Great customer service. DJ helped me with the repair of my husbands wheelchair. With my husband stuck in his recliner chair at home, I rushed to Wheelchair Haven during the last business hour of the day, with the broken wheelchair part. DJ was kind, and generous with his knowledge and time. Even though I had arrived at the final minutes of closing time. I breathed a huge sigh of relief to return home with a functional wheelchair for my husband. THANK YOU. Ill definitely come to this business again.

I had them fix my son’s mobility scooter and every time we brought it to them or they worked on it something else went wrong. After a year of them working on it and problem after problem we had a mechanic look at it and was told a wire had burned/frayed because it was just forced in the position. The owner was very rude and difficult to work with. They not only scratched the scooter, but them tried to deny it. (the paint from their building was clearly a match) they did finally fix the problem, but the owner was very confrontational. I would never recommend this place. I’ve spoken with many people in my community and found out, that others have had issues with them as well. One positive is the employee was very courteous.

I used a 4-wheeled walker for a little more than three years. It needed to be repaired on several occasions and they repaired it while I waited. Wonderful customer service and I highly recommend Wheelchair Haven!

Bought a gogo sport for my wife and have travelled over North America with it (by plane, not the scooter alone) and absolutely love it. Bought a second one for our son and had some minor adjustments needed, they corrected everything and more. My mother-in-law had a small plastic piece break on her walker. After calling several places and being told they didnt have or couldnt get the part we needed, we called Wheelchair Haven. Not only did he tell us he could get the part, he would give it to us at an unbeatable price! This is the place to go to first -- and we will the next time a need arises!
