From start to finish, SRC Windows was great to work with and they installed excellent quality windows for us in our 1927 home.Ken was a very nice, knowledgeable, and no hassle / no pressure salesman. He knew just the windows for us, and was there to answer any questions I had after the initial bid. The price point was extremely reasonable and clearly outlined and presented to us.Even with COVID, SRC ordered my windows and kept us on their schedule for when they would be allowed to install. Evin scheduled as soon as he could and the crew was out right on time each day for the install. The crew was very nice and knowledgeable and worked efficient and cleaned up very well after each day.We love our new windows and would recommend anyone to use SRC Windows if you are in the market for some high quality windows.

Ken was quick to respond to my initial request for quote, meeting me at my home within a couple days and at my availability. He walked through what to expect, my options and gave me all the information I could need. The installation of the windows was also a rapid process. I had eight windows replaced and their crew were setup and gone in half a day. I will be using SRC in the future when I need some more windows replaced.

Not only did I feel confident using this company that I had a friend referral for, but the salesman Ken was very knowledgeable and explained the process and what to expect. My window installation was on time and the wait time for the windows was as expected. The installers were very polite and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. They even helped me with my blinds! I used SRC for the windows in an apartment rehab a few years ago, and just had them upgrade the windows in my personal home (our first 2018 project checked off the list). They are professional, tidy, pleasant and high quality workers. Theyre also price competitive. I highly recommend them!Im adding to my review from three years ago - just had them do project #3 for me. Again, great work, great service, great people from the front of the process through the professional installation. Very Highly Recommended!

SRC went Above and Beyond. I had a pealing lead-based paint hazard on old house with a newly pregnant wife and SRC took wonderful care of precautions and communication. They even went above and beyond to remove extra bits of pealing trim and replaced them with new trim. This was a huge time-saver and a weight off my shoulders. Much appreciated!

I cant recommend SRC enough. I am a property manager in the Kent area and SRC has been my window company for many years (6? 8? Im not sure but awhile!) Ken and Erin are both incredibly helpful and responsive and their prices and customer service are good. The other day I was speaking with an owner about a window repair and when I mentioned SRC he said, Thats a really great company. Glad to know Im not the only one who thinks so.

SRC replaced all 25 of our windows and did a fantastic job. They were efficient, polite and the windows all look great. They worked hard all day, even in the heat we had, and didnt mind my questions. Id recommend them to anyone.

We had SRC install our Milgard windows in September 2017. Every step in the process was a pleasure working with them. Ken was incredibly professional during the quoting process and knowledgable in all aspects of our Milgard windows. Brian and his crew were fantastic during the installation process. They made sure and protected our house, such as floors and siding, during installation, and thoroughly cleaned the work areas after installation. My wife and I were very impressed. Wed recommend them to anyone looking for windows. We will also use them for future work.As for the Milgard Tuscany windows... they are just superb. We hardly hear the train down the street now, the sliding patio door operates incredibly smoothly and the Smart Touch locks on the windows are great. We couldnt be more pleased with how the windows and patio door have turned out.

I had some window mold growing issue. Though they couldnt provide the service, but they spent the time to review pictures I sent and taught me how to deal with the problem without replacing the whole window. Next time when I really need to replace my windows, they will be the one I would call. Thank you.

I didnt use them, but their drivers are so bad on the road, not very safe at all.
