didn’t have the proper tools to put the part in and wouldn’t be able to come back that day and said I’d have to wait until an opening two days later. We are highly upset and will not be using this company again.
