I had called for home window cleaning ibg and found out they offer commercial services as well. They are a complete turn-key facility management service offering window cleaning, janitorial, hard floor care and carpet cleaning plus other services as well. They now provide all of those services at all 5 of our locations and with any easy to use customer hub that I can view all of my upcoming and past services and invoices all from one location They have made my job as a Facility Manager so much easier between the communication tools athey use and the he latest in the tools they use to perform the job. I HIGHLY recommend Cascade Building and Home Servic es to anyone looking for home exterior cleaning or commercial facility management services!

Terrible business and customer service. I had paid for a Groupon for 20 external windows to be cleaned on my home. They no showed me twice. First time he (Kreg) forgot so I decided to give him another chance. The second time, I called 3 times after he never showed at the promised time. He then texts me back 30 minutes later and said he couldnt come because the temperature was too hot and air quality is bad. Which I understand, but he didnt text me to tell me this until after he was scheduled to be at my house. I refunded my Groupon and will never use this company based on thenlack of professionalism and reliability. Buyer beware. Not dependable or reliable at all.
