Dont drop off packages here. The customer service rep said they only come and pick packages up that are outgoing only when they need to drop packages off at the locker. Dont be under the impression they regularly check this locker daily because they dont.
Do not use this locker. After 2 separate issues, UPS has recommended I not use this locker, or any locker.I dropped off a package, and received a drop off receipt. Tracking info/label was canceled 1 week later. 6 weeks later the shipment was delivered. It should have taken
I’ve dropped multiple packages at this locker point. I get email confirmations that the package is received but then nothing... no tracking, nothing. Retailers put the blame on me, not these faulty lockers and I’m out the cost of items. UPS does not care, it’s incredibly difficult to get any help. I’ve been trying for a full week...
DO NOT USE! UPS does not pick up from this locker box. After a week of packages not moving, I called UPS and they told me that my items were still in the locker and were never picked up. I was directed to return to locker to retrieve them and drop off at a UPS store. Why is this locker even here?
