My waxers name was Chelsea and she did amazing! she is the best waxed I’ve ever had. I have had Brazilians done by a few people and she blew them out of the park. she was so fast, and it came out so clean. and it really didn’t hurt! I literally didn’t even break a sweat and usually I’m miserable during a wax. she made sure it was a super clean wax as well and only took about 25 min which is astonishingly fast for a Brazilian. she also had the wax at a perfect temperature. super kind, professional and on time as well. 100% recommend !

It was my first time getting the type of downtown wax I received. The staff was super nice, the studio was clean and had great art. My technician was beautiful inside and out and super fast! I couldnt ask for a better visit.

I highly recommend XWax! I’ve had my eyebrows maintained at many different businesses over the years but switched to XWAX in 2017 and now would never go anywhere else! Never have my brows looked so great! I’ve recently begun having facials and other waxing services they offer! I’m so happy I found this place!

Do not go here… my brows looked amazing initially, and they’re naturally very full but unruly so I thought I would try lamination. The process itself was expensive but I was happy. A little two weeks later (present day) I am full on BALDING. I did all the aftercare and I have never had issues before so I know they must have over processed. I attempted to reach out to the business to see if they could do anything or AT LEAST give me a refund. I didn’t get a response for a couple days and then was contacted by the manager saying she was on medical and that if I had an issue I needed to call sooner. I tried to explain that initially I had to problems but now they’re balding at a really fast rate. She reluctantly agreed to look at photos and said she would follow and never did, tried to contact the salon again and no response. I would happily give 0 stars if I could. I had another esthetician take a look and she said it was done wrong and that my brows were WAY over processed. She also said this could result in permanent hair loss. Sounds fun right?? I love my balding brows right in the middle of my face. :)

Shari is fantastic with micro needling! I expected the service to be a one and done, however I have gone 5 times. My skin gets better after each treatment!

This place is the best. I started going to xwax roughly two years ago and will never go anywhere else. When I first came in my eyebrows were a disaster after years of bad shaping and overplucking. Kristin is some sort of eyebrow genius. She was amazing throughout the process of me growing out my brows, she always made sure i left feeling confident with how they looked during this process, making small modifications that still allowed my brows to fill out. They look so awesome now. I get compliments all the time. Very professional and friendly staff. Easy billing and scheduling, and they are covid conscious when you do visit. Some staff are in high demand so make sure you remember to book a week or so in advance if you have a preference. A little pricier than some places but not by much, and you truly get what you pay for. I would highly recommend.

Very weird experience. I’m not sure if it was the manager or owner, but I went in just for an eyebrow wax and got rudely critiqued on how I pluck my eyebrows for like an hour in front of multiple other people. I mean it was nonstop “Why do you pluck like that?” “Did you purposefully shape them like that?” These are pretty much verbatim too. Super odd because she seemed very knowledgeable and professional otherwise. Never had an experience like that at any other business. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

I had my Brown shaping fone with Mimi and she is amazing. I had a problem with people thinning my brows to reshape them, but Mimi lets you know what areas you need to grow out to gain your brows back. I will definitely keep going there to get my brows done.

Best brow experience I’ve had in all my years of getting my brows done. I typically like a note thick/full brow and the brow tech that helped me did a great job maintaining the fullness I like as well as mapping out a plan for my brows to continue growing fuller as well.

I really enjoyed my experience here. It was my first time ever being waxed (half leg and XXX) and Kylie really helped me feel relaxed and comfortable and explained a lot of what has going to happen as well as aftercare. The atmosphere is great, too. Parking may be an issue unless you get there super early, though.

Kristen is really something special-like an eyebrow wizard! Went in looking like a version of Nicole Richie in 97 and came out with Kim K brows!

Dani does such a great job! She makes sure to teach you how to maintain your eybrow shape and what to look for when penciling them in yourself between visits. They not only wax but dye brows too. Full service with genuine care and expertise. They are also great at fitting you in for an emergency appointment. Love X Wax!

This is honestly the best place you could go to for waxing! The staff is so so nice and very skilled. I just got my full leg and eyebrows done. They are fast at waxing I was done in like 25 to 30 min. Highly recommend

Such a bummer X Wax doesnt offer sugaring wax.It would be great for the VEGANS! Especially when you stock vegan products.Update: They do not allow returns. Kristen, the manager did not even talk to me regarding the return and ignored me.They are stockist, they get reimbursed for defective items they have promoted at their store.

Thrilled with the brow shaping and tint (about $30) I received at XWAX - and the lash extensions I had done a few days later are gorgeous ($150). This staff is excellent!I had a big vintage festival to attend. I explained it was a 1940s event and they hooked me up with the right look to give my makeup and ensembles major pop!Highly recommended.

After calling and explaining I had a UTI and was on antibiotics they still charged me for my appointment. Not very understanding or helpful! Feeling disappointed with this company. Try supporting another place that understands and supports female health and well-being!!

I come here for Sheena! she is an AMAZING brow artist! Thats all I can say about XWAX. otherwise, parking, location areas and prices suck. If I win the LOTTO, I am going to open Sheena her own brow salon hahahaha!

Really like how they use a stencil to outline where your brows should be and walk you through any areas to change. Great pricing and friendly staff!

When I first started coming here a few months ago, I loved it. The prices are so worth it for the value of the service, the ambience of the space, and the kindness of the estheticians I worked with.However, weve had lots of communication problems, mostly with my appointments being switched from my requested gal to someone new. Last night though, I got a confirmation email and I was with someone new and no one had even called me.The owner did take the time to speak to me herself to explain and she didnt charge my friend and I for canceling with one hours notice - however the reason we canceled was because Im sick of having someone new do my Brazilian every other visit and no one even let us know this time (which according to the owner was the fault of my esthetician).I work in a salon myself and Im not sure if this place is having bad luck with their employees quitting with no notice, or if theres a reason the girls keep quitting...I appreciate the professionalism of the owner and the front desk but I want to find somewhere where the estheticians I work with dont quit every 5 weeks. I dont think well be back.But if you really dont care who you see, if youre really easy going, and confirmation emails work for you (as opposed to calls, I prefer confirmation calls or texts personally) give it a shot.
