Ive been critical of UPS in the past, so I wanted to take a minute and commend them on a job well done.I had live and very delicate marine life arriving today. It was critical that they arrive before the heat of the day killed them and were promised by 10:30am. They got here at 10:20am, alive and well!

I gave it a 4 star but should have been 2 or 1. I live on a dirt road and at the time the driver was to deliver. He said bad road and no one home. It was 2 days in a row. The drive lied both times. He never came down our road which had been granted and fixed. Nor did he call. I will Never suggest anyone on a dirt road outside of the city to use UPS. They wouldnt give me the drivers name because I was gonna report him. So now Im changing my post. I had to go pick up my package.

UPS is top notch whether you pick up and especially for the delivery drivers. They are #1 in service and dependability.

I went to UPS for a job interview was there 20 minutes early got to see the person who interviews 15 minutes early and was done within 10 minutes everything went smooth and everything went good everybody I dealt with at UPS is professional Curtis and very friendly

They never knock or ring door bell when they deliver a package. Whats so hard about that. You dont have to wait. Just knock and leave so I can know my package is outside. They do this everytime. Im off apalachee and capital circle. So whoever route that is. They need to do better!

Our daily ups guy is great. Always so friendly and cheerful. I don’t know how else to make sure he gets recognition he deserves for always being awesome! we’ve gone through many drivers here over time at work, and I hope this one sticks around because it’s always a joy when he comes in. His name is Raphael(Rafael), not sure. ❤️ I certainly appreciate him.

Worst customer service ever they dont even connect to a real agent and never says your schedule date and just update as on it way. Personal experience kept saying on its way for more than four days and never mentioned a scheduled date that too for an expedite shipping post which important and promised to deliver on the certain day. I think they should atleast be responsbile for an expedite or an important post which is least expected from them

Service is always excellent. My package was delivered as promised like always. FedEx is a joke.

Took my package and off they went.

They tried to deliver a package for 4 days, i finally told them to hold the package and i would come get it.

Knocked on door for 10 minutes. Then the employee came out the side door and told me she wasnt releasing any more packages until after 5. I was there during pick up hours, they just sat inside and looked at me until time for them to clock out.

A week ago I received a text from someone claiming they were with UPS and they had a package for me but the address didn’t include my apartment number. I called the number back and spoke with the gentleman and he told me to text him the apartment number and he would get a new label and my package would arrive the next day. I haven’t received the package or heard anything else about it. Where did it go?

I will definitely try to find another direct way to commend my Mr Morrison, UPS carrier. I’ve ordered a lot recently, heavy furniture. One driver left large, over 79 pounds items outside my gate. I could not lift them. Willie Morrison came to deliver some items, and picked up the furniture the other guy had left and put it on my porch. He always brings packages to the porch. He ended up having to pick up the return of the heavy furniture that I hadn’t ordered, and happily went to the basement to get them. Great attitude and professional!

John was getting bombarded with customers upon opening the store, yet he still helped me make it in and out within minutes and had a cool, calm and collected attitude.He definitely deserves two thumbs up, thanks for your help man! I really appreciate you.

I’m not sure why they bother posting scheduled delivery times through the corporate channels at UPS when there are regional delivery facilities like this one.Packages are consistently arriving at this local UPS facility on time, only to have the delivery date change after the package is in their possession.

The driver put a sticker on the WIDE OPEN door of my business WHILE WE WERE OPEN AND DROVE OFF!!They refuse to deliver to our business during business hours, though we receive packages daily from USPS and FEDex with NO problems!!After months of “mishaps” and being assured 3 different times by management that things would change, They have returned yet ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT package back to sender!I closed my business early on Saturday to arrive before they closed to pick up all the items the drivers refused to deliver, just for the employee to tell me there was only 1 package. I checked tracking today and YOU GUESSED IT, it is on its way back to sender!! I now have to refund my clients AND pay USPS or Fedex to reship AGAIN. This company has cost me HUNDREDS of dollars.Unacceptable Business Practices.

They are moving fast but seem unorganized. Maybe thats why my package was on the wrong truck and I had to pick up my food to prevent it expiring!

Always saying package delivered but never is🤦🏾‍♀️ Y’all need to speak with the drivers about that issue! You should never mark an item delivered UNTIL it’s actually been delivered at the address! I’ve been home all yesterday, cameras had no motion around the time UPS driver said package was left at the front door, liar!

Delivered my irreplaceable package to the wrong location. I eventually found out it was to my neighbors, with no help from customer service. The apartment number is explicitly written, there is no confusion, one starts with a 1 the other a 2. Almost like the driver purposefully didn’t care and just dropped it wherever he’d like. This was not a hand written address, it’s typed and clear as day. Thank god I was able to recover it. I have had SO MANY ISSUES WITH UPS I’ve decided I will never use them again because chances are you won’t get your package if you do.

I had anxiously been waiting for a delivery at FSU. Bright signs on all of our exterior doors with the numbers to call for deliveries. No package. No calls. I contact the UPS driver. They say they attempted three times to deliver!!I let the driver know that we have signs eveywhere for deliveries and recevied NO CALLS. They had called someone who is on vacation, which means the driver did not actually get out of the truck and GO TO ANY DOOR of our building (or even go the building??), which again has the numbers to call for deliveries. Also, was I just supposed to divine that there had been attempts? There were no stickers letting us know that an attempt was made. Nothing. The packages would still be sitting at the warehouse if I had not initiated contact.So freaking frustrating! Not the first time UPS has not gone the extra or even the expected mile to make a delivery. I never have this problem with the competitor.Also, notice how any of the reviews here that are half way decent are from Local Guides and not from actual, average, uncompensated customers?

I got my package super late and the box looked liked it went through the shredder. I gave 1 star just to be fair😤

Be warned they have posted business hours that are; open 8am to 11am followed by a 6 hour closing the open again from 5pm to 8pm.I was disappointed as I scheduled thebpick up of my own package b/c my driver usually shows around 7pm and I needed it by 5pm. Was not made aware of active hours until I got to the door...at noon.

I’m not sure what driver delivers in the Lake Jackson area but he is continuously dropping my packages off to the wrong address and I don’t understand why because it’s not an apartment complex where there’s an “205-A,B,C”. Spoke with manager who was apologetic and assured me it wouldn’t happen again, yet it has. What’s so hard about paying attention to the numbers that’s listed on individuals homes?

Ordered hurricane supplies to be delivered on Friday for a Monday storm. Package says on the truck on Friday and out for delivery but no delivery is made. They tell me that they, because of hurricane conditions closed. It is beautiful outside hear. The storm is not forecast til Monday but they stop delivery three days out! The 800 number says theyll contact me Monday. That theyll be open Monday. Monday is the day the area will be hit! Im going to encourage fed ex from now on.

I ordered a package and was told during deliver it could not be sent to my address. Im signed up with UPS updates and tracking support, so I got a message the morning it was to be delivered.The people at customer service told me the pick up location and hours. It was a relatively heavy box. The attendant brought my package from the back, then offered to help me to my car with it.I figured that was a very nice gesture. There were no lines or waiting when I got there and the attendant was helpful and friendly.

A convienant stop with friendly service, but strange hours and occasionally you qill arrive within their posted hours and no one will be there to serve you.

Went from useful hours to completely useless hours. FedEx is just as far away and I can drop off there all day. What is the point? Couldnt staff someone the whole day?

UPS always goes out of the way to take care of getting me my packages even if it means holding them at the location for me to pick up the next morning. I rarely ever wait and when I do its because a newbie guy is trying to get a quote on something he packed totally incorrectly and UPS is trying to tape it right. Great customer Service!!!

Although the driver didn’t even stop at the front door to do the delivery as i stood outside, just drove by and assumed we were closed (we have weird hours during the day) I am really happy with the prompt customer service. However I got a text saying “430pm business closed delivery failed” but it was 5:02pm when he drove by so i think he rushed and predicted wrong..the text updates aren’t probably very accurate. He will be returning to do my delivery. They called within 30minutes and were very nice and understanding. Thank you !

I would give no stars if I could. My package was never delivered and UPS did nothing to assist me or try to help with the situation. Their claims system is a joke and good luck reaching someone who speak clear English when you call customer service.

The place was closed. No sign saying why posted. No internet message on their site saying that they were closed. Customers came and went before ringing the doorbell, finally got someone to come(15) minutes later and say they are closed. Drove 60 miles to a UPS center, Ill take my business to Fed Ex. Maybe they know how to communicate.

I hesitated to enter Tallahassees UPS distribution center because, after all, Ive come to expect UPS to be fail-safe in exceeding shipment expectations. I did enter it, however, because over the past three months I have been using will-call pickup exclusively. Why? Because its convenient for me, since I have a school drop-off on hartsfield (minutes away) and my package(s) are certain to be there when I arrive at 8:20.Nancy is the agent I almost exclusively work with, and shes great about identifying my packages before I even give her the tracking numbers.Why wait around the house during a 6 hour block when a signature is required when you can just pick it up here (or at a number of fine UPS stores around town)?Say hey to Nancy!

You reviewers above me are such ninny babies, I mean of course it is kinda of busy...it is a international Distribution Center for God Sake. To the guys who said bad location...news flash...it is a warehouse. Most nice areas do not allow Commercial Warehouses in their neighborhood. To the woman who said they never even came......how do you know? Assumption of fact is not evidence.

Waited all day for package, driver showed up five hours after quoted time - supervisor then refused to take responsibility and claimed The driver made an attempt to deliver it, thats all were required to do. There is no guarantee. If you want a guarantee, you can pay for it, with our add-on service.Confused. Though I paid for actual delivery, but apparently thats extra? Bad enough they disrespected and aggravated my pregnant wife, now the package is two days light and I havent so much as an apology to show for it.Now I have to go pick it up myself, and even then their only affirmation was It should be there. Nothing should go wrong. I asked if they could at least call IF something does go wrong and my package isnt ready for pickup. Answer: Unfortunately, No.Completely inept, and disrespectful to boot. They do the bare minimum, and it seems, not even that. Thus, I will not recommend doing business with them.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I was home until about 4:30 but it never came. When I got back home from work I checked the tracker and it said they tried to deliver at 3:34 but I was home and I didnt hear a knock and there was no notice left but on the website it said that there was. I want to go pick it up but I dont know which one to pick it up from because I didnt get the notice! I dont like liars

Worst experience ever with a delivery company! Staff lacks knowledge of job or process, unhelpful in resolving issues, unconcerned about proper service or customer needs. Received repeated intercept process alerts on multiple deliveries, from various vendors who were not aware of the alert, nor did they initiate it. UPS did nothing but read me a tired script about what an intercept process was and that it came from the sender. They did not send notification stating that my package would not be delivered. I had to find this through tracking. Then they would not even call the sender to clarify the issue once I informed them that this was a repeated issue that someone needs to resolve. So I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone with a heart, but was placed on hold I guess until they felt I had calmed down. Never spoke to supervisor, manager, or even a person with at least an average IQ. Needed textbooks like last week, UPS kept sending my books back to the sender, then accusing the sender of requesting them back. Yet the sender keeps sending them back in my direction and no one at UPS could pick up on the fact that UPS was in error. Good thing slapping the taste from someones mouth is frowned upon in this country.

Being open till 8 pm is a huge benefit. Wait time is minimal. Plenty of parking. Really a wonderful place to do your shipping

UPS is still the delivery standard but the office has limited hours and customer service is disappearing quickly. They have a large cadre of dedicated hardworking drivers. Theyvapear to have sacraficed everything else.

If you ever have the chance just use somebody else. Stay far far far away from UPS even if you have to drive 300 miles anything is better than trusting them with your package.

Gave it one star because there is no way to give it zero stars. On line tracking says package is out for delivery and estimated time is before 8:00P. It is almost 9:30PM and still no package. Called the 800 number which is no help except they say they have till 12:00 to deliver it before it is even considered late.

Hey so I ordered something that never came and when I tried to call to ask about it it literally didn’t help as it was like one of those call machines whatever they are but I need to talk to someone there to ask why my package never ever came...

Said my package was delivered today at 1:27pm but it never was. Contacted customer service and they said this location would call me about it and they havent yet I spent over $100 on what I was having delivered. They previously did the same thing with a tablet I ordered.Edit: Called me and let me know it was sure post and they delivered it to the post office who will drop it off to me.

What was once a very well organized company... has apparently either gotten too big... or simply cannot find reasonably intelligent workers...incompetent is the only way I can describe people that have no idea whatis going on...pitiful...shame...shame !

Had a package sit a this facility and not be delivered because the shipper misspelled Mahan Dr as Mahon Dr. I guess no one at UPS could use any common sense and figure out where the package should go. Had to have my customer drive to the facility and pick it up.

I ship A LOT with UPS. Excellent customer service and pickup scheduled for 3PL customers. Never had a problem.

Its OK. Some of the people there are helpful. Some arent. Generally, the local US stores are better.

Ive never had any issues with this location. The staff is always helpful. Our shop frequently relies on them to get our packages out and havent had any issues.

Package (which is carrying hurricane supplies) was delayed due to the impending hurricane... but they still closed like normal.Maybe consider staying open an extra day considering youre behind AND youll be closed on Monday for the storm.

They said I going to received friday at end of day. I wait all day. They change it to monday. At monday they write -there an error in street address- Thats not true. They never call me. They never attemp to deliver. The worst of all they send it back to the sender the same day. They didnt send it back to the UPS center.

My packages were ready to be picked up on time. The customer service was excellent. They even helped loading them into my car.

Said they attempted to deliver to my place of work and that it was closed. I read this on the tracking while I was sitting at work. Hour later ups stops in and makes me sign for a different package I asked if there were anymore he replied no. I got two day shipping to avoid it becoming 4 day due to 4th of July. I called and apparently they assumed my work would be closed and instead of sorting and putting the item on the truck with the other package they threw it in a trailer with 3,000 other items they didnt want to deal with till after 4th of July. 10am is around the time I called and a manager said he will attempt to find it in the 3,000 packages locked in the trailer so I can pick it up later that day. Never heard back, called back at 6 they said it will be delivered the day after the holiday. 😂🤣 thanks for nothing.

They have new hours. 8-11 AM and 5-8 PM. Can be inconvenient but there wasnt a line when I went mid-morning.

The hours for customer service have been split, eight to eleven a.m. and five to eight p.m.Your also required to make your own shipping labels on site.

Ive had multiple packages sent back with this location because they dont leave slips and they never bother to even try to deliver. Ive been sitting at home for the entire day waiting for a live delivery. Tracking number says they attempted delivery but they never even came. I saw no truck, no notice, nothing. Had to get the seller to resend my package via Fedex. Never working with UPS if I can avoid it.

This is the worst customer service I have experience in my whole entire life. Package get lost all the time, I will never use UPS again just because of the experience that I am having with UPS in Tallahassee. I am under the impression that every driver is a thief because they never deliver packages and always claim that they left it at the door. I am not even sure that a person is managing this place, it is so disorganized and nobody seems to know anything.

I was suppose to recieve a package on 8/30/13 I paid extra for one night shipment. I tracked my order and it said it was out for delivery. They somehow still had my old shipping address instead of my new one. Its the holidays this monday so store wont be open.I get a call from the hub saying eventhough I had contacted customer care so they could send driver back so I could pick up package....talk about inconvenience. To make matters worse the message from hub said that driver would not be back before hub closes....are you serious!? So I have to wait til tuesday to recieve a very important package.UPS does not care about peoples packages...heck they even called me from restricted number....the main hub in my town...where they want me to pick that very package up at!So overall lazy support...not that hard to infom driver of a new route to add...so I basically paid one night shipping for no complete reason

Open on Saturdays you already pickup so why cant I pick up my package youve just been holding on to instead of me having to wait until Monday its just stupid

Terrible. Not helpful. Not even friendly for that matter. Completely disjointed - someone will tell you something and someone else will tell you something else. Driver couldnt find my house which is clearly marked - no phone call. Idiots.

I had a bad experience with the delivery of a package. I took off work to meet with the driver 15 min prior to the estimated 3-hr time interval, but the driver showed up 45 min early, so I missed the delivery. If they cant make delivery within a 3-hr interval, maybe they should expand their estimated interval to say, all day. They wont even let me drive into Tallahassee to pick up the package in person. I will avoid using UPS in the future.

This is the first time I have not had great service from UPS. I order from QVC and when my package is delivered, they either have someone sign for it, leave it at the front door or leave a delivery ticket at the front door saying they left it at the back door.I tracked a shipment of Ms. Prindables apples from QVC. It was shipped 3/24/15; shows it was delivered 3/26/15 to the back door. There was no notice of any kind left so it is now 4 days later and I am at work wondering how rotten the apples are after sitting there for 4 days.I would rather have had to go pick the package up than have it spoil at my back door because I didnt go out the back door and accidentally find the package.

Had a package held here after an initial failed delivery. Went in on a Friday around 5 pm. No line and was in and out in less than 5 min. The inside of the customer center was small and kind of unkempt tho.
