Ive been asking for help for awhile now. 1st I was told to contact a miami office and the next time I asked for help, I never received a response. Why does this exist if the ppl dont want to help. Locating resources as a small business owner is difficult especially when the business is fairly new. Do my tax dollars pay salaries for these ppl if so, I want a refund. Imagine if we could request a refund everytime we encountered a federally funded program that doesnt actually do what they are designed to? I wouldnt need to work at all.
