If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We had to cancel my daughters birthday party at the last minute because our entire family came down with a terrible illness (no fun!) but they were super understanding and offered to refund me for the rental. I didnt want to do that, as I do still want to enjoy the water slide at some point and as a fellow small business owner, I know how refunds can affect a business. They were accommodating in rescheduling and we look forward to renting from them again soon.

We have been renting slides from Jumpin Joy for a few years now, and we wouldnt ever go to anybody else! They ownerd and staff are the most friendly and cordial people to do business with, and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

Phenomenal customer service and truly wonderful people. I would highly recommend them for any party needs. I was so pleased with the service I got and the help I received from them. 5 STARS!!!!

I had a great experience with this company! I reserved chairs through their website the day before a socially distanced outdoor baby shower (super last minute!). A friendly employee delivered the chairs in plenty of time for the event, and picked them up the following day. The chairs made a big difference to the baby shower and were appreciated by the guests.

Rented a bounce house for my baby shower since all of my friends have kids. What a great idea! The bounce house was in great condition and the kids had so much fun playing on it. It allowed all the parents to have adult time while the kids played. This company is very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some fun!

The bounce house was nice, clean, and SUPER FUN!! My daughters birthday was magical! Having a bounce house for the kids to bounce around, run into walls safely, and shoot hoops was perfect for the extra cake fueled energy everyone had. Delivery and pick up was so swift and easy! They had an available water slide, last minute notice. Delivery and pick up were great! Definitely recommend using them! Delivery driver was super nice and helpful!

They have a terrific website that fully describes their products and allow you to make the reservation online. I also really appreciated their policy in case of inclement weather (though we didnt have to take them up on it). Very professional and courteous staff who called to book the drop off time and make the pick up and delivery. I would absolutely use them again. Thank you!

Great experience! The water slide was awesome and kept a group of nearly grown teenagers having fun for hours. The staff was terrific -- prompt, courteous, agreeable to setting up early and leaving it as late as possible. We would definitely rent from them again.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful! It was easy to book online, drop off was easy and so was pickup! We loved the bounce house and waterslide combo! Ton of fun and look forward to using them again!!!

Called last minute and they had exactly what what we were looking for. They were extremely friendly and so helpful. The equipment was very clean and well taken care of. We used Jumpin Joy for our office Christmas party and they were awesome! Delivery and pickup were both prompt and professional and the bounce house was clean!

Such a great company to rent from. The waterslide was very clean. Setup was fast and didnt feel pressured to have it picked up. The prices are the best in town. We had 20 teenage girls here who enjoyed the slide for hours, then of course us grownup had to have a little fun! We will def be renting from them from now on!
