Steve and Betty were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Can’t say enough good things about them and their business. Took the new car in to have the wheels powder coated black and they look so slick. Their prices were great, customer service was beyond professional, helpful and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions and were early getting the car returned to me. They provided text messages and pics throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was happening and it was easy to see the quality and pride they put into their work. The fact they can accommodate you bringing in the car rather than just the wheels is a huge bonus. Can’t recommend them enough, you won’t be disappointed!

After talking to Steve, I decided to have them delivered straight to Rocket Powder Coating.I didnt know much about powder coating (except I liked the result), so I have to give Steve credit for hand holding me through the entire process. He answered every question I had with patience, explained the different finishes, and made recommendations on what would be best for my specific needs. We conversed by both email and phone and with both he was super responsive.There was some confusion with FedEx about what date my rock sliders would be delivered to the shop, which frustrated me, but Steve didnt seem to mind the change of plans one bit. Since he knew they were coming he made sure that when they arrived my project was completed right away. He even sent me photos and kept me up-to-date the whole time. Talk about truly fantastic customer service!And the quality of the powder coating job they did was amazing. My sliders came with step plates that were screwed on (a whole lot of screws). Steve had asked if I wanted the screws coated, too. Im a visual person so of course I said yes.Rather than taking the easy way out and coating the entire piece as it came (screwed together), he chose to do the job the right way and take the pieces apart, powder coat them all as individual pieces (yes, even every single screw head), then put them back together for me before I picked them up.If you dont know much about powder coating, doing the pieces individually ensures way more protection from rust in the long run, so by doing it this way he was putting my best interest first. Im willing to bet most other shops would have powder coated the entire thing together and still charged me the same amount. Not Steve, though. Hes about doing things right.I cant rave enough about this company and the couple who owns it. Its very evident they care about both their customers and the product they provide. They did a great job on a set of headers for me super nice great company

On a Monday, I took in four 1970s metal butterfly chair frames that had been sitting outside unused for years to see what could be done to get them back into shape. Steve said they could be made pretty much like new., recommended a satin black finish, with UV protection, and said they could be back in a week. As it happened, our job fit into their work schedule early and Steve and Betty delivered them to our deck on Thursday of the week I brought them in! They look great - better than new - and with new covers bought on-line from Unique Contemporary Solutions, it is the 1970s again at our place. We are very pleased with the work and the service. I did some research before I picked a place to powder coat my motorcycle wheels. I am very picky and I was very specific on what I wanted. They knocked it out of the park!!! My wheels look amazing and I could not be happier. I drove from Panama City just to have them do it and it was so worth it. I highly highly recommend them.

I had my Ranch Hand color matched to my truck and Rocket Powder had multiple colors to choose from but Steve insisted on getting it closer to the color of my truck. He ordered a color that he thought would be closer and when it got in he shot a sample so that we could compare. Steve and his wife will go out there way to make you happy which is why I chose to do business with them! They also send you pictures and text messages updating you the entire time they are working on your project. I wanted to get the wheels on my new car powder coated so I contacted Rocket Powder Coating. An estimate from another local shop quoted me an arm & leg to strip and coat the wheels which had been painted white from the dealership. After talking to Betty and Steve at Rocket they gave me an amazing price on the work and offered to strip the old paint from the wheels free of cost. I also couldnt be without a vehicle for very long, so Steve took my needs into consideration and allowed me to set an appointment, in which I could drop the wheels off in the morning and get them back the same day! The wheels came out amazing and compliment the car perfectly, I couldnt have asked for a better experience or better customer service!
