NWCW is the best in the business. Jordan and his team have our customers best interest at heart. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the dynamics at play and develops site specific plans. His attention to detail is crucial when sealing pits and working with other trades. I have worked with Jordan for years and his work has always come out above standard. The old adage pay me now or pay me later is so true. Dont choose a less expensive vendor just to save a few bucks. You get what you pay for.

Not very professional. Young guy came out. No business card or anything. Wasn’t very interested in fixing my basement water issue. Not optimistic about it. It didn’t seem like he wanted the work. He said he’d send me a quote but I never received one. It’s been a few weeks. I’m not interested now because it’s not really a business I’d want to deal with. So, that’s my experience.

I worked extensively with Jordan Johnson and his crew. NWCW elevator pit waterproofing process is more thorough than weve ever seen.. pump out, joint chip/seal, curtain wall injection around the foundation AND two layers of grout! these guys are the real deal
