Mr. Bennett,My husband and I came in today to pick up his boots (which looked fabulous!) and you took the time to help me with my foot issue.I Thank You for what you did to my orthotic with the crepe rubber!!!! I walked in with pain and left without pain. Spent most of the day doing things in and outside which I havent been able to do for a while.Thank you for coming up with this fix. My metatarsals appreciate it!!You guys rock BIG!

Just great all around. Took a pair of boots in for heels and they went above and beyoind normal. Excellent work took a couple of weeks,3. But he helped with a couple of other problems and $50! I recommend them to anyone and everyone

A very friendly shop where you can find top end, quality shoes. They do great work also in shoe repair. Parking is easily found. If you need quality, comfortable, well fitting shoes, you should definitely give this shop a chance to serve you .

Very patient, (usually busy because theyre awesome!) and helpful. Have had 6+ plus pairs of construction boots resoled/ toe caps, and have saved me well over 1000$ dollar in replacement cost alone!! They Rock!!

I highly recommend this place. I have had three pairs of boots repaired by them and would go back with ANY other shoes I need fixed. Wonderful work and the owners are nice down to earth people.

Theyve done a good job of upgrading the entrance but in my opinion, theres nothing too fancy about going to a shoe store. They key thing is when you are having your shoes repaired, you get quality craftsmanship. Ive used several places and for the past ten years, this is the only place I have taken my boots. I know they are going to be repaired correctly the first time and I wont need to come back until I need the soles replaced on my boots again due to wear and tear.

Sent here by Eagle leather for a saddlebag repair.Price was much lower than expected and I got QUALITY work. So glad I did not need to buy new bags!!!The woman actually hand stitched them for me.

I been looking for repair store with great quality of work because i have some wonderful and expensive shoes, and i really want to have them in good hands.Ladies are nice, gentleman never smiles- i dont mind as long as my shoes are happy. I trust from Dior to Jessica Simpson shoes to them, and i been happy so far. Local family owned business with excellent customer service and unparalleled repair expertise. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have worn out footwear brought back to life. I work construction and burn through boots pretty fast. Its much more cost effective to bring my boots here to be repaired rather than buying a new pair every time. Support local business and get what you pay for out of your footwear. Great selection on the shelves as well!

Great place to have repairs done, family owned and operated.

The owner is extremely rude. She told me I never brought my boot in there. I told her they were over $200. She replied with I have boots that are over$1,500. Told me if she ever finds it she will call me. There was a lot more said but this is the jist of it. I was shocked at how she talked to me. I would say maybe she was having a bad day however she was rude upon dropping it off as well. All I had done was a zipper put back on so I cant say much about their work. But based on customer service, I do not recommend this place. Next time I will make the drive to Proctor Shoe Repair in Tacoma.

Wonderful place. They have helped me in a pinch on two occasions, stepping gout side their realm and repaired 2 baseball gloves for us. Friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

Best shoe service around, customer service is first class, they can repair leather products, shoes, boots, belts and they sell all types of footwear. Well worth a visit, did I mention how friendly the staff is and how good their customer service is.

This family offers a wonderful service for all my shoe repair, cleaning, and purchase needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, interested in me, and do great repair and cleaning work. I am grateful for this shop. Not sure if there is a next generation to continue such good service as an independent business.

Took my three and a half year old pair of Birkenstock Arizona’s in oiled tobacco leather this past spring for restoration. This means they take the straps and put them into a new footbed, cork, and sole. I decided to do this because those were my first Birkenstock’s ever so there was sentimental value. They had both regular and narrow width footbeds and soft vs original footbed choices available. They told me the price (I believe it was roughly $90 for the original regular footbed), I paid, and was given a ticket for claiming my shoes when they were ready. It took about a week for them to be restored, but it was definitely worth the time and money. Not only did I get to keep the straps from my first pair of Birkenstock’s, I felt like I got a new pair for $35 less than buying new new. I really recommend Ardesson shoe repair for any work you need done on some Birkenstock’s. They also sell lots of different Birkenstock style in store!

I have gone to them for 18 years. They are upfront, honest, detailed and thorough. AND they give back to the community.

Ive had several re-soles done and special ordered extra wide dress shoes. The price has always been competitive and they delivered the repair on time.

If youre looking to get your shoes repaired on a weekend, dont expect them to do it. The store itself is opened and they take in shoes for repair, but dont actually work on them until Monday. So if you bust your heel and need an emergency repair, it isnt going to happen.

I went to Anderson I told them I had dieabetes and they set with dietabetc in soles in my shoes it turns that my foot doctor McBride knows the owner he was very friendly and I bought a pair of non slip shoes at the walking company in front of Tacoma mall they are too tight on my foot I had a sore on my heel they were six narrow and I needed six wide I will never go back to walking company again IAM going to give Anderson shoes a try any way the owner wasnt rude to me at all

I have been using Ardesson for years. They have ever let me down. they have fixed my work boots, replaced my boot soles, repaired all kinds of different leather welding gear, and they never say no. No matter how difficult the repair they say yes or Ill try my best; and they have not let me down yet. Also they always have my project finished on time. The even resewed over all the seams on my protective leather sleeves with thick Kevlar thread that I ordered from Iceland and it only cost $15. Im a UBC Journeyman welder so the guys always give me a hard time for not just buying replacement gear. Im proud to have my Protective gear fixed at Ardessons; they have saved me thousands of dollars by repairing instead of replacing.

Piss poor customer service and quality control for their work. My boots actually came back worst than they were before hand. The woman that answered the phone was rude and insisted that I was somehow responsible for her work being unsatisfactory because I was the only one that called to complain. Had I picked them up myself they would not have been paid a dime!

Wish I could give it a zero. Went in with my husbands boots to be stripped and shined and the owner got pissy with me and said he would charge me extra because soldiers complained. He said if soldiers dont like them then they should learn how to do it themselves and learn discipline. There was no reason for his attitude towards me. Soldiers do A LOT more than this guy does.

Horrible service. I just wanted my favorite shoes repaired. I brought them in and got a lecture on how cheap my shoes were and that they werent worth fixing and how I didnt value the amount or quality of work he put in to his job. Ive never used them before and probably would have paid anything they asked to fix those shoes. I took both pair and left because of this and was told I was being rude for leaving.

They take care of all my shoes, belts and handbags.

They are always knowledgeable and helpful. I now have happy feet.

My dad was a shoe repairman and I have never found as good a repairman as him but Ardesson’s is close!!
