I work for a small private school that has an enrollment of approximately 350 students. They were very professional and friendly, we went from an unmanaged network to a managed network, they set up a more secure firewall and made our Server more robust, Fixed some issues that were not in the proposal but took the time to resolve all network issues. Very knowledgeable about Servers and local PCs support. Upgraded our WiFi to a robust business atmosphere. We receive follow up calls from them of our current network activity, they have always made themselves available for our calls to answer questions, give us suggestions on correcting any issues we may have. We will look forward in contacting them when we upgrade our servers or any other networking or computer upgrades or troubleshooting. Outstanding service. This is the go to company in Tallahassee in my opinion. Very responsive and reasonable on pricing. Most importantly, they gave me exactly what I needed and were proactive in SAVING me money. My home office had terrible internet coverage...They came over, quickly assessed the situation, and gave us a quote the next day that was less than I thought it would be. Today was the install and we are very happy. Coverage is great, everything works and Ive already recommended them to friends.
