Ordered a waste bin bin for house cleanout, everything went smooth at first, came time for pickup and bin was still on premise. Had to call the following week for resolution. Got disconnected/hungup on numerous times when asking why it was never removed, took almost 3 hours to finally get a hold of a rep. The lady said it is against policy to notify customers of any issues and that its the customers responsibility to call and not for them to communicate if theres any issues on their side. The lady started yelling and accusing me of harassing her when I asked why thats a policy. Ended up getting $20 waived from the extra holding time for their mistake but now theyre tacking on anywhere from $26 to $48 dollars for [their] convenience. Will figure amount and update when a complaint is filed!Dont use this company, save your time, money and sanity and do on your own terms please.

I called for a pick up that had been $9.95 for 5 years, now changed to $26 The excuse is they’ve trained their employees incorrectly and when I asked to speak to someone else I was told that she is IT! Then hung up on me.......never got a resolve.

Wouldnt pick up yard waste because it had wet cardboard in it.

This company is great. Never makes a mess. Calls me with payment reminders. Rented a small dumpster once. I have never had a problem in 35 years.

Weve had collection service for a month now, and I feel like Im doing more work than they are. They havent gotten a thing right yet. Bins were late to drop off to start with, and every week since theyve missed at least one bin. I have to call each week to get them to collect, and sometimes it takes multiple days/calls to get a bin emptied.

Never pick up garbage. Every week we end up with tons of garbage on our street. Called to explain and they used covid as an excuse as to why the GARBAGE MEN can’t come back out to pick up the GARBAGE they dropped. Worst service ever. “Supervisor” is a joke as well.

LeMay is a poor excuse for a garbage collection company. For 3 weeks running they have screwed up our collection by emptying an empty can they are supposed to remove from the property and NOT emptying the REAL garbage can. They can’t follow their company’s directions and apparently are to stupid to realize they’ve made a mistake. 43 years with David Murray with no mistakes. 3 weeks with LeMay and 3 stupid errors! But they’ll want me to pay them!

The week in February that had the snowstorm lemay did not collect the garbage or the recycle/yard waste and yet they charged as if they had. When customer service was contacted the woman was rude and refused to credit for the week that they were charging for doing nothing. Imagine how much money they made by charging thousands of customers for a service they did not deliver. This should be criminal.

This company is scheduled to pick up my trash every two weeks. And we have to be sure to get the trash out on the correct day every two weeks; you cant put it out ANY OTHER TIME because it wont be picked up. In other words if were due for a pick-up on the 1st and then again on the 14th, you cant put it out on the 7th if you miss or are out of town, even if theyre on your street anyway, which they are, because it wont be picked up. If youre out of town on trash day, too bad. You pay anyway. If you forget to get the trash out to the street, you still pay. If youer on vacation for 2-3-4 weeks, you still pay for your trash to be picked up although no trash is out because youre not home. Now today, 2/5/19, they have a snow day and will not be picking up FOR TWO MORE WEEKS! And do they expect us to pay for the pickup today? Thats not going to happen? for 2 more weeks? What do you think of this unfair, unsatisfactory, un businesslike, customer service? Well, we think its poor.

Ive been calling this place all day now and not 1 person has answered the phone and there is no voicemail or anything.....what kind of customer service is this?
