Elevator installation was 2 years ago. Probably used 20 times over 2 years. Broken 3 times. No one calls back despite multiple tries: Horrible customer service and a horrible product. It looks good but doesn’t work.
I cannot get anyone to call me back and I only wanted to buy a new elevator. I am not sure how they say in business, poorly run company.
I stay with your company because Tim has been with me for over 5 years. I cant tell you how much I enjoy seeing him. He has been been with me from day 1. He answers his phone day or night or weekends. I hear him doing the same for other customers when he is here on his limited visits. you are so lucky to have an employee who remembers their clients and responds with such speed and willingness. I put Tim up there with Amazon, Tim gives great service. You let him go Im gone. I just miss James who would set up my appts annually. When someone feels this way base on 1 to 2 service calls a year you know you have great people. Remember that

They seem to make a decent elevator mechanically, but if there is a problem, NO ONE, including management, will respond. In particular their units are VERY susceptible to electric spikes. The internal circuit boards burn up and its $2k to fix. I was warned to install surge protectors and I did, for $500, after one surge froze the motor. Two months ago after another electrical surge, the surge protectors protected everything in the house EXCEPT the elevator circuit board, which they replaced and charged me $2k. The board did not work correctly ( the elevator phone doesnt work correctly now ) and no one at the company will respond to my requests to fix it. They have a quality problem that they wont or cant fix, and wont talk to their customers if they have problems. Be very very careful if you want to buy these elevators.Rex G.
