These scammers had my hedge trimmer for over 3 months. I had just bought this hedger from them 6 months earlier. The salesman said it was top of the line hedger. It didnt make it one year before I brought it in for repair. They charged me 145 dollars for something that should have been under warranty. They never called me. I called them over 10 times. They are a scam

Bought a Makita electric mower (XML98PT1) at All Pro Equipment. The floor model was the last one in stock. They promised to provide the serial number, manuals and tools which werent with the mower since there was no box or packing. I appreciate their service to make it right.

They keep your equipment forever. Dont bother to call and even keep you posted on why they have your equipment for 4 months. Warranty means nothing. You still get charged!!!! I will never go back.

Sent my wife over to buy a 18 inch echo chainsaw. She said yall gassed and oiled it up and ran it for her before she left. Thats customer service! Much appreciated. Going to give that saw a workout soon. I bought it here instead of the big box stores because I want to start buying local. The price was the same, but the service was 10 times better. Had them look at a brand new Husqvarna chainsaw that was running rough and choking out. He dumped the expensive Husqvarna premixed fuel I purchased a Lowes and now it runs great. Great service.

Discussed proposed repairs with service manager and dropped riding mower off on 7/2. Numerous phone calls and followup by me. Told by general manager that ready and tested on 8/7. Areived to pickup, battery was dead and obviously not tested? Waited 45 minutes to get mower ready for pickup. Totally dissatisfied!

This facility is geared toward Lawn services more than individual customers. It took 3 weeks to get my push mower tuned. They used to have a delightful service person named Donna but they let her go because ????

By now I know all these guys by name. When I started my business, they werent trying to sell me everything under the roof, Martin took his time and walked me through everything I need. And I really appreciate it. These guys never let me down and they are never too busy to help a homeowner, a small business person or their large commercial accounts.

Buyer Be Aware!!This place is a rip off!! They are more concerned with making a sell than customer service.I took a push mower in to have repaired, there was a new spark plug in the mower when I took it in..the service person calles a week later to say I needed a spark plug..🤔 I asked that he not replace the plug and I would pick up the mower, there was a different plug in the mower when I picked it up.. and their return policy is the worst!!

Excellent attitudes and was able to match my part without a model or part number, AND had it in stock.

This is our go to place for renting yard equipment or to have our equipment worked on. I found out recently they will even mount a lawn tire. Helped us out big time when it was labor day weekend and couldnt find anyone to put the tire on the rim for us. Staff is really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

What a big difference the folks here make compared to the Agpro in Tallahassee. It is worth the drive. Thank you guys.

Went in and the salesman immediately sought me out. After discussing what I needed he showed me the options and continued to graduate to the more expensive options. He said what I needed would be in the next week and would call me to review the mower and complete the sale. I felt a bit uncomfortable but for no reason. I never heard from him again.I found a mower from a competing business that was more concerned with what I needed and made the sale. AllPro lost a 8k sale because of the sleaze and the lack of communication.Go somewhere else.Edit:the salesman called 3 weeks later to tell me they had new mowers in. They didnt get what I needed but he had others which I didnt need he could sell me.Edit: 2 years later(1/10/19), I get a response from the company on here(see reply) about how concerned they are as to my experience and how they are trying to improve. Just stay away from these jokers.

This business tried to charge me 160 and 140 to fix my hedge trimmer and weedeater. When I decided not to let them fix it because of the stupidly high price on each piece of equipment, they proceeded to charge me 50 dollars to get my items back. Big middle finger to these jerks.

Sales staff is very pleasant to work with

Thru the years as a business owner i have done business with a lot of places, but this place is worthless when it comes to customer service!!It took 12 days to have them diagnose 1 piece of equipment for me then finally they said it was fixed but it was not. I went back and their employee said their manager would contact me to resolve the issue and that has now been about 5 more days.

The service is superb !!!! Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment. I was in and out.

After receiving a written quote on a zero turn hustler mower the owner refused to honor the price after I decided to purchase it.

3rd visit in 2 years. These guys always have the Snapper mower parts I need, when others dont, AND their Prices are Cheaper, almost as cheap as the lowest internet search, AND I get the parts SAME DAY!

Substandard customer service for equipment repair. My chain saw languished in their shop for five weeks. So I picked it up today to take to another shop.
