2021 09Great. Was told up to 3 hours but only it took 40 minutes. So I was paid and out the door sooner than expected. They even cleaned my other windows inside and out. I would recommend this place for anyone and they do window glass for any building type. The customer service was exceptionally kind.

SHOUTOUT TO SPEEEDY GLASS FOR FIXING MY TOYOTA CAMRY WINDOW !! I will come back !! I brought my own glass too !! And they fixed it in about 40 minutes!!Also I forgot the mans names but he helped me reset my windows safety feature the switch was not working on the drivers side door ! And he called me after I left and said try that !!!

I had an excellent experience at Speedy Glass. I was unsure if the rock chip in my windshield could be repaired, so I swung by to have it looked at. The technician was friendly and professional, and he explained the repair process very clearly. I was expecting to then go in and make an appointment, but much to my surprise, they were able to repair my windshield right on the spot! Serenna at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and such a joy to chat with. I will continue to come here for any future repairs and would undoubtedly recommend this business to a friend.

They were great down there at Speedy Glass! So quick, I couldnt believe it!! Accommodating, professional,...only thing they didnt have that I needed, was a glass tinting service,...AND the clean up of broken glass could have really used just a couple of more minutes of TLC,...thats all. Otherwise,..I will definitely recommend them to whomever I know that is in need of glass replacement services.

After several bad encounters with a company that rhymes with SafeTight, both me and my insurance carrier switched to Speedy Glass. Ive used them twice now with the same happy results! Both times they were done in right at an hour with no surprises, and a shiny clean new windshield when they were done. Its everything you would hope for from a glass company, and nothing you dont want. And as always, enjoy!

Unfortunately was quoted as almost 100 dollars cheaper then when I went to pay. Dont know what I would have done if I didnt have the money to pay. But was highly disappointed. Reason was they misspoke. They did discount 40 off but still 60 higher then I thought. Make sure your clear about how much before you get started.

Good service got a hard chip repair done for less than all the competitors. Office staff on phone was nice explained for me to put tape over chip had me in and out in less then 15min and scheduled me next day from call would highly recommend.

Wow. Got my windshield replaces at a different place about a year ago, and the rubber seal around the edge started coming off and flapping around. Took it to a couple places who all told me the whole windshield had to be replaced. Speedy glass told me to bring it in, and they were able to glue it back on. Best part? They did it FOR FREE!! Love this place, thanks for taking care of me!

I usually go to the Puyallup location but today I dropped by the Tacoma location for a windshield chip repair. Front desk was helpful, waiting area was good, and I was in and out of there under 15 minutes as promised. Price is also cheaper than some other alternatives. Highly recommended!

I got a serious rock chip this morning, and took it to Speedy Glass - primarily because they were close to work. They very quickly & competently helped to get me the best price (which was, in this case $0 for one time insurance), conducted the repair, and had me out in 15 minutes. The extra was giving me a comfortable place to wait, and when I coughed because I choked on a mint, an employee came out to check, and got me a bottle of water. All three people I briefly encountered were very customer focused. Great experience.

I ordered glass that is going to cost me $2700.00 and after being assured that it would be ready in 7-10 days. Well that was 30 days ago and it still is not ready. So if your in a hurry, DONT call speedy. They are anything but Speedy.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have a windshield replaced in my sisters vehicle. My sister drove the 2 hour drive the night before to ensure she was here and on time. Our appointment was set from 8am ti noon. I received a call from the office at 9:16 am telling me that they needed to reschedule until Wednesda, because they had no technician. I explained that my sister lived 2 hours away. I was told basically to bad.

MY TRUCK WAS HIT BY THE BB GUN BANDIT. Everybody was either closed or too expensive. These guys came out to our house and replaced our windshield for a fraction of the price i was generally quoted by their competitors. Id say they are the best in town.

Sure they fixed my glass,but the first time I closed the door the door panel flew off, and not only did they not secure my door panel, they didnt replace the interior plastic skin, call to ask about it was placed on hold for 20 minutes, screw these guys

If can only speak to my experience with the front desk customer service. When I walked in the door there was no greeting and was treated like It was my fault for being a customer. When I asked questions It felt like pulling teeth.

After I read the review it seemed good on some part but as my own experience it wasnt so good.. When I first walked in the lady was just sitting there.. Didnt greet us or anything and there were no other costumers in there. Very pricy for an off tracked window, the window was stuck inside the door, it wasnt like I needed a window.. Too pricey

Sorry 5 months late! They were great. Was on the last leg of of an 8400 mile RV roadtrip. Just had to make it back to San Diego and my front upper window exploded. (The roads across America are in distress and my rig took a pounding but thats another story.)Back on point. They went above and beyond helping an out of towner continue on his journey by coming up with the best glass solution. Removed/vacuumed all of the glass from the shattered window. Tech topped it off by sealing an area that was leaking. (No leaks 5 months later.) Money well spent on one of those expenses you didnt expect.

Dont have them cut mirrors for you. They have an over priced, cheap, and extremely fragile mirror. Their customer service is fine until something goes wrong, then they become hostile. I purchased 4 mirrors and two of the four were broke when I opened the one sheet of paper wrapping at my house. When I called Mike at speedy glass he told me it was my fault and they must have broke in route to my house. He helped me load the mirrors and told me they would be ok with how they were being transported. Now he says he knew they would never make it ok. Speedy glass refuses to refund, replace, or repair the mirrors.
