Superior Linen lives true to their name and every experience Ive had with them has been phenomenal! They most recently helped me with a large uniform order for our employees. I worked with Rusty and he never made me feel like a burden, though we had to send quite a few wrong sizes back. I love family owned businesses who provide such great customer service and this place truly is the best around. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I’ve been doing business with Superior Linen for 20 years. The last few years their service has been declining, from inaccurate counts to unfolded towels to unresponsive/unempowered customer service. Now they have changed routes and want to provide their “service” on a day I’m not even open. Superior...not so much anymore.

Our event center uses Superior Linens for our tablecloths and napkins. Excellent company to work with. Great customer service! Quickly resolves any minor issues that come up. Dependable and consistent.

The driver, is rude, confrontational, and makes something simple (laundry service) stressful for our employees, literally tossing and leaving dirty laundry on our floor. I would expect much much better from someone in the service industry. Cintas and Aramark are fantastic, in 15 years I’ve never seen their drivers leave dirty laundry tossed on the floors...
