We are a new organization experiencing unexpected growth. I finally took a day off and attended one of the quarterly growth club events. I WAS SIMPLY BLOWN AWAY! One day made a HUGE impact on the restructuring of our business based on what I learned that day. Mark was helpful AND honest. When I say honest, he did not sugar coat the responsibilities and expectations of business owners who want to succeed. My take away was this. Planning is important, but what if you dont have an appropriate plan? You need a coach! It took attending this session to see that what we had in place was not going to get us where we want to go.
