These guys always take care of my shipment and have great service. Very convenient for me to pick up my crate and they are always more than helpful.

I recently had a large item delivered to my house from Amazon via R+L Carriers. Everything went very smoothly and the semi driver went above and beyond to make things happen in the middle of a rainstorm. Im ashamed to say I didnt catch the drivers name, but I wanted to say that I really appreciate his effort and positivity, as well as the logistics required to get my item here so quickly and professionally.

I work here as a truck driver and they have their freight in check which means on time deliveries. Very seldom see damaged freight. 95% freight not damaged. Thats pretty high for freight ltl companies. I also do dock work to help assist unloading freight to load out local deliveries and linehaul. The pay is not great from the beginning which I believe they can do a little better especially when they have drivers who work multiple positions to make Tallahassee be there best. All in all I would order my freight through R & L.

Deliveries to our store arrive in a timely fashion, undamaged and loaded into our warehouse using lift gate service. (Warehouse floor is not ground level or semi trailer height.) Any shipment we have going out is picked up same day that the call for pick up was made. Local Tallahassee employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting deliveries to us or in getting shipment out on time. Have received positive feedback from our customers regarding shipments they received from our store via R & L getting to them on time.

This review has nothing to do with R&L Carriers in Tallahassee, but rather by the company in general. I had them transport a huge commissioned piece of art (100 lb crate - 12 feet by 8 feet) from Lafayette Indiana supposedly to arrive in Fort Myers Florida. It was lost in Atlanta. The piece in question is irreplaceable - it is a commissioned piece of art, two paintings, one of myself and my wife at the time of our wedding and the second piece of the two of us in a similar pose, 25 years later (both paintings framed as a side by side unit with a silver rose in between), can never be reproduced. A couple of employees were more helpful, but the overall cavalier attitude of R&L was appalling. All they could offer was we cant find it - file a claim. I hate these idiots.

We picked up our new go cart there because they couldnt deliver it without my having a ramp to unload it.

Had a engine shipped from MissouriIt was bolted to the floor of a very well built heavy duty crate.When it arrived it was obvious the crate and the motor were damagedClaim filed
