Dr. Whittington always takes her time at my visits, she listens to my concerns and always addresses them. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Everyone is nice, and it is nice to be treated well. Great Atmosphere.

I have been going to this office since Dr. Oliver ran it. When he was given the opportunity to go work at the residency program we were told we could follow him and but it was never a guarantee we would see him. I decided for my family we stay knowing full well that we would have the same physician or Aprn see us at all times and know our medical history. I am familiar with the entire office staff I have never ever had a problem getting in for an appointment even a sick appointment or even an ER follow up Dr. Cortney is always willing to accommodate and help find ways to get to the bottom of an issue especially with her more immunocompromised patients which I am. Wandly, Brandy, and Kandeus along with Cathi have all been amazing and call me back within an hour of me calling and leaving a message. My youngest has Moderate Autism and is terrified by new drs new routines but once he sees Brandy or Kandeus come to the waiting room he knows its gonna be a good visit. They are so good with him. Im glad I made the right decision for my family and stayed put.

This office is poorly ran and never has workin appts for sick patients, then it will be days or weeks before you can get in and when you do it is always someone different you see. I believe their PA and doctors rotate offices in the area. This place hasn’t been the same since Dr. Oliver left this practice!!!! He always made sure he had workin slots for his sick patients, specially the children, he didn’t like them going to urgent care centers. But I have literally had to take my children to urgent care each time they have gotten sick since TMH took over his practice. Also I am having to put myself and my children at higher risk for COVID-19 exposure at the Urgent Care facilities!!! so what is the point in having a damn primary physician that you can never get into see!!!

Dr Whittington is great, but this office seems to be poorly run in general, cant get through to anyone on the phone, and getting prescriptions refilled is a chore.

Terrible..... Has been a mess since doctor oliver left smh
