Ace installed new windows and screens at our home. Work was excellent with great attention to detail. Windows installed promptly. Some delay with screens due to issues beyond companys control but they kept in touch and end result was great. Ace definitely went out of their way to make sure we were fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mr. Jeff and his partner are fair, honest, hard working men! He is knowledgeable in his craft and gets things done in a timely manner. My door insert looks incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Guy was supposed to show up for an measurement and estimate two straight days and never did. The third and last time I called I believe his exact words were “I’m on my way to your place now I’ll call you when I’m there”. Can’t peak about their work though because he never showed up

Very unprofessional. Im not sure if they are overbooked or understaffed but they never showed up for 2 appointments to repair a window in my home. There was no courtesy call, or follow up. They just never came even after I gave him the benefit of the doubt after he no showed for the first appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this business AT ALL. Go somewhere else where your dollar is appreciated. BAD BUSINESS.

I was referred to them by Lowes to replace broken glass in my kitchen window. Spoke to someone who was supposed to come out twice to give me an estimate and he stood me up both times. On the second time he even stated he would bring the materials with him so I wouldnt have to wait since he stood me up before and he never showed, nor called to say he wasnt going to make it or reschedule.

I called for a quote a week ago. The guy told me hed come out that same day or the next. He never showed up. No call, no reschedule, no nothing. I should have known to avoid this business when he kept reiterating to me over the phone that he was coming to do a quote free of charge and All other businesses charge a fee. Very unprofessional, very ghetto, I do not recommend.Edited to add:Can we give negative stars?? Jeff called me after I posted this review. He told me it wasnt nice of me to leave a bad review. He raised his voice with me and wouldnt let me speak. His excuse was that he hasnt been in my area and that his wife has cancer.Im a very understanding person and had that been communicated BEFORE I left a review, I would have been happy to reschedule. Hes a very rude and nasty person, avoid this business.

Jeff repaired several screens, a storm door, and two windows for us. He promptly responded to our request for an estimate, then did the work in the budget and schedule as promised. Jeff and Charles of Ace Window,Glass and Screen came to my home the same day I contacted them. They repaired my sliding glass door to my satisfaction. They were professional and courteous. They offered me tips on maintaining the door so it would continue to perform as designed. I do not hesitate to recommend Ace, a very positive experience!

This has to be one of the best companies I have ever called on to fix something. I had a window that came off the track. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Jeff came out and took a look at it and not even 5 minutes later he had it fixed. Y’all are amazing and have the best customer service. Thank you again for fixing my issue. I will be sure to let everyone I know what a great company this is. If you need any window repairs this is the place to go for fair and honest work. I wish there were more service companies that are as genuine and truly care about their customers. Again I can not thank you enough!!

I called to see if I could get a quote to replace a window. The manner they answered the phone in wasnt very professional and then the response was I dont really want to deal with that. because it was just one window. I understand that but you dont have to be rude. so I said ok thank you and hung up.

They helped me with a very big picture window in a very inconvenient spot. Two other companies turned me down because it would be too much to handle, another actually sent someone out for an estimate then never called me back. Ace was able to repair it without replacing the glass, even though I was prepared to pay for it. They also finished faster than expected, and amended the bill to charge me less because of it. Good stuff all around.

I wish I could give a review on the quality of their work, however I cant because they never actually showed up and did any work. After giving us a reasonable quote on a screened porch they gave us the run around for almost a month before we decided to go with someone else. They repeatedly told us they would be there on a certain day/time and then would not show up without even calling us to let us know. They always had excuses and were quick to reschedule, only to not show up again. If you have a tight budget, a lot of patience, and about a year to get the project done then these are your guys. Otherwise, call someone else.
