I absolutely want to complain. This event was a total rip off. You advertised $15 per adult and kids were free. We paid $20 per adult and they refused to give us kids tickets. You also didnt say drinks were extra. And the food was a total rip off!!! Your ticket sales people are telling people one thing about the yellow vs white tickets while your vendors are saying another and as a result half of us didnt get to eat. And none of us had drinks in this 100 degree weather. Additionally, more than half your vendors were out of food.Id like a refund. Seriously doubt theyll have the decency to respond much less issue it.Were walking away hungry, thirsty, and with white tickets everyone is refusing to accept. And now after having wasted $40 on this, we still have to feed everyone. This was 100% false advertising. You advertised this event like it was pay one price and get to enjoy samples from all of your vendors. When in reality it was your kids starve while you only get a single sample cause we refuse to give you more yellow tickets and the white tickets are useless.

About 15 food vendors were there, nachos were good and huge portion. The kids enjoyed the ice pops and shrimp. Jambalaya and wings were great. Worth the 20 bucks at the door as we did not leave hungry. Next year some nice cold adult beverages woudl be nice along with some restrooms.

I absolutely love everything about this company and look forward to the launch of their website. I attended the Taste of Tally event last year and overall me and my family enjoyed ourselves. I was told that this was their first event so there were minor problems but Im sure those problems will be corrected for The Taste of Tally 2018 event.

The Taste of Tallahassee was a horrible experience. Thankfully Groupon was willing to reimburse the ticket price for this event because it did not live up to the details. The one non local vendor ran out of food one hour before the end of the event, there was no mention of white vs. yellow tickets, drinks were nowhere in plain sight...sorely disappointed. This was NOT an event for foodies. This was a disaster.

This event was HORRIBLE!!! I am contacting Groupon for a refund. I got two sorry tastes and my 10 tickets were gone. I was not expecting this to be ticket based like rides at a fair. Multiple tickets for a finger taste of food and only a handful of vendors. I will never waste my time and money again on this event.

This was a total rip off and customer service was non-existent. To be told that, reading is fundamental is totally ludicrous. Who would pay $40 for 10 tasting to when you could get 10 for $12? I can officially say Taste of Tallahassee left a bad taste in my mouth.

This event was full of deception and mismanagement. From the moment we got there there was a line to get the wristband that was huge. The line wasnt moving and we were all standing in the hot sun. They would come through the line and ask if anyone was paying with cash and escort them to the front of the line. Finally we each got our wrist band and 10 white tickets and moved on to the food area. What an embarrassment that the only thing Tallahassee has to offer is Burgers, barbecue, and cupcakes? To make matters worse the vendors were only accepting white tickets for small items like appetizers and one even offered a spoon of cake icing in a little cup. Seriously cake icing? Im surprised the other vendors didnt just let us lick the salt off of a french fry. We came to find out there were yellow tickets that were given to people who paid cash and those were good for everything. The choice of vendors was slim and nothing compared to Food Truck Thursday, which is for free at Lake Ella. You pay for what you want to eat but considering how much I paid for my wife and Is silly wrist band it would have been a savings. We went back to the ticket booth to complain only to find out everyone was complaining, hence the reason for the line not moving. I handed them back my 10 tickets and took off my wristband and told them to give them to someone else. I contacted Groupon and without hesitation they refunded my money. Evidently they had gotten a lot of complaints for this event with request for refund. The bottom line is this event was deceptive from the beginning because nothing in the advertising on Groupon stated that the tickets you were purchasing were only good for a few items. They also did not say if you purchased in advance you would be placed in a line that took longer than people who just showed up at the event to buy tickets. If I ever see another event managed by this company I will walk away.

Deceitful promotion of the Taste of Tally event and terrible planning. Instead of owning it and taking the tips from many people to make this event better for next year, they choose to blame groupon.
