This business came recommended to us, and we ended up using them for my parents move. I mostly dealt with Arie during the process and she was always courteous, kind and detail oriented. She made sure all of our concerns were addressed and she always seemed happy to help. She made this as painless as possible for us. Arrie, who managed our move, is amazing. She was patient with our many questions and really went to bat for us over and over, when our delivery was delayed. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more professional or sympathetic!

Our experience with AmeriMOVE was excellent. From the estimator (Meg) to the owner (Phil) to the move coordinator (Arrie) to the actual movers (Steves crew), they were all fantastic. When the owner takes the time to talk to potential clients and then later to insure that their move is successful despite a tropical storm, I call that superb Customer Service. When I hired this company to move all of my furniture out of my house they did an outstanding job! The doors to my house were narrow and we had a huge couch and they knew exactly what to do when getting it out of there. They also moved my Big Greeyn Egg grill and I was nervous about them moving it but once they started to move it they really knew what they were doing. They moved all of my stuff into the new house within a couple hours. Very fast and careful at the same time. I would hire this company again and would recommend you do the same! Thank you AmeriMOVE!

We used AmeriMove to move from Tallahassee to Texas. Megan was very nice and the movers quickly loaded up our furniture. It was suppose to be in storage for about a month, which is what we told Megan when we decided to use their services and she said it would not be an issue. When we called to schedule a delivery date for our furniture, we were told that they did not have any drivers coming out to Texas for another 3 weeks. We asked if there was any way we could get our furniture any sooner but were told it was their busy season so there was nothing they could do. We were NOT told this when we entered the agreement, and we were not told when their busy season was in order to plan accordingly. So we did not have our personal items or furniture for an additional 3 weeks and had to purchase temporary items, which was very expensive to an already expensive process. When we finally got our stuff, our office chair was ripped and missing a leg. We had to file a claim and got reimbursed. Our mattress was delivered without any covering although we were charged for a mattress box and it got dirty but I was so upset with this company and process that I did not want any more contact with them. Do not use this service if you need to store furniture then have it delivered because you will not have your furniture when you need it.

Amerimove did a great job of extracting all the items in our garage extremely quickly when a tree fell on our home. Chris, the manager, made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I cant say enough about their concern and prompt customer service

Still waiting to receive our shipment that was supposed to be a door-to-door delivery from FL to MD. Originally packed on June 13; delayed getting inventory sheets to us the packing was subpar, with movers shrinkwrapping metal garage shelving with boxes on it and bending the legs of the shelving unit. Not hopeful that our items are going to be received in good condition, if we receive them anytime soon.

My furniture was in storage 9 years at Amerimove. They delivered it yesterday and it still looks brand new. They are an excellent storage center and the staff is magnificent. I highly recommend this company

We used AmeriMOVE (Allied VanLines) to move our family last month & I cant say enough fabulous things about their team! Meg, came to our home to give us an estimate- she was truly a Godsend! I was stressed, tired & nervous about the move, but she immediately put me at ease! She explained the moving process, the pricing, & even gave me a few packing tips to help save on packing costs! I moved from Tallahassee end of March 2016 to Orlando area with 6 months storage in Tallahassee. It started ok, looks they are organized in packing and loading items with a check list, but truck was small for my furniture and end up packing it very very tight.On delivery, one piece of my two curios was missing glass to front door and light fixture, it was very expensive to fix, when I called about it, receptionist said they are not aware of it!!Steel vanity broken, a lot of damaged furniture, dinning room table edge coffee table, desk, bed room set. Damage was much more than what expected, processing claims terrible, financial errors were aggravating to correct..Ill never recommend them to anyone, they made my move a nightmare.

I brought to you 50 cardboard boxes full of microfossil samples and specimens that I and my graduate students used to reconstruct the history of the worlds oceans from the Arctic to the Antarctic. Now it was essential that I be able to send these samples to the International Ocean Drilling Program repository at their HQ at Texas A&M University in a secure and efficient manner so that they will be available to the global scientific community from now on for future research. This you allowed us to do by packing our sample boxes into five large cardboard containers secured to wooden pallets that you were then able to ship ou to TAMU in only 2 days time. Wow!!Sherwood W.
