She is the ultimate professional who looks after her clients, who eventually become her family. HRA is the only brokerage that comes to mind when referring my friends and family. I found a house I really was interested in and for a week and a half I tried contacting the realtor listed on the property and could not get through. I left several messages that weren’t returned and finally after going through two associates who had no dealings with the property one person played middle man between the realtor and I who I still had no communication with. After sending in my information and paying two separate application fees for me and my husband who are legally married, I had to continue to contact the middle person to find out updates and finally someone sent me an email saying they chose someone else not even suggesting other properties. I’m glad we won’t be working with this company and hope they give others better service then they gave us.

Jessica was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She was responsive and professional. I was a wreck through the whole process and she held my hand and we found our perfect home. If you dont know where to start and/or are buying your first home then she is definitely the realtor for you. She answered every question, every worry, really just phenomenal. As a first time home buyer it was as good of an experience as it could have been because of her.
