The people were pleasant and courteous and the place clean and in good repair. However, it would have been better, near perfect if the audiologist shared the results of the test with me and discussed more about the aids available. Instead, I just went in and did the test, and she listened to my history, took the test, and once it was realized I was not to reply if I felt anything, only heard, we redid the test and then simply put in an order for a basic behind the ear aid as that is what Medicaid will pay for and then she said that once employed, I can get a better aid through work.I know my hearing is degrading but would have liked to know exactly what, and if any concerns known, expressed. My hearing loss is from Rubella.

After not having the greatest experience with my ENT regarding my hearing loss, I made an appointment with Harbor Audiology in Tacoma. They were fantastic. Their hearing test was more comprehensive than the one I received a the ENT Doc. I had been diagnosed with hearing loss by the ENT but they dismissed me and didnt offer any assistance further assistance. I knew I needed hearing aides so I had to elsewear. There is no doubt hearing aides are expensive and that is more about the industry than the doctors. But the folks at H.A. offered a wide range of options. They help me set them up, showed me how to clean them, and made sure I was good to go before I left. I highly recommend them!!

She took the time to explain my kind of hearing loss, to determine my hearing needs and she fit me with wonderful hearing aids that have made a difference in my day-to-day hearing needs. Harbor Audiology Just fit my husband for hearing aids. This is my fifth time he has been fit for them. This is by far the best fit. He also like the people. The lady at the desk and the one that fit the hearing aids are great people. The lady that did the fitting is very good. She is by far the best.

So far, so good. I connected with Harbor on a referral from ZipHearing. The ReSound aids work nicely with my Pixel 3. Still trying to get connected with a data tablet. This may take some work. Hearing aid companies are a little iffy at tech support for computer-to-computer issues.

I have been with Harbor Audioligy since 2011 I believe I started with the Gig Harbor office and am now with the Tacoma office and I wouldnt change a thing. Everyone I had contact with got right with getting my needs taken care of. Come to find out the problem I was having was because my hearing aids were faulty. They programmed a loaner set and got my old ones ready to sent to the company for repair.. Great people to work with.

They answered all my questions and the appointment was swift!
