We’re redoing our house floors and baseboards (along with much more) we’ve been into their location multiple times and they have been the most helpful and reasonably priced out of multiple other places we visited prior. Rob Davis is exceptional and always pointing us in the right direction. Their prices are truly unbeatable and so far they’ve had everything we need in stock. I would recommend them ten times over. I just finished purchasing some flooring for the second floor of my home. I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with the team at LL Flooring. Rob helped my wife, and I find the flooring that not only looked great but also fit the financial parameters of our upstairs remodel. I wish I could give zero stars. Please spend your money with a different company, you will be thankful you went somewhere else. We paid a lot of money to have them install our floors and they kept promising they would ensure we were happy with the install and that they “guaranteed their work”. Well, they damaged parts of our house, charged us for moving furniture they didn’t move and they installed the wrong flooring on our stairs. At first we thought no big deal, mistakes happen and they said would fix it. We were very wrong. We have been trying to get them to fix it for nearly 3 months with zero progress! Every time we call or email they say they are working on it but nothing happens. It is very clear they don’t care at all about their customers and once they get the money they disappear. Save yourself the time and headache and go with any other company. No one could possibly do a worse job.

Today we started our day looking for a needle in a haystack, Harvest oak laminate flooring. After spending most of the day going from flooring place to flooring place, one of the places shared with us if anyone would have it, it would be LL Flooring. We went to LL flooring in Tacoma and Whoo Hoo they had a perfect match! We were greeted by Rob who was so friendly and helpful. He knew his stock and after looking at our sample piece went and pulled a perfect matched. You made my day! Thank you Rob and LL Flooring.

Extremely tight dock for any 53ft tractor trailer. You can see where previous drivers hit the electrical box. They unload from the door on the right. Highly recommend coming at night to set up before your morning delivery because the traffic. If cars are parked, you will not be able to get in (atleast with a sleeper), and they can just as easily trap you. Be careful, GOAL and you should be fine. Receiving employee was very friendly!

The saleman was great. He really tooked his time with us explaining the different kinds of flooring and the differences. He answered our many questions and was no pressure in our decision. He let us take our time and really wanted to make sure we ended up with flooring we would enjoy. It was a flawless experience.

Elderly gentleman in Tacoma location asked if he could help. Showed him who the manufacturer of the flooring I was trying to match was and told him who built the home and that they installed it originally to which he responded “oh I’m sorry”. Realized his mistake and then tried to apologize. I would think based on his age he should know better than to insult a customers home. Will never buy anything from this company and will discourage everyone I know as well as all my customers from shopping there.

Great place to get your flooring. Got 1400 sq ft of rose canyon pine flooring and it turned out great. Rochelle helped out a few times we needed extra help and willing to go above and beyond to make things right. The manager was also helpful when the computers were down and I needed a few more boxes of flooring to complete this project.

From Start to Finish Lumber Liquidators did Excellent. They discussed options, didnt push for the most expensive flooring. Even when the main person left for another career. They handed me off to Rob who took the reigns smoothly. The contactor that did the actual task was, On Time, kept me updated and was Very Professional. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators of Tacoma store to anyone.

The lady that helped me was great. I havent made my purchase yet but I cant see that I wont purchase from them. I got my samples, an estimate, and then took them home to check them on the space. Price looks good and the options were good. I will add more once I make a purchase.

I purchased about 1,000 sq feet of their Tranquility Copper Ridge Oak luxury vinyl and I couldnt be any happier. The staff (especially Rob) was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful even when they were short staffed. As a first time DIY they made sure I had enough material and I felt comfortable knowing I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

They are not the speediest when it comes to shipping product. They often have trouble locating stock in their own warehouse. The staff tries hard to be helpful.

Lumber liquidators sucks. I totally wasted my deposit measure fee. I had someone come out to measure my floor and I never heard back from the company. They tried to tell me that I cancelled on them and thats why I never got contacted with an actual quote. Why did someone from lumber liquidators come to my house and measure my floor then? This company is very unorganized. I called the store and they said they would look into they never called back. Total waste of money. Better luck at home depot perhaps. DONT BOTHER.

I understand that hardwood is a natural product and therefore will have variation. However, out of 76 boxes (1500 sq ft), not one single board resembles the sample they had on display. There should still exist some product control or else a better representation of the ACTUAL boxed product....

I wanted to install engineered vinyl plank flooring at my 112 year old, very unlevel house. The LL team recommended a great contractor and product. Excellent customer service!

Had great help and service. The flooring we purchased was great value and looked good. The only complaint would be if they had larger stock of flooring, had to go to two stores .

The worst customer service. Ordered a product had it set up for delivery Friday. Friday comes around and after taking the day off for this order to arrive I call up to inquire about it and they didnt even ship it yet! So I was told theyd pay for 1 day delivery and it would come Saturday. Well another day taken off work anticipating a delivery and guess what no call and no delivery. So I call again and they tell me Monday. Now Im not holding my breath so I went to work and that k goodness because the whole day goes by and still no call and no shipment. I call again and they tell me Tuesday. Guess 1 day delivery really means 4. Well Tuesday comes around and no surprise here but still no delivery and no call. So I call again and this time I just canceled my order and was told that when it gets delivered to the warehouse Ill be refunded. Guess it hasnt arrived yet because Im still waiting for my refund to be processed. It would be one thing if they were courteous enough to call and let me know it wouldnt be arriving so Im not taking days off work or waiting at the house allday. But they lack respect and professionalism. The absolute worst place for service and if you actually want product.

Stopped by twice today. The first time we were walking around looking at flooring. Not a single person approached us. As we left no one said anything. Came back a few hours later. I thought maybe we were in luck. A sales associate welcomed us to the store and said they would be with us shortly. He came over about ten minutes later. We have three projects working and I explained to them. He made a few suggestions as soon as he heard I wanted to install the flooring myself he couldnt get away fast enough. The phone rang and he said let me take this. I was standing waiting for him to come back. He finished his call and right away went to help a different customer. Said nothing again to us we walked around for another ten minutes and no one else offered help. Once we walked out the door and no one said anything. This is from what I could see one of the worse sales staff in the flooring business. I was ready to buy guess Ill look around Lowes is right up the road.

Then they expect us to drive an hour out of our way from tacoma to Olympia to get them. For some screws up on their end. Thats almost 2 hours round trip. And 40 dollars in gas in the truck. They offered no excuse as to why they couldnt get them delivered to their store. No apology. They will not be getting my business

The dealer was by himself...but addressed each client respectively...tho he had 3 clients waiting for him...the wait for product was about half HR...to long.. My product was buried and much had to be moved to get to it...the warehouse guy was cordial under the lineup of people getting product...

Editing my review- They did decide after the review to replace the flooring at their expense. Some hiccups along the way but it got done and i appreciate the fix to the issue. The sun is now blocked with an outdoor canopy and film on the windows.Well, lesson learned. I walked in wanting tile because it could go anywhere, was water resistant, strong durable... blah blah blah. The sales people there told me that tile cost double for install as opposed to their luxury vinyl plank and showed me this flooring I never heard of before. They told me it was water proof, scratch resistant, had a great warranty... blah blah blah.... okay fine went with this supposedly superior or equal flooring that cost less over all. Got it installed in November, and come March, and April when the sun came out more regularly the floors started peaking. Called LL customer support and they opened a warranty claim. Its May now, and I just heard back that they wont cover anything, because apparently this flooring cant be in any sort of sunlight. Why wouldnt anyone have told me this? I wanted tile, tile can be in the sun...... no one, not the installer(s) or the 4 employees I talked to during my purchases. Ridiculous. They even made me purchase transitions that were supposed to be every 20-30 feet and not a single one was installed except 2 doorways (and they were installed over the flooring). But LL says not their problem. How about honesty and not convincing people to buy less than flooring and hiding behind the fact some weird obscure paragraph in the manufacturers install instructions says it cant be in sun, or cold. Fail on your part as a company. Take some responsibility.

Came in here looking to buy flooring for around 1500sqft, walked around for about 20 minutes and didnt get acknowledged by one employee the entire time. If you dont look like you have money, you probably wont get any service here. Go to Home Depot instead - great customer service & better prices.

Everybody was super helpful and very informative except a older man named Bob was very rude to me and I didn’t appreciate being talked down to. But otherwise everybody was very helpful and nice!

Its cool to take a call I get it is busy, but to get off that call and help another customer over us? We were ready to purchase flooring today. We will be going someplace else to get our floors.

I have ordered from them a few times now and they need to work on their customer service. They product I ordered was good but I didnt appreciate the attitude I was given by the people that work here. They treat you as if you are bothering them. I had one box I needed to pick up that was sitting right next to the warehouse door but they made me wait an hour to get it. I finally just walked over to the box with my receipt to double check it was mine and then took it. The warehouse guy apologized but I think if I need materials for another project I will just go somewhere else.

Drove 45 miles to pick up tile that I was told would be ready but since it was Saturday there lazy employees didnt want to do their job buy yor flooring somewhere else.

This is the worste place to buy from. Their customer service is garbage. They wont mention anything about back order till you swipe your card and after that good luck. Waited 3 months for 50 feet or flooring AFTER they took my money. Their customer service is sub standard to say the least. Then they wanted me to take my review down because it makes them look bad. Might as well have gone to home depot.

I wish there was a star for 10 below zero. We went to Lumber liquidators thinking they have been in this business for a long time and know what they are doing. Made maistake of hiring their installers. First they sold us 8 buckets of glue for $350 each. For installation they gave us a time of 7 weeks later. We did tell the person who signed our contract and got the money ahead of time that we have an uneven floor that needs grinding and leveling. After getting ready for the work to start and taking a day off from work, two guys came from GMA flooring. They had no idea what the job order was. Took the carpet off and said your floor is not leveled and we can’t do it. After removing our carpet they disappeared. And their head manager came and said sorry and left. So here we are with carpet removed and no other installer available to come. Then they found A guy from Wood Brothers flirting who came and looked at the floor days later and said no problem, I can do it and is not a big deal at all. A week later he came with a few guys worked a bit and leveled a room and left. Never came back after promising 3 times and waiting for them They finally said can’t finish the job cause they are overbooked but blamed the fault on the floor!!!!after a month and half of being in limbo we had to fire them and file a complaint to BBB to get our money back. This company is not worthy of looking at and relying on. They overbook and and are not reliable. Sell you expensive extra glue and stuff. Do not go near them.They have no communication with their installers and can’t say enough what a mess they made in our life by keeping us one and half month in limbo. With all furniture moved and kitchen not usable.

Really terrible customer service at the Tacoma branch. I called about 1 million times and they never picked up so finally I left a voicemail. They called me back after hours. They quoted me one thing and then when I called back the next day to actually place the order it was $1.10 MORE per square foot. They wouldn’t honor the previously quoted price since there wasn’t a “quote in the system.” They blamed it on me that there wasn’t an “official” quote in the system and that I didn’t catch the name of the guy I spoke with. They wouldn’t even ask around for who quoted this price for me. Is that my fault? Anyway, after spending 30+ mins on the phone with them litterally arguing with me and belittling/talking over me, they extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to call a different branch to place an order for pickup in Tacoma. The sales staff in Tuckwilla were super friendly. :) Went to Tacoma to pick up and waited over an hour to get my product while nobody said anything to me in the back. They just expected me to wait there for them. I called a million times once again to make sure the wood would fit in my truck but no answer, so I just showed up and hoped it would. just expected me to wait there for them. There are a lot more details about it that I could go on for a lot longer. My advice is do not go here.

I placed an order with the Tacoma lumber luquidators on 12/1/18. It was a super easy process for them to TAKE my money, however, the entire process since then has been hell. I paid the extra $25 for their separate installer company to come and measure everything I needed and get me a quote for labor. My flooring material is one of lumber liquidators “luxury” vinyls, but does not have the attached pad. So the installer guy made sure to also measure for the separate mat to go under the floors. So I made sure to order everything as I was directed.It’s important to know, that these floors are going into my rental property. So time is of the essence or I lose money on rental income. So the first hiccup was the matching treads taking a month longer than I was told. I was promised that my materials would be in at the beginning of January. Well by the END of January I had to cancel the treads and simply switch to flooring and bullnoses because those were in stock. Annoying, but still fine. I’m a reasonable person.So I chose not to use their installer company and instead used a different flooring guy. He installed a very similar vinyl plank in my second home, and it’s looks great. Literally zero complaints. Same guy installed these lumber luuidator floors in my rental house. They looked amazing at first, and then we had a sunny day. Well. That sunny day didn’t hurt the other brand of vinyl in my new house, but the lumber liquidator brand buckled everywhere it was hit by direct sunlight. There was plenty of extra left on the perimeters for expansion when installed. I saw it go in, and also, same instillation methods at my other house, same sun, but no buckeling.When I called lumber liquidators the sales associate immediately knew the issue I was talking about. She even said IT WAS A COMMON ISSUE. That these floors were susceptible to direct sunlight and needed to be glued down. So....why then was I told to buy a separate mat?? If it needed to be glued to to subfloors then clearly I wouldn’t need the mat that is used for floating floors. This associate then said to send pictures to their store email. So I did. No response. When I went into the store to follow up I was told my a different associate that they don’t even handle warranty issues in store. That I had to call the 1-800-hardwood number. Okkkkk.So I call this number, fill out the forms they ask for. Send them the photos they need. AND NOTHING. I was contacted by an associate to tell me that Omar would be handling my case, and would call me as soon as he was back. We I waited. Omar took about a week to actually call, which unfortunately I missed. I’ve tried calling Omar back. I never get an answer. I’ve left voicemails with Omar. No answer. I’ve even tried calling the store again to see if they will handle it. When they finally did answer the phone I was told to give my name and number and they’d call me back.So now I’ve paid thousands of dollars to have defective floors installed and I cannot rent out this house because this company refuses to deal with this issue.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I should have done more research before spending money here.i got the flooring ok in the time they say.however we got sold on the butcher block countertops.i was told 3 weeks that was last June then they say oh October now .so I call to check on my order which was suppose to include a box of flooring the salesman say oh wow u been waiting along time.yep well now I just got the countertop s last weekend well give u a deal yeah right I was quoted 609 with a the box of flooring.i payed 598without the flooring because it made them look bad I waited so long they canceled my order.wow

Ive been to their Tacoma store 3 or 4 times since the beginning of this month and, although its a warehouse, they never have anything in inventory to provide samples on. I even called one day ahead of time asking for 4 samples to be held for me. Their employee confirmed he found the samples and would set them under the desk for me to pick up same day- 2 hours later I came by and they were able to give me 1 sample because they misplaced the other 3. I asked him if I had to pay for it and he nodded yes, so I left empty-handed again for the 4th time. I also had my eye on several different laminates and engineered hardwood (must have been 4 different products) - they had nothing in stock and the soonest they could provide an in-store pick up was in 2+ weeks... were remodeling our home and it seems like they expect us to put an order in for the flooring before we even get a sample... doesnt seem right to me.

Sort of knowledgeable. Ordered our flooring to arrive in a few weeks. Heard nothing after that so we contacted them. Response was flooring hasnt come then finally they admitted backorder for a month or go to Tukwila to pick up yourself. We were committed to a customer so we went to Tukwila. Back to Tacoma to bring ..back 5 boxes for refund. They wanted us to wait for 1 guy to load, 2 boards at a time 2 pallets full to return. Said too bad come back later. We left, this place not only needs more employees but they need to make some sense. He tried to tell us pine boards have to be loaded individually & that makes no sense because they originally were delivered to the store by the pallet fills & that was okay so why cant they be delivered to a home the same way?Go elsewhere or suffer the consequences and there will be consequences for you.

Although we opted to return our laminate that was manufactured in one of the Chinese factories in question (formaldehyde issues), our experience with Randahl Wilson the store manger was excellent. He far surpassed my expectations when it came to customer service and working with us to make everything right. Everyone on staff treated us with respect and kindness. All in all, in spite of everything, it was a very good experience thanks to Randahl. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

If I could give 0 I would. My husband and I went in there and bought flooring outright on the 4th but they told us they didnt have it in stock and needed to order it. That was fine with us because we didnt need it until the 15th. They told us it would be here absolutely no later then the 13th. The 13th rolls around and still no call so we called them and they had no idea where it was. Took a full day for them to find it.finally they find it at the Olympia branch(which is interesting because the day we bought they said it was in stock in Olympia if we wanted to go pick it up) and that an employee would be delivering it first thing the next morning but that we werent going to be able to put it in anyway because it needs to sit in the house for 72hrs to acclimate first. At this point were frustrated. Finally we go to pick it up on Sunday, the 16th (we had to push our install) after calling to confirm it was all there considering our recent issues and they confirmed it was. we get there and they cant find the molding. They claim somebody has already picked up our molding but they cant find the signature of who apparently picked it up. They finally find it after 30 min more of looking. We will never be going back here. Really just want our money back. Awful service. Im in the customer service business as a community manager at an apartment community and understand that sometimes ppl are just angry or rude when they write these. This is not the case. They never did anything to try and remedy or apologize or anything. The worst experience so far.

Call the store they said he is always on time. Right! Well i will be getting my money back for this service. And do business somewhere else.
