The woman worker at the Tacoma office was mean, barely informative, and was hard to get a hold of anytime of day. Her dog was pretty loud and annoying in the office as well. Another worker named DeJa sent me to a site that had nothing ready for me and no one at the site was expecting me. She claimed I was the only person this happened to while I was waiting at the sites with other workers having the same problem. Definitely can’t hold her accountable. I lost bill & food money, transportation money, and time out of my life I won’t ever get back. Please take your labor work to someone who will appreciate you and be helpful!

After a LaborMax worker began a pattern of physical intimidation and microagressions at the job site including two separate known overt verbally abusive incidents, LaborMax said they would conduct an investigation but I was expected to tolerate the ongoing bullying while that occurred. The worker was deliberately hiding the bullying, as bullies do. I got the impression LaborMax was not going to work very hard to discover the truth and I certainly did not receive adequate support from LaborMax and ultimately decided to leave.

I generally get flagging work here when everything else is not working. I have been using this temp agency for over a year now and am happy.

This is the worst staffing agency in the area. I mean bottom of the barrel. If jobs were relationships with varying degrees of health, this agency would fit the role of a small, dirty brothel with 2-3 workers in tow. You would do well to work with Logic, Opti, or Laborworks!

For anyone working or thinking about labormax please consider switching to express temp agency. Not only does express place you quickly it also pays way more than labormax. My problem with labormax is that I went to idaho to go visit family. Over there,my tire blew out and forced me to stay the season there. I made sure to tell them and my last boss what was going on. They were ok with it. So after I got my stuff handled and came back I had my first job since my return. I went there and the boss had me on hold until I got my car fixed. I came up here for a new start so i needed money bad. Thats when i decided to work for express. My last job with them honably ended so I went to ask labormax about the state fair job, they told me I was terminated for no reason. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone anymore.

I worked at labor max. At first they sent me all away to Kent to help build Amazon fresh at was ok. During that time I toke a flagger class and got a flagger card and I went flaging one time after that job in Kent was done than they sent me to Tacoma mall for work it was ok but after awhile the supervisor was a jerk after a few days he told me that he dont need me then after that they sent me to pick trash at the dump for five hours for crappy pay (11.50 per hour) work there for three days and a couple of weeks later they DNR me with no explanation why. When I got a new job I ask them if they have any flagging job and they said come here so I took a day off from my over job and I waited for hours until they said sorry we dont have any flagging job I was pissed so the next day I went back to my other job and then they called me saying that we have a flagger job opened I told them that Im at my other job. And the pay sucks they always say we overpaid you

Katie is rude on the phone, questions were NOT answered. And if you ask her something she doesn’t want to answer, she will say why are you asking. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time!!
