I used this company to create a site plan for a house I was building. I was told it would take a week or two. It actually took almost 4 months, and Glenn was very unresponsive, and acted like he didnt care if the work got done or not. It took several phone calls, and he actually put the house in the wrong place on the sketch. That took him an additional 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to fix. I would never think of hiring this company for anything. You have to pay over 2 K in advance so if you do decide to fire them you would have to fight to get your money back. If you dont have a time line, and dont care how long it takes, go ahead and hire them. He kept saying he was going to do a site visit, but actually never went to the site the entire time. He did the whole site plan using an old site plan just revising, and it took him 4 months. I have spoke to others after the fact who have used DA-Civil services, and they had very similar stories.
