We had an excellent experience with Kelley Paino. Loren was on time, friendly, and professional. He was also very knowledgeable, explaining the the needed repairs as they arose. Our piano is now wonderfully tuned and sounds amazing! The price was very reasonable as well.

Loren has tuned my Kawai grand piano twice now, and each time he has been a wealth of information and left my piano sounding wonderful. He has a modest rate and is very respectful and professional. During his latest visit during the Covid-19 pandemic, he took precautions to maintain distancing and was clear in communications prior that he preferred to be working alone in the room for everyones safety. He doesnt pressure me to have the piano tuned every year and instead says my older Kawai holds pitch rather well and could probably do with tuning every two years based on how often I play and how it holds its tuning. I highly recommend Loren Kelleys piano tuning and repair for anyone near the Tacoma area!
