My 5year old son and 11 year old daughter loves it, they look forward going every single day. Taekwondo boost their self esteem, gave them better self discipline and control, help them in social situations, it kept them active and more physically fit, they now have way more respect for others, it taught them the lessons learned from failing, it give them goals to shoot for as well . Overall a good place to have your kids train especially if they already have the basics down. Because its a mix of levels and now have a larger group i think as a beginner you might have a bit of trouble keeping up at first. The staff are nice and will help you learn.
