Once on site the workers told me my hot tub was much easier to remove than others. They then told me it would cost more than the upper end of the price range listed on the website. When I told them this was more than quoted, they laughed and told me to make the check for 480 then (the highest price within the range). No mention of the $20 discount for online booking. I felt like I was dealing with very dishonest people.

They booked me quickly and accommodated me when I needed to change the date. They got in touch with me the night before, called me the day of the pick up, and called me again when they were 10 minutes away from my home. I was impressed. They made quick work of the pick up. They were extremely professional and capable of the work. I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends and I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

They showed up on time and the price was super reasonable! Great customer service, too! They really took a lot of stress off me by cleaning up the junk in the yard of my rental house. I am very grateful for them!

Junk Kings came to my house quickly and loaded construction debris from my trailer to their trucks for removal. But they left plenty of trash pieces on the trailer and when loading an old stove onto their truck, they dropped it and it shattered, leaving broken glass across my driveway. They did not clean up the glass, so I had to in order to protect my family and pets.

The service was quick and efficient. My only gripe with the service is that they did not have updated policies on their website regarding the donating furniture because of COVID-19. Before my wife and I could do anything the two guys that came destroyed two pieces of perfectly good furniture and told us they couldnt donate it because of COVID. I wish I would have known that before hand and I would never have used the service.

They came the same day and removed items from a storage shed in about 20 minutes that would have taken us 2 hours and two trips to the dump. All for under $300. And they were very nice and prompt! Super service, I highly recommend!
