Satisfied customer for over 20 years. Yet now that Ive retired, and notified them in writing and email months ago to discontinue the service to my office, they keep sending me a bill and debiting my checking account.

I have an email only account with them that stopped being able to send mail anywhere outside their domain a week ago. Emails to support last week were ignored (although they did not bounce back as they were same domain) and phone calls were never answered so I finally went down there in person. That was yesterday, I was there for half an hour and the guy wasnt able to figure out what the problem was. Ive had no feedback since and Im probably going to have to switch to a different email provider. It was nice to have a first name only vanity email address but not if I cant send mail from it.

Solid, reliable internet. The one time my modem self-destructed (over a year ago), a gentleman from Network Tallahassee brought a new one to the house and set it up, all after work hours.

These are the best people weve ever dealt with in addition to providing excellent service. We very rarely have problems with our internet and they have gone out of their way to help us replace a router gone bad. I wouldnt have anyone else

They are friendly and affordable but very typical in regards to the service you actually get. I had put in an order to transfer my services from the old address to the new on the week of the 4th and here I am on the 16th finally getting part of the install done only to find out it will be three more days (or less if Im very lucky) until the wire or whatever will be connected from the street. They are not hard to get in touch with so my advice (because yes, I do still recommend them) is to stay in near CONSTANT contact with them on a once daily minimum basis until they have provided the service you are requesting.

After patiently waiting for a week to get Internet service, I gave NTI a follow-up call, just to realized that they couldnt find my application. The good thing is they immediately canceled my order on my request.

This is third time internet down in six months. Seems to go down for 4 days at a time around major holidays. Always sAy short on staff not my problem. Always waiting on CenturyLink to fix problem. Then its seems to be a problem that I call them to tell them I have no service. Always someone elses fault. Your company hire some people.

NTI just made Comcast look like the Ritz Carlton. Their recent answering message sort of warns you, Good Morning, it is the week of May 29, 2018, due to a combination of scheduled and unscheduled staffing outages we are going to be a very short staff operation this week. We will be returning calls as soon as possible. You may have long wait times. We have some folks assisting on the phone just to get basic information to allow us to queue up calls, but please be patient we will address your problems as quickly as possible and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.Thank you and have a good week.I lost internet Thursday May 31. Today, June 4, I still have no internet and little communication with the company - there were texts on Thursday that ultimately went unanswered. I went to the office in person. I just wanted to cancel my service and not pay for June, but he said no - I think it was the owner or manager. Keep in mind I received a bill for June while my internet was out and I had no service. You pay in advance. And you have to fax a written statement or appear in person to cancel. The best he was willing to do was cancel my service at the end of June. He said I had to be without internet service for one week before I could get any credit. Wow. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. Also, two of their 5-star reviews are from employees

Would put zero stars if I could. after struggling wtih a lousy modem that constantly dropped signals NTI replaced my modem/router. The old looking new modem/router still constantly dropped signal - Then I purchased my own NETGEAR nighthawk which worked perfectly. Fed up I canceled service, sent them letter as advised terminating 11/3/2017. Now Feb 26 2018 I am getting a bill from Centurylink for $470 since they did not cancel my account. Fortunately looks like Centrury link will fix as I got my new service with Centurylink. If NTI sells itself based on supperior customer service then I fell through the crack.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while! I ordered internet service from them and never got a confirmation #/email. I called the next day to confirm and the man said I was good to go. They told me it would take 3 to 5 business days for them to install my service. A FULL WEEK goes by, I call to inquire about the status of my order and the guy tells me that he cant see my status and I have to speak with whoever put in my order. Like, they dont have some sort of database accessible to all employees?!After nagging them all day, he calls me back only to tell me that THEY DONT PROVIDE SERVICE AT MY ADDRESS smh. They wasted a ENTIRE WEEK of my time over smt that they shouldve told me from the jump! I spent the next couple of days without internet at my new place and scrambling to find another provider. This place is a joke, thats just ran thru CenturyLink. Save ur time and go straight to them instead.

I am currently at less than 1 Mbps. When I call Net Tally, I can pick any option, get hold music for 30 seconds or so, then a voice that comes on and says, I am sorry that is not a valid extension, ending the call. :/NTI, help! I cant reach you and my husband needs to work from home!Also--Prior to this, I have also probably wasted a couple of hours or more of life per month since Nov when I got NTI service on troubleshooting and fixes.------------------Later:We finally got through to Net Tally using the 800 number instead of 850, and they sent our original installation guy to check on the problem. He was super helpful and determined our signal was strong outside our house and the wiring took a crazy route once it got inside, which is not something Net Tally is responsible for. You went above and beyond to help us simplify the route; now our internet is back up to the speed were paying for.Feeling hopeful that the problem is solved now. Thank you!!!
